Guys don't believe in this. They are completely fooling us. I have used ₹1412 for paying broadband bill via Paytm postpaid. And later on I have completed it. I have paid it on last year may. It's been a one year but still getting threatened calls and messages from Paytm. Also I have screenshot of the paid amount. Paytm telecallers are completely waste they are idiots. Not even know how to communicate with the clients. Dear Paytm if I get even a single calls from you. I'll put a case on you guys.

I am Unable to do payments while using Data Network but it is working when I am using Wifi connection even with a hotspot. Please help , as wifi is not available at every shop or store. Thank you.

It is not good application when you are traveling outside, because many of the times it show payment in process, which means you have to chance to miss your train or bus.

Paytm used to be very good. Now it has become the worst app. I cant use my paytm wallet money for anything. It now shows that my paytm wallet is freezed and asking to submit some documents.when i press the submit button nothing happens it just refreshes the screen itself. The costumer service is the worst of all i cant say the issue i have as it only gives you some options to select and thats it.

Trying to create an account for nearly an hour now. It is such a headache it reverts back to same page of filling up KYC details. It doesn't move forward. Stuck on the same stage. Very frustrated.

For daily promotional spam in notifications. I think you don't understand what is the privacy and what is spam. I believe you will offer me to switch off promotion notifications in settings for this app but this is not the case. Recently Google banned the whole RCS for abusing it to send spam in India. Basically spam is any unwanted messages. I want to use your app just when I want. I don't want it to remind me every day that it exists by spamming with promos.

This is amazing app. But there is something want wrong with me. i don't want to share this, but I know the value of 1 rupee. in my payment wallet, there was 10 rupees but I have not used this money anywhere, now there is 0 rupee in my payment wallet, how it is possible. i want justice. payment's controls have to make for this.

I applied loan but it's much interest compare to all and after submitting process to distribute it will take 2 or 3 working days, then I realised and raised request to don't process it better to cancel it , I got reply like already processed and it will take 2 or 3 days to transfer to your account. How wondering it it's very stupid answer, process it's 2or 3 days but cancel it's not possible haa? Note:I am not interested to Paytm today onwords,Please block my account and cancel loan as well.

Bad it was good before this update. In this update it automatically crash when I tap on profile setting. I have to do clear data if I want to log in into my second account. So please fix it. It's crashing all the time when I want to use that....

Not able to add bank account with paytm...so worst experience since last few days...its showing verification failed. I have already done KYC also verification, still showing error. From start i m using paytm. Its good app for instant payment raher than any other app...but since few days not able to add bank a/c also paytm bank to paytm. So much guys facing this error from last 1 week.

MADE IN INDIA APP ..inspired by Chinese fintech ecosystem. 👍 great app with Good efforts. Cons : some finance charges are revised with the higher side as compared to competitors. Cash back coins are just insane .. & Loan offering alerts ⚠️ are not committed one . Every year new lending partner associated with revised charges.

Your Paytm postpaid sucks, u have deducted money from my account saying that it's a convenience fee without mentioning anywhere that this would be done. And when i complain through your customer support they are not responding to it and there's no response even after mailing the complain and I'm unable to deactivate my Paytm postpaid account also. so finally deleting the app.

Paytm postpaid money deducted but not credited to merchant, no support, no way to contact customer care for postpaid service, 27x7 chat does not connect to customer care or shows transaction. Its a big fraud, do not use paytm, i will uninstall after my payment issue is solved. They are playing around with your time and money, as well as patience.

The worst experience with patym that I am suffering. I had added an decent amount in patym wallet and requested to transfer it in my bank account then I processed it and it shows your transaction is pending and it was done on 3 June 2:40 Am and on 4th June 9:15 PM the issue is not resolved yet still it show's pending nothing is done from their customer support staff or anyone. That's what company do when they get high number of user they don't care if customer is happy or not.

The worst app. I have lost money twice by paying from this app. There is no proper customer care to talk about the issue. I'll ask my friends to uninstall it. The worst app stealing money. The charges for postpaid usage are pretty high. For using below 750 rupees they charged around 25 rupees, even after i paid it before the next month.

I was already using this App but after Updation, I'm asked to Verify my Linked Mobile Number and as I go to that procedure I'm not even Getting my OTP in certain time the OTP came after an Hour even the Internet Connectivity is Very Sufficient. Please Look Forward to rectify the issue.

Very bad experience by Paytm postpaid. Bcoz I had use the paytm postpaid and I have cleared my pending bill with in two days. But after all this I had to pay the convience fees and also there is very bad service of their customers support executive. Very bad nd worst app

I have been trying to use my PAN for KYC and it keeps getting rejected, also not given any proper reason. Can't able to connect with any customer support too. Only tickets are getting raised and they are providing some useless links..which won't even work

Very bad experience with this upi app...i was did transaction shown failed...they shown status in pending for 2-3 days...and after that in my txn history shows txn is succesful...when i was tried to get help about this txn... they said give statement of merchants account of 2-3 days...in other upi app if money deduted from your account and shown status pending... they give refund in 7 working days.

