The app itself is fine but I will say this, do not waste your time trying to build any kind of reliable income here. The base rates are a paltry insult even for brand new therapists. I suggest spending your time elsewhere, as your efforts would be better rewarded!

My Soothe Pro App worked fine for about first 2 months. It's been 3 months now that App stopped working. I not getting any massage requests at all I've called Soothe Support hundreds of times to complaint & reinstalled App tons of times & nothing helps. I sent message to developer & never got any answers. The App is dead, most likely I will have delete this App & use memory on another App that performs better. Can't keep an App that is taking memory and is dead & no 1 fixes problem ever. :'(

I haven't had too many problems with the app I was really happy When they added push text notifications for it's for available massages Bo massage's and they just made the app more user friendly with more of the things that we needed to see but recently I have had some issues with the app just not opening at all and I'm not sure why hopefully this uninstall and reinstall will help.

Not sure how some of us are "entitled" when we are simply addressing the fact that the app is not working at all for some providers. This is a source of income that some people are being denied due to technical issues. The app has not properly loaded for several days and I'm certain customer support has been made aware of this issue.

This update on 4/29/22 has a bug. I can't open my app on the Samsung Note 20 5G. Please fix asap mother's day is near! ******UPDATE******** THANK YOU for such fast support. Clearing the data and the cache and logging back in to allow permissions worked.......

Right now the app keeps crashing on me when I try to access my appointment information. This is now day 2. Hoping to connect with tech support to correct the problem as currently it prevents me from seeing my appointment information or accepting new appointment's. I enjoy working with Soothe but app problems like this are not helpful.

I'm a therapist and tried to apply via the app but am unable to finish. The application takes me to a page that says I already applied while I'm also getting texts to finish the application. I reached out via phone and text several times but the responses are generic and unhelpful. Tbh, with all this hassle getting started I won't pursue the job bc I don't want further aggrevation when trying to do the job.

The app works really well, and notifys once something is in my availability. I wish on the client end when they book the massage they have the option to leave a tip right away. Running into several clients who did not tip, and no tip through the app.

Wish there would be more info on the client other than just there name and address. For example an intake form with medical information if there's any contraindications we as therapist should be aware of. So that we can determine the proper care for the client. Also so that we can take proper soap notes, so that the next therapist can see how to care for tue client aa well.

Kind of decent app. I just wonder why offers that had already been taken by another therapist still appear as available, even if the date and time are over. Also, push notifications are intermittent, sometimes I get notifications but most of the time I have to check manually.

Here are the multiple simultaneous problems with the app. 1.) Not getting paid and having to call. 2.) Not being Instant Confirmed for appts. that fit all my specs. 3.) Not being sent offers; only seeing them when I open the app. 4.) NOT HAVING SUPPORT AVAILABLE. I was scheduled for a 730 pm couples massage. After I arrived, the other therapist texted and said his car had been stolen. When we called Support around 7:30 pm, we got a message saying we had called after business hours.

App not working right since I started,I have reinstalled a number of times it still won't let me accept appointments, I agree with another review. This is the way I make my money and it's not letting me make any money.. please fix app so I can be great

No longer getting notifications. Also, the in app back button no longer works. I also can't reject with alternative times anymore.

It is great that we get a text alert for available massages. It would be good that it says which day it is for, not only the date. I m not sure if texting works all the time though, bc suddenly i wasnt receiving any text alerts although i was marked available in the app. Its great that someone responds over text No need to call us, we see the text, we will accept if we want. Pay is too low for here. Its possible to earn comparable pay without any LONG driving, working in a spa.

Don't Work For This Company. Remember: you have to tax yourself when you get paid, so, if you're getting a $65 payout for doing an hour session you'll get $52 and also you're driving to and from these homes. The customer service for therapist is even worse, they'll sound bitchy. You have clients that have messy homes, don't make space before you arrive, and are never ready for their session.

This app has more bugs than a Sunnydale apartment. IDK if it's just Android or other platforms as well. I haven't found a single feature that functions smoothly or consistently.

It's impossible to ever make any money. There's always a delay with the push notifications. And by the time they come through, another therapist has taken the job. This company makes too much money for this to be an issue. I don't have this issue with Zeel.

I do think you need a section taking about how many flights of steps, dogs cats, long hallways. I enjoy this life style. It would be great to get paid more, I think 60 minues should be $100, and 90 should be $130 for the therapist , whatever the company needs on of that. I wish i had a more direct way of contacting customer service. But everyone is very nice helping to their best.!

