Jio app is an slowest application in comparison to another apps like airtel, or vi apps or even government application bsnl is faster than Jio app. Such an slowest app from jio is out of expectations. So bad experience. This is so annoying, Everytime a jio tune saying your recharge is going to expire. I don't want that in any case

It's very dispointed because in postpaid plan like 399 it's also provide ott platform but in this plan not activate or shown Amazon prime membership so I suggest you to please don't choose jio please go with Airtel service is best. It's provide all type of service and ott platform which is committed.

This app is very very nice for ur jiotunes and also for ur recharge then this app is freely to set ur jiotune songs. U can change ur caller tune daily and it also free. U can must try these app guys😀

bloated app when fully installs on phone takes up hundreds of mb space. they don't provide lite version of this app which is easier to install in their slow network speeds. they're blindly trying to fit all their services in one app for corporate greed which only makes app slower to use for average user.

I like the app , navagation from one section to another section is very easy, payments music And ringtones etc ,but a problem with the jio fiber under my device tab , I don't know which user connected to 5g or 2g and it shows only device name , if any new device connected to my network it doesn't display any details ,only i know if I open in my app and refresh the page

Please don't use jio sim. Its very irritating to use jio network. Whenever i make any calls firstly the call is not connected, by luck if call is connected. I could not hear other person clearly and other person too. Also the internet connectivity is very poor, in jio chat option it shows 10 mbps download and 8.07 mbps upload speed But it can't open a single web page, In any browser.

Latest update is not good. Last one was best . In latest one update we cannot set jio tunes for another linked mobile no. As well as some bugs are also there. We cannot easily search what we wanted. So i request you to please do changes so that we can set jio tunes are another mobile no also .

An easy and user friendly app that helps users to operate their jio account. But last time whin i shifted my residence and tried to relocate my jio fiber connection to my new residence , the app could not relocate my existing connection to new residence saying the jio fiber connection is not available. That's why i have to take new connection and disconnected my old one.

Please stop reminding people that plan will expire from before 1 week. 1-2 days before expiry is fine,not 1 week . It's very irritating to wait for the announcement to complete that also in all possible language when you quickly want to place a call. Everybody knows they have to recharge on expiry.

Useless app and service. Suddenly internet was down and complainted about it many times. No one cares to provide service and restore the net. Pathetic response from toll free numbers. Evry time they schedule a appointment but service man never shows up.

It's not helpful from any way . I have tried to contact to customer helpline from my jio it's fully fake . And i have tried to contact indore area jio fiber senior engineer and he is not answering to me now what to do reliance is full of fake and lazy working guys which is untolarable. And it is also a bad internet provider and network is also very poor

I don't want to give single star but there is no option to give zero star, Very poor jiofiber service, two days to waiting for jio set-top box installation, but today also they asked 24hrs ,every time they asking 24 hrs, today 3rd day, today 4th day, still not resolved my problem,all my complents still open after completed regulation time, worst service ever seen in my life, plz don't buy they are cheaters, 0 star service

My jio app is now redundant for what it was originally designed for. You get to see everything but not data, plan & recharge info. Earlier, when data usage reached 40%, u used to get message notification for that (both as normal message & from jio app)but now whether it is 40%, 50%, 90% or even 100%, no message arrives or arrives hours later which serves no use why it was helpful in the first place. Told team via 198 several times but no resolution yet. Porting to Airtel soon due to this bug. 💩

Good experience , I never recharged online , but this time I really liked it. I want to recharge again but right now I have money problems. So I just wanted to recharge from merchant payment only . So I will try it later when I will have the money , and the problems will get solved. I hope you can understand my problem . I hope my best. I will try my best to arrange , please consider it . this app is too laggy and also has network issue with this app. does not load faster like other telecom apps and also its features are useless and too many advertises on this app. i sugest to developer decrease advetises and increase performance of this app.