Refunds are added to Paytm wallet even though it was paid through my bank account. And when trying to transfer to my bank account from wallet it asks for kyc. The video kyc process is very glitchy and 95 percent of the time there are no executives available to do the video kyc. Now the video kyc option doesn't show up at all and when clicked it just goes back to the home page. My money is now stuck in the wallet. I can neither spend it nor transfer it to my account. Customer care doesn't work.

Never ever use Paytm. You may not have much transaction failures, but if you have one- you are not going to get your money back. The customer service is awefully ridiculous. I didn't get my money back even after 1 week and the customer service is keeping mum! Terrible service I did everything possible from my side. But there is no adequate response from your side. Worst customer support ever.

Worst app! Paytm is too different from other upi apps during failed transaction the amount will be debited it can be taken long time to refund but other upi apps transaction fails but not any money debits also,sometimes the payments are succesfully sended, but not received. after the payment done it can't shows in the history also.

Very very bad experience from your system. I was travelling on Pune Satara road at that time (21.03.2020) deducted Toll so many times in one day. Deducted amount is approximately 350 rs. Why are you deduct amount from my Paytm wallet & fastag. Please send me your feedback and talk with me on your contact number. I wanted to closing my fastatag: 31/05/2022 Second problem - my msdcl electric bill automatically debited without select autoplay option. Please cancel autoplay 0ption & it's limits.

I applied for a personal loan from Paytm, the amount was also disbursed in my account but due to some problem, the time could not be filled, now I have filled the entire loan amount but then 235 RS is still showing pending, why so? I messaged to ask the same but your employee was calling 10 times at the time of paying the money but now after paying the money no one is responding....

Paytm is good to use for people who wants to use it. User experience is good. Bt i have given 2 star from 5. As the customer support is taking like 2-3 weeks to just simply delete the account. As no option given to delete your in app. Its frustrating.

Convenient interface. Smooth working. Although coupons and codes are majorly useless and mostly not required. Even if you go to apply the code, it'll show 'something went wrong' or 'not applicable'. I found only this negative point. Otherwise, it's a strong app.

The most useless and frustrating applicaton. I already had Rs. 689 in my wallet and I need to pay Rs. 665 to an online website. When I choose paytm wallet option for the payment, the option "Pay from wallet" didn't appear, only UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking was available. Even when I tried to withdraw the wallet balance to my bank account, it simply didn't allowed me to do that by generating a frustrating error (INVALID OTP), I tried 4 times and every time it said "INVALID OTP", really BAD Exp.

Don't use paytm postpaid, it's a trap. In the name of convenience charge , they will charge you more even if you refill the amount in next 5 mins. It's like instant use and pay instant charges to use also.

I have failed payment of 2000 rupees when I am trying to raise ticket it is not showing options. This is very worst along with predefined options please give customers space for their option to put in. I want my money to be refunded. It has been already 4 working days but no refund is done.

I am really dissatisfied with the service. Yesterday only I have downloaded the application.. I did the transaction and payment got deducted from mine side but it didn't reflected on the receiver's paytm. I need to pay again from google pay . I deleted the app immediately.

Worst experience every in every category. Multiple payment failure with amount deducted from account and Paytm not helping to track and resolve. If refunded the amount is locked as Gift Voucher, I'm unable to use the amount to make payments. Everytime I'm trying to make a payment it selects my linked account without giving the option to switch to wallet. I have had enough, time to deactivate the account and switch over to GPay or other apps. Oh yes, the customer service is the worst.

U can enable postpaid but can not disable it. Everytime it will show as 1st payment option and if by mistake you click on it, the payment is done. (No pin required). And on the month end, they will charge you with a big amount (aka postpaid service charge).

Airline cancelled my flights and refunded the money to paytm in a single day, since then it's been 19 days I am calling them everyday for the refund. And everytime I get the same reply that they have put my case on priority. No result even after talking to the supervisor twice. Their 24/7 help service never replies for the mails/messages. They have horrible service. I feel that my words are falling on dead ears everytime I call them. I needed this money for a medical emergency.

Have tried many other payment apps, I do almost 80% of my monthly transaction using paytm. The best features are almost rare & negligible failure rate and speedy transactions. Still some improvement required on cash&reward part.

It's very waste app.thiugh i completed my my full kyc through video call. It's shows pending. The services are very worst .no proper answer from customer care or other helpline in Paytm . Too worst app . The ticket raised in Paytm was useless not helpfull. The customer care services were too worst it's been 1 hour they will not connect the call. Worst app forever' in my life.

