How do I see the sleep apnea data? There is no way to bring up the apnea screen with data, only a blank view if I go back to a date with no SpO2 data? Also, on the ECG screen, does "Normal Detection" mean that the fitness tracker functioned properly, or that the ECG was normal- meaning no heart rhythm problem detected? Needs better translation! I didn't receive any response to my email for support through the feedback screen in the app. Otherwise, the app is good. Gives a lot of vitals data.

Worked fine but now when my watch goes to sync the entire app freezes up and almost crashes my phone. Can't use the app at all thanks to that.

The app worked great for the first 2 weeks. For the last week or so. It locks up, disconnect from my phone. And would reconnect. My phone is always with me. At work it is in my back pocket, so distance is not an issue. Really need to fix it.

I have to restart my phone constantly to get the APP to update. UPDATE #1: The app was updated and now it's even worse. UPDATE #2: Just bought a new phone. Hoped to see issues with the App resolved. No changes. This App deserves a minus 5 rating. FINAL UPDATE: After 7 months all features on the watch no longer work. It can't even keep time correctly. Do NOT buy this watch. It's nothing "more" than a waste of money and there is nothing "Pro" about this watch.

The watch works great by itself but trying to connect to the app is very frustrating. I'm ready to send the watch back and look for a different one with a better connecting app. It's a shame cause the watch is wonderful. If they could get the app to work they would have a great product.

Was super excited to get this fitness watch and app but it crashes as soon as I open it. I'm so disappointed especially with the cost involved in purchasing the fitness watch. Fix the app issue and I might change my review. If it actually works.

Watched tube reviews on this fitness tracker and don't have all the readouts they cover for some reason. I have the v19 model but don't have a red diode like they describe, for sleep apnea. This must be a cheaper version but price was not less.😡

I cannot set up an actual account because even though it says it emails me a sign up code it never does! I've tried dozens of times. So I used it for about a month without the actual account and it was pairing and tracking just fine with the app and now, suddenly it's not. It simply won't pair no matter what steps I follow. It says it's paired with my phone, but it will not pair with this app and I cannot track any data. It's useless.

Cannot stay paired. Right now no data for 4 days. I upgraded to this version because I scratched the screen on my old morepro. 6/9/22 all of a sudden ECG is not supported.

This app is horrible, it paired with my phone for 3 hours and then won't register anymore..I've tried everything from restarting the device, to uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, shutting off the device itself..nothing works.

The app and the watch don't connect all the time you don't know what steps you actually are tracking for the day I would like to know why it doesn't stay connected when the phone is close to it. I wish we could use a different app for this watch

This app sucks. It would constantly lose connection with my device and I would try to reconnect it only to have it fail 3 or 4 times IN A ROW! Only to have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get it reconnect with my device and it wouldn't do that half the time. THIS APP IS GARBAGE!!!!!

The app is ok IF you can get it to work. It worked fine for the 1st few months. Then it started not syncing. I uninstalled the app, restarted phone, reinstalled app, restarted phone AND watch, verified BT was connected and it still didn't sync. I had to do a factory reset on the WATCH and then it synced for a while, but stopped again. Did another factory reset on the watch and it synced but the app won't automatically sync. I have to sync it. It's a real pain but the info and stats are good.

I am really very happy with morepro v19, the only thing I have an issue is that I can't put this fitness tracker on my insurance app go365 which tracks all my requirements for insurance purposes, but nonetheless I love it.

Very detailed logs of daily parameters like a real ambulatory monitor. The software works better than my previous watch. There is no compatible app for a Samsung A12.

Needs a new app. I have a morepro 19 and my wife does also. We both have the same problem. Keeps unpairing, app Keeps shutting off. Needs to be fixed or we want a refund. Just got them a few days ago.