Its been more than 4 days since i raised a complaint that the service is not working no one has bothered to work on the request. When u call call center agents they say they are working from home and no one helps they just keep saying the issue will be fixed... Will never suggest anyone with jio!!!

looters, you start recharge for something, they will change the plan during payment, by their wish, benefiting their company. I started semi annually pack recharge,they change it to 3000 recharge for 1 month. customer care reply is like, we looted you, do whatever you can....0 star

Worst network in my area the tower is located on just 2 km away from my village but the singal and the network speed is worst than ever and i have made multiple complains in recent 2 years but they did not solve the Problem so now i have dicided to switch to other network for better service Thank you

My internet is not working for 3-4 days I have also complained but status is showing resolved, I have complained 3 times, the same issue and my complaint is not resolved yet Engineer is not even receiving my call. My biggest mistake is to install jio fiber.😭😭😭😭

The plan is good and affordable, but when the plan is about to expire i.e., when I still have a week's time to recharge, I will be unable to make any calls... this would be a problem during emergency. And also some times there will be signal problems...

I would preffer it to all but there's one thing ther troubles me is that when we participate in the 20 GB lucky draw the app never shows the name of the winner to other participants. Very Pathetic JioFiber service I have been facing issues in wifi connection since last week Called the customer service over 10 times they said they have registered the complain and will forward it but No action is being taken to solve the issue. I have tried calling customer care so many times and they just say they don't know when this problem will be solved. It's so costly and they are providing such PATHETIC SERVICE I would rate it a 0 stars. I'm very very disappointed with the service.

it's very good the problem is youtube watching speed is too slow not only yt all videos all playing too low compared to Vodafone yt watching speed but also no problem it is good nowadays for gaming so if you can update the sim internet only for watching yt playing games at low ping and also download speed then I will rate you five star THANK YOU sim is good it can be compared to Vodafone in future or it can beat the Vodafone network speed in future do well and THANK YOU👋

Worst experience ever I have taken JiO fiber connection with 399 plan as after that have taken the settip box with 6 ott ap plan 399+100 but I got nothing in this plan no app is working So i called customer care and ask them to revert my plan back to 399 and disconnect the set-box but no one help me just give me a Email id and ask me to sent a email even My-Jio app Doesn't have option to revert plan In comparison with you local service provider is better then you

Dont use this app... I never faced any issues while recharging from paytm or gpay or phone pay but i used my jio this time to reacharge a jio number... And Money got deducted and it was done... But not reflecting in my account and plan still expired.. cheking in jio app and its not even showing in history. Uninstalling this useless app

I clicked on update my jio app at 6:30 PM and now time is 10:32 PM still the app is not updated. 😊 Edited one:How can you send an email to edit the review without solving my issue. It has taken me 5 mins to open your my jio in this play store another 5 mins to upload the edited review. You can now imagine how slow your network is. It is just sucking my blood drop by drop with such a slow signal. Old review:No signal since 2 weeks useless jio. This slow signal irritating me a lot i just hate it.

Worst app ever. The network speed is very low. When there is bad weather the network is very slow. JIO is not appropriate for my Area. I will prefer you to use Airtel not Jio. Atlist Airtel speed is good and better than Jio.

And also facing problem as when i am going to change the channel suddenly unwanted advertisement video is running before i am going to see the live channel for more than 15 seconds for each and every channel i am going to change without the SKIP Button. Worst experience from jio ... After usage of 200mb how the hell 1.5Gb gets exhausted. I had downloaded the statement which wa showing I have used around 0.28gb.. no response from customer care... Pathetic.. I think it's better to use other networks

Complete Disappointment If I could give 2stars, I would yes, it was better when it is free. Clearly all the success got to their head and they screwed up. Developers should be shame for developing these type of fraud application software Most of the time it has problem of setting jio tune also.... Such a ridiculous app. Can’t change, pause, play songs from my lock screen. Buggy. when i choose a callertune apps says its for 30days only really i have second jio sim its caller tunes always free

This network is not sutable for everyone. Speed of this network is very slow. Not work properly . My internet pack is totally east. If I move ,my internet is not working. When I download anything else for whole night then the network is very slow and use next day data but it can't use that's day data

Very bad network. Not even responding when I call the helpline number. There are Internet issue always. When I gb gets over from 2gb the internet stops working. I didnot even watch a movie for 10 mins it's showing only 700 mb left of 2gb. I feel like cheated by jio.