Very bad service. 3 years ago, i was using paytm and it was kyc approved. But i stopped using paytm. Then I created 2nd account with same mobile number. Now, when I am trying to link my pan number, system is not allowing to it as pan number is linked with previous account. I have explained many times that close my old account linked to my mobile number but still asking same thing again and again like please share mobile number for which account needs to close. My 40k money has been blocked here

Really Progressive and Competitive Digital approach of the people who are behind developing this app. BUT read further carefully: Customer service is non-existent at all! Bad experience while using Postpaid . They didnot disclose about or should i say HIGHLIGHT the convenience fee any where in the postpaid column (cunningly). Please beawre they donot charge it same day or same time but u will be surprised at the end of month when u get ur statement. In my case i used 900/- INR and it was credited same day but still they charged 32 INR for the sake of CONVENIENCE or Cunning fees.

So sometimes paytm don't do favour with me but 80% of the time paytm is my prior choice.. I think paytm is one of the most secured app in payment things . so ,for kyc is the only problems ,other than that this app is one the best for something like recharges online payment. Thank you. Worst. Even not deserve for one star. Personal assistant in chat is very pathetic. No email contact available to send issues to customer services. Recently applied for personal loan for that this app boasts approval in 2 minutes. Loan approved but when transferring the funds into my account, it stops and appears a message the amount will be disbursed in 48 hrs. 48 hrs is already expired but app show that will disbursed in 48 hrs. E-mandate charges has been debited to my account but I got nothing

I am using this app for 2 years now. Recently i wanted to do rent payment by paytm postpaid service but every time payment fails and i am just frustrated. Same problem with video e-kyc , it just don't work. Whenever i went on doing video e-kyc , and press the link in the chat it always redirects me to the same home page of the app. VERY MUCH FRUSTRATING!!!!!!😡😡😡

How can they switch fastag account to another party without customer permission.. It happened to me.. Seriously there's no security.. I don't know how Paytm app works. Sometimes it asks to upgrade profile with tag "Sim Card Changed" although I don't make any change with my sim card.. User interface changes makes app typical to find something.. Very bad experience with this app..

It froze my account for no reason saying "Wallet Credit Freeze", On trying to add money it is asking for kyc. I had already done my kyc once before and wallet was working fine. Anyways, I tried completing the kyc, it says kyc submitted successfully without me doing anything and brings me back to the same state as before.

They are using paytm postpaid as a way to steal money. After scanning when you hit on pay, it deducts automatically from postpaid. And then they charge a convieneice fee even if you pay the amount at same time. Very frustrating. No way to disable it

Good App. But have some suggestions: 1. Unable to note for what purpose the payment has been made. A note or remarks provision should be provided. 2. The tick mark after successful payment should largerand more conspicuous to enable old people and less educated people to understand easily and quickly. If possible, in any Indian language chosen.

My Fastag order was not delivered on the given date and when raised complaint after sometime updated as status deliveredto some address which they are not sure and Nor i received. after tried to reach customer care, no reply from them nor any call or message. Fraudulent transactions activity. I didn't done any type of transactions using paytm app, even didn't added any bank accounts. Even though my cibil report shows Paytm post paid loan through Aditya Birla finance🤔. So stay away from this app. Update: My concern is related to paytm postpaid loan account wrogly showing in Cibil credit report. I can't find any meaningful information from paytm customer care options available in the app.

I am trying to add money to my Paytm wallet, It shows "you can't add money to your wallet". Please submit required documents to unfreeze your wallet. When I click on submit button, it is showing your KYC is updated successfully. Kindly let me know what documents are required and where I have to submit. Bad experience with PAYTM 👎

Completely trash and third class app,I switched the phone on which my wallet was running with a new phone and since then my wallet is showing as inactive and all efforts to retrieve my wallet have gone in vain, would never recommend this app to anyone, not even my enemies.

Please Do not use Paytm Bank or UPI transaction for large amount. Worst payment app ever. Please don't use this as your primary payment app. Use Google Pay instead, They have amazing support teams. On the other hand paytm has the worst and useless help/support team, even the options provided in chat support and helpline number is useless. I couldn't even find the failed transaction section anywhere. Worst app ever with awful support team. I couldn't even find my problem in Paytm 24×7 support.

I've been using this app from the very beginning, even before the QR scanning option came to exist.I was quite satisfied with every other thing but now..well, what I don't get is why's there a convenience fee all of a sudden?You're saying Paytm doesn't charge any convenience fee or like that for Wallet, UPI or debit card uses but why is it still imposing 'convenience fee' even for mobile recharges?Where's the feedback section?Are you kidding me??Do hell with your app..I can simply go to a shop🤬

Paytm is good app overall but customer service isn't good. Suddenly my Paytm wallet has been deactivated by patym without giving any notification then i contact to customer service and i uploaded required documents after that they didn't give any reply is it really 24*7 customer service...? So i suggest others also,lp It's better to use different apps atleast they resolved customer's issue.