App is still a little slow, even with update. When I try to indicate I'm "on way" to an appt I have to close and reopen app. My client-requests don't always show up in app. I'm unaware til I get a call regarding the requests. My most recent was most likely given away to another therapist (which happens a lot), concierge was not helpful as he "couldn't find it" in system. Dates don't always match the correct day-which could be problematic. The 19th is a Friday but it'll say "Sunday", as example.

Not only will this app not work when i have my battery saver mode on, but now since the newest update I've had to reupdate the app 3TIMES!!! And no, i didn't uninstall it or do anything at all. It just un-updates itself!??? I've never ever had this problem with any app. How does this even happen???

I have no problems with the app at all. It's seamless. My only suggestion is there are times when there is a delay from an offer sent to one via text telling one to respond thru the app and once one does, the offer is not there any longer. So maybe there is lapse in time (??) and that could be more efficient.

the GPS navigation needs work! the mileage is always off and gets you to the block of the cts house, not their front door.

Works great! But it can be even better if the app has the possibility to set its own ringtone. So far, Soothe's app uses the same ringtone as the one you choose for your sms.

The safety and location features on the app do not work. The app will continially request you to keept taking the same appointment even after you reject it. The app never recognizes your distance parameters. Someone needs to do a complete overhaul.

*updated review after working for this company for several years* I still like the app but a few things to critique though: 1. the app constantly shuts down 2. the directions take you nearby but not the actual location. 3. they let customers rate you, but they dont put the date or the name or anything with it and 90% of customers do not leave any comment so the rate system doesnt help you even slightly understand why someone may have rated you badly leaving no room for growth from the ratings.

Aside from minor glitches and the need to download the latest version frequently, the app works well. I always have Location turned on, which is probably why the distances for my appointments have been accurate.

Soothe has been sending me text requests 100 miles away from me. Even though I have set my location preferences. Customer service said they can not stop it. I just left their network. Useless and low pay.

I generally like my experience with Soothe and this app. I've had minor glitches from time to time, but mostly has to do with having an updated version of the app. My only issues are with the GPS location and availability. I'll see that a massage is 6 miles from me and accept, only to then see it's actually 14 miles away and it puts me in a time crunch with my office hours. As far as availability, I'll receive notifications and calls even when I'm listed as unavailable.

This app will not let me update my availability at all!! When I try to change the times I am available the entire day disappears from the list! I can't stand the constant texting me for last minute appointments. This is ridiculous!! How am I supposed to make money??!

First they lowered our pay, then added tipping. So I made about the same, sometimes more monthly due to the change. They recently raised the cost for clients, but did not give us a raise. Now clients are tipping even less and I'm now making less than before they cut the pay. 5 star reviews with only 5-10% tips, instead of the 15-20% before the prices were raised on clients.

Needs to fix its Offers page to where us users don't have to close the app often to finally see the offers! The Offers should show up immediately without any issues! Also, why bother with a "contact client" button when we can't even use it??

Would be nice that the page that ask you to rate your client or your therapist would pop up as soon as the massage is finished instead of have to look for it and risk to forgot to rate your experience :-)

I've used this app for three weeks. There are serious glitches, such as, receiving texts about whether to accept or reject the offer after already rejecting and not being able to check-in for an appointment.

It works pretty good. Sometimes it takes a while to load. You will have to close the app then reopen it. Or log out and log back in. Or even uninstall it. But other than that it's cool. I like the new performance button so you can see how your doing and keep track of what you've made.

It doesn't load so I can see an offer. It won't let me exit the app either. The app will give me notification of an offer but what is the point if it won't load. I have uninstalled this app and started over many times and it still does the same thing. When is this going to be fixed?

I thankfully haven't had issues like other android users. I have an Android and refuse to switch to iPhone. I occasionally have glitches with the app but nothing too major. I enjoy working with Soothe and the staff are pleasant.

The appointment is always "taken" within the 5 seconds it takes me to push "accept" after a notification comes through. I'm hoping an iPhone will solve the lag time.