Internet speed is very low ... Whenever recharge my number it have this problem.. internet speed so slow it hardly reach 1 GB as per my package their should be 2Gb data per day .. somedays goes by any usage of data then also bluffing took all the time ... As a student i don't think jio is good . Everytime I have this problem .

Horrible! It's not a jio app but a platform for adds! It's super slow! High data consumption! Jio may give you data at less price but it steals data from you and then this app shows you some ridiculous uses of data that you never did! I can't watch any morning classes on YouTube in the morning, even at 240p, cause if I only watch for only 2 hours then My Jio says 552 mb from 7 to 8 and 552 mb from 8 to 9 and then a few moments later you've used 100% of your High Speed data which is 1.5 gb.

Very Bad experience.... I have paid and booked a jio fiber connection before 20 Days with their commitment that they will install within 2 hours. As of now not installed and sending System generated mail everyday that I am resheduling installation. There is no one to hear me. Jio is just a Name only there is no services and No one is there to listen you. Same issue repeated twise with me. Earlier I have cancelled a Booking before current order. Reason was same and they don't take.

Data stealing app! Privacy threat MyJio app is uploading all my photos to JioCloud without any knowledge just because I gave storage permission to MyJio. I have never used Jio Cloud before. I was very confused to see my pictures and contacts in the cloud. I had given Files and Contacts permission to MyJio app. I checked with one my friends who has MyJio to check the same in his phone. He had only given contacts permission to MyJio and found his contacts uploaded to JioCloud without his concern.

Worst network experience i have used in worst network quality worst speed it is showing 1kbp/s to 2kbp/s speed in my area just change your network provider to airtel which has good network and good speed and also infront of my there is a jio tower and the distance is 1 or 2 meter from my house then also i am expering slow data speed

The worst service I have ever experienced. I have jio fiber subscription that includes Netflix, Amazon prime video and other app subscriptions. After the recharge Prime video showed that I have to purchase prime video subscription separately, which was inclusive in the plan. Now, I'm simply going to discontinue Jio fiber service.

Terrible. They send rotten vegetables and for refund they just are not bothered. Have to follow up with them and they send an automated email that check on the app. It's been over a month and I have been following up but they haven't done anything on refund. Better never to order through them.

Annoying app, asks for all sorts of private permissions and sends constant ads and offers through notifications. The promotional notifications are not even separated into a different channel so we can't turn that off separately.

Garbage customer service. Their customer service accessibility is terrible. The only way to contact them is through calls and the bot doesnt directly give any command options to talk with an executive. There used to be a live chat option on their website but it doesnt exist anymore. The only queries you can ask is the general ones which are already accessible through the app. Its unintelligent to have a company make specific queries impossible to resolve. Most frustrating experience ever.

It don't have a even a normal speed than others plus major drawback is that it captures easily malicious programs and virus that a techy do use it for hacking perpose. Bad experience with service procided. I couldn't use broadband and when raised complaint no one viaited premises and reschedule appointment on their own. I dont recommend it as for new connection approach is very fast but once have converted couldn't resolve issue. Better search for better options available. Also please don't use set top box as its waste of money. No use of My Jio App

This app is bothering, I couldn't connect to wifi as I couldn't change password so far even after raising ticket with support team. Middle of the day, Sim suddenly stopped working,I went to nearby care center,half of them wasn't having working hardware for biometrics.Other that had one,facing problem. They asked me to update aadhar card. I've used Jio number for 2 factor verification in many apps including Credit card and other bank accounts, I really can't do many important stuff without OTP. It is NOT RELIABLE, their vadodara main branch, and other care center mentioned that THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT FINGERPRINTS.