Absolutely pathetic customer care service. Firstly they updated wrong KYC details. Never bothered to fix it. And now they deactivated wallet without any notification that it is deactivated. My transactions are on hold for 2 days and no one responds to ticket. Edit: A customer service personal called me today and said that I'm supposedly using a Paytm account of another person 😂 and they have freezed the account and I won't get my money back and disconnected the call. *Slow claps*

Such a fraud app. I was using this app for past 3 years i didn't have any issues. But now I made 2 transactions & those transactions where failed but amount debited from my payment payment bank. After that tha app showing account blocked because I didn't update kyc & PAN and you cannot receive money. But i updated and my kyc & pan Was verified before those transactions.Eventhough i tried to contact Costumer care and raised ticket there was not proper response. Don't use this fraud app.

Paytm doesn't have the option to choose custom UPI id and there's also only one UPI id for one person, this is a drawback whereas other payment apps are providing option of having 3 UPI ids either for same banj account or for different bank account of a user. App has lot of bugs and needs optimization. UI needs refinement.

I use it most of times but its because of these stupid updates that I cannot give 5 star rating moreover their customer support sucks. It keeps you puzzeled in IVR options so you get confused. And recently they removed the facilty to send money from wallet to bank including their own paytm bank. If this keeps up this app will die sooner than later.

Horrible experience, they take the money and don't release it. i want to pay from my Paytm wallet but that option is never valid. They make you pay from your bank account and keep money in the paytm wallet to increase their value. Monopolised like anything. I still can't access money from my wallet i need to send it to another Paytm user. And they are not even giving me that option.

Great app. Very good experience, it is very supportive and useful, has a wallet facility, UPI payment, Bank transfer, Recharge, shopping and Booking options and the biggest point is that they work properly and when we click on pay, the choice ' scan any Qr code ' comes at bottom centre of the screen.

Deserve 0 star. In kyc it is showing it is updated and suddenly add money in wallet stops and saying kyc is not completed. I was travelling with my family and need to update my paytm fastag but due to the bug in the application I was not able to update my wallet and I have to pay double toll tax unnecessarily. Poor customer center service provided they have a bunch of unskilled employees sitting at customer care named santosh & raman(by the way both were girls). Totally Poor quality app.

This app is my favourite from long time... But PayTM failing to retain their loyal customers... There is no customer support... For every thing they mention 24x7 helpdesk... But it is useless BOT, there are only pre defined questions. I've taken fastag from PayTM now I'm regretting as my wallet and PayTM Bank account was credit frozen for no reason. They asked for reKYC at customer support.. after 3days got confirmation mail that my account is KYC completed. After one month again same drama.

Useful but Improper execution of KYC and Customer Support. I use paytm for most of my online payments but one day when I needed to travel for a long journey and I use a paytm fastag, suddenly the credit was frozen without any notification. Now after calling Paytm they tell me to go to the nearest kyc point to reverify. I don't mind doing all this but this could have been done with a proper intimation and customer support could have been much better here. Poor customer experience.

Dont ever try to activate paytm postpaid. Once you activated and then you cannot close it and it will affect your credit score so badly. Unable to close Paytm postpaid... Tried my level best to contact CC but nothing worked... I have raised tickets many times and you guys are closed it everytime as problem solved. How come my problem solved when my paytm postpaid is stil active ? .... Such a pathetic app

Such a worst fintech application i have ever seen , my name is not appearing, when I ask customer care to change my name they said very long process like I'm applying for passport and visa , there is lot of technologies available to confirm the identity of a person like digilocker , kyc , adhar verification, otp verification, but they need sim activation certificate, pan , adhar, selfie what not very disgusting, I'm just uninstalling the application it's better to use phone pe and google pay ,

Paytm does not let me update my kyc. It kept going for error and had nothing to display after Aadhar confirmation but something had to happen and common error note "try again later." I had to at some point transfer the money from the wallet but have not been able to since months and after updation also would be of no use.

Very bad app...couldn't activate my wallet at all and the payments on my paytm wallet have not been received because it is inactive..please do something about this! No matter how many times I try to activate my wallet it shows that new account applications are not being accepted and it's so frustrating

What to say I'm just using it as often i use my phone. it's incredibly faster than any other UPI apps I had earlier used so far. It has many advantages and features . But I liked the most is whenever you are transferring money to someone if txn was not successful it will cancel the txn and refund the money back to your AC. Not a single pending payment case I've seen in my usetime. yet there are some minor fixes to do. I love IT 😍

Why charging while loading wallet from credit card. Unnecessary chargeing extra amount. Mobikwik free charge etc apps are not charging while loading wallet from credit cards. I stopped using paytm. Such waste app and support. I reviewed so their team insists me to send email sent an email on 13th December still now no reply. These people just trying to show to people they are helping waste app and worst support system. Stupid app, waste of time.

The app was good but after update has become utter waste. The virtual debit card does not work any more just loading dots are present on the screen. CVV and expiry date does not load. Atrocious from PayTM. Very poor service.