Apparently my phone is at the lower functioning end for this app so it doesn't work properly for me (it often won't load). Uninstalling and reinstalling works but I have to do it quite a bit which is annoying when you're trying to check in or out of a job or view a job that's coming up. I recently changed my star rating after having to reinstall it at least 7 times in one night. The area selections are a bit vague and too big; for eg 'outer London' covers a vast area and could be scaled down a lot (ie by borough would make it a lot easier). My feedback re a client got changed after I submitted it too. I wrote about how polite the guy was and about parking in the area and the next day my client review read "she was beauty" Erm. .. slightly worrying. Who changed it and how?

It's no longer really compatible with Android. I have had to uninstall* and reinstall the app several times. It works well for a few days then stops working. I did order and I phone to see if that resolves the issue but it has made it difficult to take massage jobs. I did also notify staff.

I love my soothe family. They have been soo patient with me and express helpful. The app may have glitches here and there but all in all its a great app and the pay isn't a week. It's 24 to 72 hours.. depending on your bank. No complaints here. The customer service peeps work extremely hard and should be thanked instead of ridiculed. They have a lot of people to deal with on a daily bases. I love you guys ... keep up the amazing work

This app has accepted appointments for me. Also when I clicked to call my present client they gave me the phone number of a client I had weeks ago. It will tell me a massage is up to 15 miles less than it really is. This can make me late for appointments because ill accept a massage thinking its a certain distance then its farther away. These are all app problems! They company, its employeees, and everyone Ive ever talked on the phone to are really professional and great.

App confirms appointments on its own. I called them and the concierge team member (unfortunately do not remember her name) was rude to me and told me that I was marked for no-show for my appointment that I didn't even freaking know about! Transferred me to success team they couldn't fix the problem, promised to call back - never called. Disappointing.

I constantly have to uninstall then reinstall because of issues. It can't authenticate me or it doesn't allow me to check in and check out or I can't contact the client when necessary. Too many issues for an app with no other options. They need to invest in a better programmer/designer and stop cutting corners.

The app is so-so...I've missed more appointments and opportunity than I care to mention, because in the 1-3 seconds it takes to look down at my phone to see that there's an offer...someone's already taken it. What's the point of text notification, if there's no practical time to engage with the system?

I really love working for soothe. The app is simple and a nice design. I haven't looked at the latest update yet. Offers can go quickly because duh,there are other therapists doing the same. I'm still trying to fine tune the neighborhoods i get offer for because some are way too far away. Overall, I'm really pleased with the communication through the app and phone contact with the soothe team. ❤❤❤

This app worked well enough for a time but the past couple weeks I've seen very few notifications. Of those that came through most I responded to immediately (was holding my phone at the time, so response was 1 second) and they claimed to be taken; however we're told that 20% of seattle requests are not getting picked up. This is dubious.

I have to uninstall and reinstall this app at least once or twice a week. I also dislike the fact that i don't know if i am heading to a walk-up building. A therapist has the right to know if they have to carry their table up four flights (in nyc a 4th floor walk up is more like 8 flights!) of stairs. In my case i have to tirn the appt down due to a back injury. It would also be nice to know if your client has pets just in case you are allergic

Ever since last update i no longer have been receiving soothe appt notifications let alone they aren't even showing up in my app at all. Not to mention being new to my area so I don't know the place well and they've now removed the feature to check how far an appt is. great now how am I supposed to tell where im going even til after I've accepted and sometimes that's way too far. Unique notification sound would be nice but I'm not one to ignore any notifications from my phone anyways. fix the app please.

I know I AM missing out on money because of the app. I do not receive offering until after an offering has already been taken or hours after the appointment time. This is very frustrated when you wish to pick up at lest 3 massages in a day! Also now I can't even install it back on my phone!

I have the same problem I see alot of other people here have, all the offers I get are filled within 1 second of receiving and there is no time to open it and accept. I have literally only been able to accept 1 out of 6 offers in the last couple of days.

At first it worked fine. I updated my phone, now I don't get the notifications at all. If I open the app, I may catch one that hasn't been filled. Also, as soon as I see an offer I'd like to take, it gets filled before I can even fully open the app. I wish this could be fixed, so that we all get the chance to work! I thought about making this my primary, but its hard when the appointments don't come through. Another thing, when I check in, there is no way of checking out after the appointment has passed.

I couldn't tell much of a difference after the recent update. Very poor user experience thus far. I continuously get duplicate notifications, offers for filled jobs, and I've taken jobs that showed a different map location initially and turned out to be on the other side of town. Also frustrating is when I try to accept an offer that's in my offers tab and it tells me the job's been filled--but it stays in my app. Even past the date of the job, some stay in my offers tab. Please fix this app.