Best network till date if it doesn't declined in future. Accurate data for downloading or watching YouTube videos. Long lasting data with high speedness in most of the places in my area and last for a day . Network are often stable. No delay in transition of top up. Thanks for the good network Jio Team. Whenever there is bad weather or a power cut, there is no network in my area. This problem has always been there but it appears that they never try to fix it. I've raised this issue many times before but i got the same old scripted reply stating that waiting for 3hrs blah blah blah . But this time enough is enough . Time to switch it to Airtel at least they don't have any network issue .

Bekaar app he. The app is restarting itself many times. Due to which i wasn't able to recharge my phone. I wanted to Choose Rs 719 plan of 2 GB/ day for 84 days, but that restarting issue continued. Pretty useless outside of payment. You will find no human support in case of any query, as they bounce you between automated messages and unhelpful recordings if you face any issue. PS: addressing the reply, when they say "live chat" they mean a very basic voice assistant AI that does not route the call to a real person if the answer is unsatisfactory. It is the textbook definition of an empty feature made so they can point to it when someone questions the support system.

Jio has one of the damned poorest customer care user Journeys I have ever come across any product. It has serious error loops that kept redirecting me to same options in a loop. I was in urgent need of data so I recharged using a 4G voucher. Once done, I checked in Jio app. It said it will auto recharge once current plan expires. Except here's the issue: current plan was still valid for next 15 days. So now I am out of money and still can't activate current plan. CC was no help either. Pathetic

My jio app has everything apart from what it was meant to be. You can never see data remaining or total, plan, information related to account. You never get notifications of 40 percent or 90 percent usage when it is over or used in real time like before. Ads over ads and full-screen ads with un-mutable sounds against Google ad polices. And the email they give in every reply here is never responded back seeing this since 2016. Totally useless app not working in any way. Not recommended for users.

And wifi signal is so poor oflate even it's not accessible on my next room. WORST NETWORK EVER- It drinks out internet but net quality is poor while using net. Network speed is very low some time. It has become slow .....and Jio tune doesn't let you set all the song ( most of the song you want to set as hello tune) as your hello tune....as compare to Airtel's Wynk Music app. Jio's Video quality is really very poor and Data packs destroying very quickly even you are not using data so much. My Jio app works very well except when you need it the most!!!! It does not help you when you need the help most. There is really some big glitch in their robot. For example this morning for nearly 3 hours I could not make any calls. The error message read " your phone is not registered with any net works" I went into the App several times. Result: it kept me going in circles without ANY REAL HELP. Finally I had to spend Rs.200 on ricksaw to reach a My Jio store to get help.

Your app scams a lot. All cashback offers while recharging never works. If I click on offer to read details it never open because your app is buggy. It says upto 150 cashback with Amazon pay UPI. jio service isn't all that great for the amount that i pay. however since the network is slightly better that vii, i have taken this pack. since your company has so many subscribers, you should give back to the customer, by reducing the rate of your subscription. the 1gb subscription would have been ideal for me and many others, as we use the wifi either at home or the work place, but it's more expensive. give back to customers by reducing the 1559/-pack still further.

Once there is a trouble like the wire has snapped, speed is dropped drastically, hell starts from that point onwards. The stupid app depends on internet to suggest what to do incase there is no internet. If you are taking this for old age, then DO NOT. To create a Service Request can be daunting task. If line expired or expiring, send 1 reminder and that's it not bombard me daily with 4 to 5 SMS. And finally ... a week before the renewal is due, outgoing calls start with a reminder message. Please understand ... the call being made could be a desparate or urgent call and that stupid message could have serious consequences!

Troubleshooting slow internet tells that multiple users are watching online videos, playing online music etc. Try moving your device to some other location or try after some time. This is not a reason at all. Multiple users are paying full amount for the service they use. It is your problem to increase the bandwidth. If you can't provide the service then reduce the monthly recharge amount. Pathetic internet speed. I made a mistake by switching from Airtel to Jio for a difference of 100 Rs.