Cheating app. While checking out from a hotel tried paying thru paytm. Conveniently, Paytm took money from my account and kept in its wallet and locked it. Didn't let me pay saying kyc update. Had there been a problem, Paytm shld have prompted while initiating the payment. Not after taking money from my bank. I had to arrange funds from other sources when checking out from a hotel. Paytm gets interest free funds like this. This is the 2nd time this happened to me. This is a big time scam.

Pros: Very fast payments, easy transitions as compared to slow "phone pay" transactions. Cons: The app features and organisation of tabs in the app should be better organized. Confusion is there in using the app. Final verdict: While I am using the phone pay app , i will be frustrated 🥴 little whether the transaction goes successful. But when I am using Paytm, i won't get that frustration, and I feel confident that transaction will be definitely executed.

Customer support is the worst of all other payment apps. I couldn't cancel my automatic UPI payments so I reached out to them but I was only able to chat with a bot, that doesn't show the issue I'm facing, and even if I report my issue somehow, it just says "We are sorry with the inconvenience caused, we are trying to improve our service" Uninstalling this app rightaway!

Facing a lot of issues with my KYC update. Planning to delete PATYM account permanently and switch my fast tag to some other SPs.

Problems were not resolved despite persistent badgering for months on end. Your 24*7 help is useless. I don't think I am ever going to get my money back; I have lost all hope. Paytm deducted toll fee for which I never visited that tollgate. The tollgate which Paytmnis showing is more than 600kms. I never visited that tollgate. I tried reaching out to Paytm customer service, there is no help from them. Paytm service is really pathetic and their Paytm fastag. Guys avoid using Paytm fastag service or else you are going to loose your money.

Not at all satisfactory for the people who deal in huge amount of bank transactions. They do not provide the bank statements in excel format. It becomes worse for business purposes as for proper books of accounts we need the transactions in proper accessible format. Moreover when you suggest them to initiate this facility, they do not entertain it. When all other banks are providing it so easily, just don't know why Paytm cannot do so! Gave up on it and would definitely not recommend it!

Worst customer care service.. Bank is not able to provide me my transaction statement in excel format although every bank in bank except paytm bank provide it's customer for their convenience. It's a small change that paytm is not able to provide to it's customer... Which is not even a huge task.. They can chage fees also.. But provide this facility.

After I tried by reboot and switch Off and On but then also not working. After that I came to know that there was an update available. How paytm is working I don't understand. I was trying to get transaction history for the more than 2 hours continuously but failed to get it and then they didn't even consider my second request for the history. I talked to customer service and they simply responded "SORRY, WE CAN'T HELP". What would you do when the APP itself fails to help you and sought things out. I would never recommend this APP!!

There is no use to redeem your points for any coupon. I had tried so many coupons for so many time but it's not accepting anywhere. 0% value for money or value for coupons. From last so many days i m trying to redeem my FITPASS SUBSCRIPTION. But every time it is asking for updates after updating the app it's show's the same msg again n again. Just an amazing app, used almost everywhere in India! The UI of the app is very easy to understand. Also we can easily do payments anywhere in just few clicks without any long process of going to banks! Its a faster & easier way to recharge, pay bills, send or recieve money, link bank accounts, UPI transactions, book tickets & much more! But sometimes i face some issues of loading, can't show balance or sending money that are very frustrating, so i hope you guys will fix it otherwise great app.

I lost more than 1000 because of this when booking train tickets. As a result i started travelling without ticket when travelling in express trains general coach. So far, never got caught. In case I get caught, I will tell the TC to refund my amount paid through paytm and just end the deal of having paytm as intermediate. Gpay etc is much better

If mobile network is slow plzz show notification of low network, so that we don't pay at that time really believe me no one likes their money to be stuck somewhere 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. 2. If server is down don't let people do the payment and show notification of low server. 3. Star giving cashback instead of unuseful vouchers people use only few vouchers like Zomato , swiggy, and shopping related.

I have many issues in paytm like in every transaction they give me scratch card it's like a lollipop and after scratching the same i always found those things which is useless, other issues in tatkal ticket when paytm doesn't allow to book then why they are these showing fake tickets and many other points which i can't post. I had tried to login my same bank account but i totally failed , i had tried through paytm app and via calling executive of paytm.But no solution is given to me.They told me to visit 24×7 help section but there was not any option for help.

Excellent. I am using it since many years . There is one suggestion. When we clik on Pay, the choice " scan any QR code" comes at bottom centre of the screen. Advertisements are running on that portion of screen and the choice is not clearly visible. It is suggested that this choice may be placed at the top or at a distinctly visible part of the screen where it is not cluttered by advertisements.