Very disappointed. The original version worked pretty good for a while. Then the appointments were coming through slowly on the app, and even though I tried to Respond in 1-2 seconds, the appointment was already taken... I then kept getting notifications to update the app to the newer version. Upon attempting to do so, it said that the new app was "not compatible with this device," and deleted the one I had. So, I basically have to go out and buy a completely new phone just to be able to receive appointments, and there is no listing on here as to what OS versions of Android ARE compatible with this app. Soothe needs to go back to the drawing board on this app, or hire a new engineer to fine-tune and make this app more user-friendly for ALL smartphones.

Almost no offers coming through, since update. The ones that do pop up, only show up to tell me they're already filled. Used to get over 100 a day o. The weekends, which was helpful in upping my chances of snagging something

Every time I go to see the address it only shows a big dot or a world map. Not even a chance to pick up the appointment by the time I go to it is already taken.

Each update seems like a downgrade. Now I can't view driving time when an offer comes up. Some appointments are coming in as filled at the same time they come in as open.

I like that we now have the option to not receive offers during our times we've set as unavailable. I take offers after my primary job on the weekends and during the week am unable to work because I'm a stay at home mom. Having to say no to offers all the time was torture! Thinking about it, at a clinic they wouldn't book you when you're unavailable so this added feature is perfect and shows you listened to feedback from the surveys!

They used to let us pull up the offer location in Google so we can calculate driving time. Now, they removed that feature in this update and didn't tell us about it in the update notes.

The newest update won't install on my android phone. It was sort of working before and now nothing. I reported the problem and was told a tech would contact me. 12 hours and a whole day of no work later still no response. If the app is'nt working to track me i'm not comfortable taking an appointment. I hate to think I need a new phone for this. After 3 years you would think they would have the tech down.

Like literally no notifications come through, even when one comes through I guess it's delayed because 1sec later the job is filled

Everytime i get a request it's filled literally within 1 second of notifying me. The website and app availability don't seem to sink up either. Sure it's developing more and more, but for now it's been a but frustrating.

My shuts off when I go to accept an offer it says " error the soothe app stopped work" . They need to improve for android, it on therapist side . I have a Samsung galaxy s4 and this app works properly only on I phone and not well on android

I'm using this app on a Samsung S5. Maybe it's me but there's no sound when an offer pops up. Then when I tap the SILENT notification it take years for the app to load. Now that I have the app, I only get texts when nobody has replied to an offer. Not good. There needs to be a sound to let you know an offer is up for grabs and the load time for this app needs to be non-existent. When the notification is tapped, it needs to go to the offer immediately. Immediately. Make this better.

Just tried to accept an offer through text and got no response for 15 minutes, and the 'response' was the app sending me the offer, struggling desperately to open...just to tell me the offer is no longer available. Also, just mentioning that the Dallas region should include Tarrant County since it lists Fort Worth and Dallas as serviceable areas, but you can't even get to Fort Worth without going through Tarrant county/Arlington.

I only get text and rarely get anything through via the app. Not convenient if you have to keep calling in for appointments.

About 80% of the time I get sent an offer, it is sent after it has been taken. I have an Android. I have friends who are accepting over double the amount of offers I'm even being notified of. Please fix so I can take more clients!

I lose out on so many massages due to the fact it's so slow. Boarder line bipolar on excepting offers.

The app shuts down frequently. When an offer comes in and I open the app it's slow to load and tells me no offer has come in when I just received notice. Have downloaded and used each version, not any better. The clock is terrible. You have to mess with it too many times to get it to give you a time. The first version of the drop box was much better, you just touched it and picked a time and it loaded. This version is hit and mostly miss. I miss out on offers because when I answer I have to go through email

Please work on this app asap. Sometimes I receive all incoming bookings and other times nothing. Makes it very difficult to land an appointment over other Therapists since there is a delay when SMS messages come in. Please fix

This app is terrible! Sends the appointments late and they are already taken. Therapist with Androids don't get the same amount of work as people with iPhone. Please fix!! I would love to get some work

Job requests come in late, if at all. Very hard to book work, because when it does show up, it takes long moments to load. Stopped using the directions/ navigation function because it sometimes took me to the wrong place.

Check in button never recognizes I'm at the location and will not let me check in so i have to text dispatch. Apparently clients can message you but i can't find anywhere in the app to view or respond even when following the app notification. Brings me to the offers page.