Not happy with data utilization details. Looks like if you continuously using from night 11.30 to 12.30 then data use will be calculated for next day. They won't break before 12 or after 12am cycle. Even if you use the data from 11pm to 12.15 am then also entire data usage will be debited for next day. I have been experiencing the same and this is unfair. When I contacted customer care they were rude and not satisfied with their behavior towards customer.

They've reduced the plan duration to just 20 days. Annual plans are a scam as they turn out to be more expensive over monthly plans. Horrible UI and UX. They hide the cheaper / more reasonable plans and the UI is way too cluttered with irrelevant things. Even if you have a week or so left in your bill cycle, you'll continuously get calls, SMS's, notifications and ADs before each call you make asking you to recharge!

Don't go with jio fiber, many disadvantages..1 we can't cast screen 2 couldn't find play store 3 can't control volume button while I use prime and other apps 4 worst service 5 jio app is not user friendly.. it takes lot of time to understand how to use.. .. needs lot of improvement

Pethatic app, and customer support. I've been trying to raise a relocation request, but the app is stuck on loading view. Upon calling the customer care, they say they can't accept the relocation request, one can do so only on the app. But app has this bug. I have relocated to a new place but my fiber connection, is still not transferred. Very disappointing. And I hope jio team reads this and put a relocation request. Please don't tell to go to help and select relocation from menu.

Really great ✨ but a problem is that we can select only given songs there are more in our cinemas 📽️ but in this app there is only few 😨 , our fav song is not available there 😲🥺 ..... That make me worry a little 🤫 I request you to allow all songs in all languages also Korean songs 🙈💖 .... But most of tamil songs itself is not available 🙄 so how can we search 🧐 for other languages .... 😔😔update more as available all languages and all songs with hope that you will consider my request

My experience in Connection, Speed, Services is worst, Even you talk to Service center, the people in the Service center is not capable to solve the issues. Avoiding such incapable team/Fiber Connection will save our time and money. Please don’t fall for offers which they give, you’ll get better offers, Better speed, Better service in other Fiber connections.

You don't provide best network to be honest .In my locality it shows full network but still the internet speed is very slow and we can feel lag during games and it disconnects too sometimes.

Very bad experience with the network speed in a smart city Bhubaneswar, odisha Even the to download a photo it take 30 to 40 s complained many time but no progress in it. So plz switch to some other sim card with better internet speed. It is vey difficult to give online exam, etc with this speed.

I m postpaid joi user ... I had some queries and problems for postpaid recharge. I needed to talk with customer service executive but there is no option to directly talking with jio executive. Helpline was so pathetic and irritated talking about all none sense. I think some problems will facing some other people's also. I there no prior postpaid services. Better to switch or port from other network.

Shouldn't have given that one star too. Jio does not deserve it. For a few days , jio is recklessly wasting my daily data without any proper reason behind it. Tried all sorts of data saving techniques ( data saver, low resolution , prohibiting all apps from data usage permissions , switching off data when not in use), restricted my usage as well but to no avail. It's a complete menace. Every second, they are charging me exorbitant. Mobile usage had never been so terrific as this. 😡

This is a very nice application it works very freely without any lag but I am upset with the screen casting feature because in this we can just cast videos and photos we cannot cast our screen live . Hope this feature will be upgraded Thanks

Since two days my internet connection is not working .they installed it and asked us to wait but till now the technical team are not able to sort out the issue of router .why they ask full payment If it doesn't work properly .no help ,no support .I just thought it's better than Airtel but it's not. Till two days after multiple complaints also no help from your app

Very poor support. I had applied for Jio Fiber connection but didn't get it even after 3 weeks despite the fact that Jiofiber is being already used in my building. Jio staff are good liers. Airtel Fiber seems to be a better option, atleast they are proactive and provide updated and authentic information. Leaving every Jio service. Time to switch to Airtel.