This is the worst online payment app. Because when we pay money for online shopping platform through Paytm, the money is not paid properly, but the money will be debited from the account. And especially the customer support was very very worst. There will be no proper response in the case of refund and also other services from the customer support each and every time. Bad experience with postpaid. I made a transaction of 1500 in the month of Mar, and repaid the amount on 31st of Mar. However, I've been asked to pay convinience fee for the same. This had happened in the month of Feb as well, I assumed that it was a one time convenience fee and paid in the month of Feb. But I've been asked to pay again for the transaction made in the month of Mar. So surprised that all this was never mentioned or notified before I opted postpaid. Better to switch to other apps!

I am using paytm last 3 year, I did like to use paytm because transaction is never failed on slow to slow network and send momey easily to any account and no any additional charge on big or small transactions. But paytm is take a additional charge on any transaction, it's so bad for paytm user because they make a good bonding with paytm related to transaction. This conventional fee is very bad in paytm application. so I think use of another application instead Paytm.

Third class app. While trying to talk to CC executive, you are asked to enter OTP which is never received till we end the call. How to enter OTP then? On entering password, reported wrong. Can't make payment from my wallet balance to other Paytm mobile number. What's the use of this? Am I forced to add my bank account so that details may be passed on to fraudsters. When I don't need/want this, why being forced?

Another payment is under pending payments both are big amounts and as usual during emergency app is definitely not reliable. I received a refund from one of the shop through Paytm because I paid through this stupid app. Now Paytm is stealing that Money and saying transaction failed. No customer service person you can reach through phone or email Never seen such a cheating system til date Use simple or cred instead they are very good. Why there is no option for Password to log in, because OTP can't recieved in my phone if my Airtel number is not recharged. This is so irritating. And bdw, if my phone got lost and if someone found then anyone can log in to paytm by using OTP. so i think this is really not a secure. And WHY I STILL NOT RECEIVING OTP IN MY PHONE, ITS BEEN 7 HOURS WAITING FOR OTP. Please fix this issue soon.

3rd class app. Everytime it gets updated, it logs off and it has to be verified again and again. And they have started this new drama of verifying by sending message from our phone instead of verifying it through OTP, even for transferring money through wallet. And we have to incur money even if we are on roaming. So basically, this app is a threat to privacy. It can only function in India. In European countries it would have been subject of multi law suits in line with GDPR regulations.

Unfortunately for gold related issues we don't have customer care number also we need to raise ticket only but they don't respond to our tickets. This is the new version of cheating customer as we can't reach them and they won't respond to our tickets.

Why you add limit that to know account balance, we have to turn on location service. Why you want to know our location always. Yes knowing location is important for security but too much is irritating. You can also check our location from our sim service provider or google. We have limited battery, we can't keep our all radios on all time. And also pin is also required just to know balance.

Automated assistant is literally of no use. Paytm should enable in person customer support over message atleast. Payment is in processing stage after being debited from account from last 2 working days & showing processing with no update whatsoever. They said through ticket your account will be unfreezed in 2 day & but waiting since 6 days. Its been 15 day i am unable to use upi or other money transfer mode. Worst experience ever, I did a late payment and after their 24X7 calling I did the due payment, even after the payment they kept on calling asking if my due has been cleared. Please check at your end first before calling again and again. Don't bombard someone with 9-10 calls a day just to ask if I have payed my due. I did. Great App. Has wallet facility, UPI payment, Bank Transfer, Recharge and Booking options. And the biggest point is that they work properly. Pretty reliable if you are careful in using the app and don't randomly scan QR codes. Then there will be problems.

Utter worst gui, it got lot of things, but no feature handled properly. Eg: payments are slow when compared to other competitors, for movie tickets it doesn't have option for 2D/3D, we don't know what ticket we blocked(No cancellation policy). We all know how flop Paytm mall was.....

Paytm is worst. It forces to use otp option only to login. Why you dont provide password option. Can't you send otp in registered email id. Paytm sucks. Very convenient, It's easy to send money, recharge and pay bills and any more.. There is one fault once it done the payment under process then it will credit in the receivers bank, that should be back in ours because in hurry we pay him by cash or another method. By the way nice app made our life simple.

I'm an early adopter of Paytm. Using it even after trying other competitors and keep coming back to Paytm, mainly because of payment bank. But these days, app is getting slow for upi transactions, showing the shimmer screen everytime I open payment options, which made me use other options multiple times. Please fix this issue 1* till this issue is resolved Update: issue not resolved. App is very slow to load the next screen. Always showing shimmer screen for 20-25 seconds

Not able to cancel the automatic bill payment option. 24/7 help also is not giving any option regarding this issue. Worst kind of customer care and help. Can't find a way to contact the customer care. The bill payment gives a default automatic payment setting. If we miss to uncheck this option there is no way of deactivating this option. I hate the customer care part of the app. There is no way of sending a mail also.

It is frustrating that the app automatically verifies for sms or reads for otp in the same device while logging in, when my sim card is not in the same phone. How can this be fixed without placing the sim card in same phone as I'm abroad and sim is in India. It is funny that Paytm has replied asking me to raise a ticket via the app(based in link shared to me). Why I say this is because the suggestion takes me to the same loop where I have to login which doesn't work without sim card with me.

Well, I had oneof the worst exp of my life, I added money to Paytm wallet and tried to rechrge but instead of using money from Paytm wallet, it used money from my accnt (and yes, I opted Paytm wallet clearly). Okay no problem I can transfer back to my account or send the money from Paytm wallet to sumone else but no, Paytm won't let that happen, first of all without kyc they won't allow such sillybthing which is possible in any other app(gpay) and worst part is paytm exec are busy too busy.

Wallet upgrade is not working. There is no customer support executive. Says they are not available. Money is blocked in wallet, cannot transfer it to bank. They block your wallet activities when you deposit money in to the wallet. So that the money you can't withdraw. This will be the last deposit to wallet. Anyone don't deposit money in their wallet. You will not available when you required it. Only when they allow you will get it.

Worst app so far, They can cut our money without much details or problems, but we can't withdraw money from the wallet and we can't even complete the KYC, they say there is an issue or try again later and so on. The cashback thing is a SCAM. They don't directly credit the cashback. User is expected to go to app, scratch the card, get points, then redeem the points and only then it goes to wallet. If not, it will expire, that is just ridiculous. Never using Paytm again.

First that 5% charge for transferring paytm wallet money to paytm savings account and now they stopped accepting master card and Visa card transfer to paytm savings account. Also, I tried to make a purchase from Amazon Japan, the payment was around 9200 JPY, I used Paytm Visa card and they tried to charge same amount around 9200 in INR, when it should've been around 5421 INR or so. Tried to contact support nobody responded properly. Freaking scam!

Worst app. KYC has been updated but still both wallet and bank account has been put under restrictions, can't transfer money or withdraw amount plus customer service is pathetic..they do not have any chat or calling lines that connect you to agents. They are just fraud. Don't use the app. I was earlier their loyal customer but out of nowhere they have blocked my account..this is just not done.

The app keeps on crashing after the recent updates, since past two weeks. I'm unable to open Paytm directly. Everytime I have to check for some transaction, i have to long press the widget, and then select "view balance and history" to open Paytm. Please fix it ASAP. It's sucks as I had been using Paytm perviously as my mainstream payment platform. Also the UI is too clutter Phone: VIVO Y51 OS: Funtouch OS12 (ANDROID 12) I'll change the rating back to normal, once the issue gets fixed. Thanks!

Paytm is great and easy to use payment app. The UI is too good but but i have a great suggestion, can u add in the History section where the payee name nd transaction status page is there, where I can see that, when i paid the amount, I can see that how much balance was in my account or how much balance left after payment coz of it will be easy to track the balance usage nd balacing the budget and all. Worst service ever. I booked a bus ticket from paytm for 30th of April and to my surprise the ticket booked was of 25th of April 2022 i.e. of the same day to my surprise due to the paytm application glitch. I called customer care who kept my call hold for so long just to inform that the one communication has digested the money and won't refund you a penny as well. I am uninstalling this app and deleting this app for greater good of mine. This is how they are recovering their losses on market.

Worst customer service ever found. The inbuilt paytm chatboat is of no use, issue I'm facing never gets solved even if I called Paytm helpline number. They ask for OTP to talk with agent for solving the issue but the OTP never provided on time. Whenever I have recieved OTP it was always after time out. Worst experience. Overall good experience.. but please add a feature that allows the transaction to be cancelled if the transaction is not success ful after 2 minutes of payment because many a time it shows pending for several minutes so we have to give cash to the shopkeeper/cab/train/metro and leave and after 15-30 minutes the transaction also becomes successful. This leads to double payment and it becomes very difficult to get the extra paid money back..

Worst app ever, My money is stuck in paytm wallet and paytm bank.I cannot do any outward transactions. It is asking to update kyc, i tried all possible ways but nothing happening. Neither they are updating my kyc nor they are transfering my wallet money to linked bank account. Customer service is just for name sake they give false suggestions. Very very disappointed. I am facing this issue since 5 months now dont know what to do. I hope paytm resolves this issue so that I can change my ratings.

I suggest to use this app only for making payment and transfer. I applied for PL based on offer and same was successfully completed. The amount was initiated to bank account and same will be processed within 2wds like that i received. However after 2 days the same was rejected without any proper reason due to which cibil was impacted. Whn transfer was initiated then how the same will get rejected it's kind of cheat. Suggest not to use such kind of offers and don't waste time.

I was really satisfied with this app in the begining but since login procedure has been changed to either through SMS or OTP, I am not able to login when ever I travel out of country. I need to recharge my Indian SIM in order to receive OTPs and in order to recharge through Paytm, I need an OTP to login. Is this the digital advancement that we boast ourselves about? Or did digital India did not consider people travelling or living outside the country?