This App is horrible and so is your network. I had a horrible experience porting to your network and had a horrible experience using the sim. There's no network in every alternate area and the mobile data doesn't work even though I had almost 2gb remaining. I don't regret porting out of jio as I hated the 6 months I used jio.

Don't know what update they pushed Sound is so low when using STB. Sound is normal when playing anything directly through TV And secondly why subscribtions work only on ur STB, When I login on web most of the apps u provide subscription of ask for payment. Mobile network is pathetic. Also make an app like JioJoin which can be used to make calls via wifi As many phones still don't have wifi calling feature.

Difficult to understand for everyone. it seems like advertising platform only people who don't need anything else rather then recharge offers and balance or technical enquiry they don't like this type of application like mixed with many worest feature like khichdi. And also your leyouts are not understandable for everyone who don't have understandable graphical user interface knowledge. People needs their network Application for costumer support or inquiry but you provided them a khichdi.

This app is a trash, it's shameful that such a big name as jio can't even build a proper app. It's laggy as hell buggy as hell many time the data doesn't refresh it's never in the RAM no matter how high end phone you have. It just needs a lot of improvement!

I wrote the review last time cuz we have big network issue. In our complete day time we doesn't have network even for calling. Our call gets disconnected and voice breaks every time. The Vodafone network have good network for calling. But I still trust that jio will improve its network strength. It's not only about us but many of our nearby villages facing that problems. We have network tower near to our Village but still we have network problem. Please fix that problem as soon as possible.

Never go for any Jio Fibre, every time you recharge, the network stops until you call and call and call finally when your stars shine someone will attend your problem. There is NO MANAGER in this company, every one works as they wish. Suggest go for airtel, it is far better and worth the price. Sorry

My jio app is too helpful and useful to recharge phone,Wi-Fi, etc and we don't even need to go at shop for recharge because they always do late while recharging phone too so i decided to use this app and recharge my phones and Wi-Fi and it can be successfully recharged within a 5-10 minutes. The worst thing about jiotunes is it's showing only regional and some international songs. Also there is no option to choose from our local. I desperately need "choose from file manager" option to be implemented to set a jiotune from local😔

Worst service experience, no proper resolution to your queries. There's no option to talk to customer care executive, only automated chat assistance or WhatsApp option has been given to put your queries . No one is there to listen your actual problem even on call.... There's deduction of my cashback amount while recharging but recharge got failed. They didn't reverse the cashback amount and no one is there to reslove the issue.

I lost my sim and I blocked it. I can't locate a jio store near me through the app. Maybe It's good for something else. But not for the things which is supposed to. Live chat is not fetching the results. I hope you would be good if you have more Jiostore in rural areas too according to customers

Latest update: don't go for jio post paid and these ppl just do not care about customer experience. Especially when it comes to Netflix it was the most pathetic customer service and they just close the service request with status solved. Without any details. I finally gave up and switched to Airtel prepaid. Jio team covers nothing and bunch of stupid customer care reps with no clue about the problem and they are good on copy pasting the same info.

First of all my sim card suddenly stopped working and then I thought of download this app and using it for issuing my problem. And when I tried to do so,App or your server said 'The number you entered is not a jio number". After rechecking my number and I tried again more than 20 times and still it was exact. Like REALLY?!!! IT IS MY JIO NUMBER SIM why would I put wrong number??!!!! First of all my number is not responding and now this! I CAN'T. I never thought I would face such probs! Very sad

Customer service through app ka waste, even call centre is waste..my internet is not working since 11 days and cases are closed without solving the issue..they tried to push to take new connection instead of fixing the existing one, maybe due to some kind of commission.. suggest not to opt for Jio fiber especially.

I have tried several times to create service request for engineer visit but the page does not respond when I try to select the date. Also the time slots does not appear. My Jio Fiber services have been down for a week now. How do I reach Customer Care? The Toll Free No. also doesnot have option to speak with Customer Care. Instead it only directs user to use the app. But the app for Jio Fiber currently does not support the create service request option.