This app is so broken that when you tried to register for verification, I've recieved my opt and yet it still says it's sending sms for verification. There are not option to put the opt manually. What a bumber, am glad it is that way no need to used this app I'll switch to other means. Not worth it

Paytm is the best app in terms of payment speed, security and in last 6 years not a single transaction has ever failed for me .👏👏 BUT one of the major issues I always feel is UI of the App.It is so overcrowded and difficult to navigate. Almost 90% options that are present in home screen are rarely used . If Paytm focuses on its UI developement and make it simple and easy to use,no one can stop it from becoming the BEST payments application.

They might have outsourced the same that's why we are not getting proper response. They are deducting balance from my wallet by giving fake reference number whose detail they also don't have. I am okay with not getting freebies until company become profitable but as a consumer i ll be happy if i ll not be charged for using paytm wallet for 30 or 45 days as these are facilities available on amazon and flipkart with 20-30 times limit provided by paytm wallet (for me only 1000).

I do not recommend to use this app. I have sent emails to nodal, [email protected], [email protected] But none of them replied even after couple of days. it's a good service but I will recommend you 1000001% to use this service only for wallet. don't use their Paytm payment Bank. as they do a kind of a robbery by repeated adding your saving money in the fixed deposit which is extremely hard to withdraw also they will directly cut the money from your bank to transfer in FD Without any warning. If you want to use a app for banking go for phone pay or gpay. paytm is just outdated now i guess the bugs are policies are still baba Adam ke jamaneke hai.

This app was best for all payment from 2017-20 after that everything changed the UI/UX became very difficult to use and to be honest I used phone pe and the user UI/UX of phone pe is 200% better than paytm. I think everyone are switching to other apps because of dirty UI/UX and lots of useless feature. The app was way better than it is after the update. I get a white blank page when click "Setting" or "Your Account" or "Help and Support". Due to this, I am unable to logout. has been almost a year, I have using Paytm. It worked great since start, KYC was done within 48 hours and I was ready for any cashless transactions. The only issue i faced was with Paytm Payments Bank. My account was flagged with credit limit and I was unable to add money to my Paytm Payments Bank account. I contacted support a few times but all they said was credit limit has been removed but actually it wasn't. It took 15-20 days to resolve this issue. Other than this, everything worked great!

Very bad experience with Bus ticket booking in Paytm application. Booked ticket got cancelled saying that the bus is not available but after cancellation I found the same bus on same date was available in a higher price (almost double). This is very unprofessional and people should think multiple times before booking bus tickets in Paytm.

I am not getting access to change app PIN. Nothing but a blank page is showing when I select 'Settings' option in the profile bar. Even I tried it after updating to latest version of the app. But no use... This problem persists since 5 months. I forget the PIN, just using fingerprint to unlock the app. Is this happening to me only? At the Customer Suport message center there is no solution for issues related to 'App Settings'. Anybody hearing, please help to solve this issue...

You people are directly deactivating my Paytm postpaid account and don't know how to keep customer. I have already amount in my account then why do I need to pay 3% convience fees. 1st - Paytm deducted balance and auto recharged my Prepaid number from my bank account without my consent. And it's near to impossible to get connected to their customer care. Whatif I wanted to recharge some other amounts! 2nd - Just like other loan apps, they take all your information and then never gives you any loan or anything. A way to take PAN and other personal information. 3rd - When my credit card was added/saved in the app, I used to get OTPs out of nowhere from Paytm.

Writing review again after two years, previously I gave 1 star because I was very unsatisfied at that time. But now everything in the app is very easy to navigate and credit card section was fixed but why chrage extra on postpaid! Whereas simpl and lazypay they charged O for using their service, That's the draw back for me. 4 star from me as of now

For recharge option, there comes a bill option, even after paying that amount we still are unable to recharge. Secondly some people recharge before the due dat and we should be able to do that. We aren't able to have a good recharging options. Uninstalling the app. Worst experience so far.

Disappointing and frustrating app. Video kyc is the most useless piece of trash that never works. Not everyone can afford top of the line handsets for the goddamn app to satisfy technical requirements. When you go to an external kyc point, the servers are down 150% of the time. Effectively the app is useless unless it's setup right the first instance. Alternative apps are much easier to setup and non-intrusive or rigid like this app. Lucky are those who could set it up right the first time.

The app is good, most of the time it's works fine for me. I have few suggestions 1. Please don't change app interface so frequently it's really hard to be use to. 2. Sometime the app doesn't connect to the server immediately it's takes time to connect. 3. If you take back old and easy interface it would much better

Worst ever customer service. Good for nothing services. Will just deactivate it for good forever. Other money transfer apps have never let me down like this ever and have simpler and cleaner user friendly interfaces. It was a mistake that I even downloaded it in the first place. I was already dubious from the beginning but I decided to give it a try and voilá! Plus your money is stuck in the wallet forever and no one does anything about it. Would definitely recommend against this.