Jio Fiber customer service is very poor. They don't have customer support, if you are switching from a normal cable operator it will be very frustrating to, not have someone to answer your queries. Your set top box won't work if you don't have an internet connection.

Everytime I open the app it pops up and show that now you can get sim delivered at your home, so applied for it and now more than 10 days passed and they are unable to deliver sim. I contacted customer support and even appellate as well but so far no help. Poor customer support and worst service at ground level

Jio service is getting worst day by day... The calls get drop in mid of conversations... Network issues while roaming or not are very common. Can't talk to my husband for even 2 minutes and calls get dropped quickly. How can someone rely on it. Will port the number to other service very soon.

I always face very slow internet speed. I always told by customer care that this is temporary issue but this temporary issue is always same even day or night or any month. It is so bad at night that the speed does not come above 10 kbps. Better than this, Airtel's 2G runs.

I am very much irritated about your reminders mode (during every calls, SMS, calls, Jio app alarm) we will not run away without recharge also it's our wish to recharge.. Calls doesn't connect. Poor network. OTP messages not received. Often receive a message that someone tried calling you. Add frustration to the caller as they are not able to reach on my mobile.

I have problem with speed. I am working from home. With same plan my colleagues have good internet speed. But mine is comparatively very slow. The customer support team is very professional, highly appreciated their support. The site engineers are also good. However, after their visit the net is still slow.

Please do not reply asking to open the app and then use the live chat option .i shud be able to open the app in first place . If u all are giving good servise then please let us see coz m complaining this since last two months.. Every time i go to trouble shoot it says.. Network coverage is good at ur location however u are experiencing slow speed data due to many users using the same network, try it on someother location..instead of this please fix the issue..

Otherwise technical team would take time to resolve it as it will go in backend process. Desperate to get work done, I said yes. They upgraded and didn't even get my digital setup done for the tv. The tech team came with out a box so setup wasn't completed. to come and do the setup, they want me to redeem the voucher which is not reflecting on myJio

This app is superb. The only thing which I dislike about it is its games section. I suggest you to give your attention to this section also because if they will improve this app will move one step upwards. There are lot of bugs in particular games like craze balls, bouncing ball etc. So I request you to please fix these bugs.

I recharged my phone with 719/- plan for 84 days and applied some cash back coupons which cost me 576/-. The plan is for 2gb per day but for the last 2-3days I noticed that every evening my data gets over after using wifi for the full day. I request your team to look into the matter.

Useless updates. I can't even activate my upcoming data balance. There isn't even an activate botton. Jio care is also useless. Not helpful at all. They sent me a video on how to do it. And it was about the older version. They even sent me an activate option .. And guess what?? There was no activate botton. Useless.

Update: Haven't seen video ads for some time now. ** Please get rid of ads that play automatically, on full volume, when the app is opened or keep it muted with the option to activate sound left to the customer. It is obnoxious and an irritant. Tried leaving this feedback on the app. The "Submit Feedback" button did not work.

Worst app ever. Just because am using this network it doesn't mean I'll comply everything you set in app. I can't see my usage at all after the update. And for fiber I am not able to cancel or unregister it. I mean you should be flexible with adding an account and also cancellation. Paying money to jio is easy but changing an account or cancelling one is so hard.

Latest update user interface is not user friendly and laggy, all icons and banners are zoomed in and font size is too large, all this makes it worse. Previous version interface was good. In wallet section not showing option to link and delink. Kindly fix this all issues or else bring back the previous version. If you resolve the issue ASAP I will rate 5 stars.

The app neither has a proper UI nor any of the settings perform any operation. When I try to remove any linked account or any saved card, nothing is happening as if the developers forgot to write the API call code for delete options. The UI seems to be developed by beginners, the background performance is very poor and many of the functionalities are not implemented properly.