I have found everything is fairly accurate (particularly BP), other than the sleep function. It is important to make sure you set up your profile and skin tone accurately. However, there is no way the sleep data or function (such as when it doesn't register the full amount or duration) or initiate it manually. Worse still, the scientific sleep option is no longer available in the switch setting menu on the app! If they fix that, I'd gladly give it 5 stars and buy more for my family.

It worked okay for a couple weeks, but it keeps disconnecting do you get no data.. changes the watch face without you resetting it, and other settings.

When I open the app that's the only time it runs pairs. When i close it, my wrist band always shows its no longer paired and it registers "0" all day. The line is through it so i can see all day its not paired. When I open the app only then does it show the line gone and its paired again. Shouldn't this be paired all day ? Help!

This is a great app. The only thing I would change is that you can't press on the different parts of your sleep pattern to see what time you went through it.

I have POTS and got this to track my BP and pulse through the day, it's better than nothing but below are the issues I've had HRV never ever works, doesn't track pulse spikes as much as I notice them, constantly disconnects, ecg doesn't work half the time

After set up is complete, I try to change the face design and it keeps saying, "this function is not supported". Since when? I was able to change it before. Also, I have the feature turned OFF to light up when I turn my wrist, but it still lights up, and the light up wakes me up. I like the fitness tracker, but please fix these bug issues. What's the point otherwise in having it?

It doesn't sync from the watch to the app very well and it doesn't keep your data. It'll count the steps but doesn't keep the heart rate, the EEG, sometimes it'll keep the sleep record.

Poor experience. Pairing with Samsung note 20 is so difficult. Now, it has stopped showing any watch faces. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help as restarting the phone and charging the watch.

Rip off don't buy!! Failure to pair even though my phone on Bluetooth sees the device and will allow to pair but not connect says to use app... I've got the app.. when I try to pair in the app the app see the device and I hit pair and look at the device and it shows the phone Icon on the device with a check mark but then fails to connect every time!!! Clearly both device recognize one another but it won't connect so I can us it!

Partly works. No problem at set up or connecting to it and downloading the watch info. But like other's said, watch constantly disconnects from Bluetooth and the app meaning you don't get notifications. I've turned off deep sleep mode in phone and gave it permissions but still disconnects. Don't know how accurate the bp is but I think it's close. The sleep, apnea and ecg info are great. Another con is watch only lasts 1.5 days and app doesn't notify it's dead or needs to be charged.

Watch works great. Been using it for a week. Checked BP monitor with doctors reading works perfect. Haven't had any software issues other then not keeping track of my oliptical progress. Love it so far.

Since I did the update it constantly drops connection. I have been trying for 8 hrs to reconnect this time. It I have tried on 3 different wifi networks as well as without wifi. I have restarted phone. Really sucks as I'm a medical professional & right now need my messages & calls to notify on my wrist

impossible to use. it doesnt pair to the phone. i want something that i can connect with 3 times a week and this app fails. terrible app. i had high hopes as morepro makes their own hardware, but this aint it. ive restared my phone, the watch, left it alone for an hour and it continues to show loading, but never loaded. please fix the app!!! i might need to return my device if these never pair.

Crashes every time when loading data from device. Worked OK for a month. There were issues (would not automatically sync with device when opened, had to re-pair at least daily), but I at least got the data. Now, I can only view the data on my wearable, with it's tiny screen and no analytics. Makes the device next to useless.

The morepro is rediculous! Not friendly? With new update 5.3.5 I have to re-pair the app when I open it. When I close the app it now disconnects. So it will not run in the background. The watch is great but the app sucks!!!🤬

Have to force close this app every few hours just to resync. Since latest update it keeps asking me to give background permission to app but this option doesn't exist on Android 10 on my OnePlus 6t phone. Only option is to not optimize for battery but this is not a permission. Please update your app to support this properly. Ever since latest update on 1/22 my app closes in background constantly. It gets worse with every update.

It worked for a week then stopped getting info from the watch. Now won't even stay open, I uninstalled, multiple times including turning phone on and off and turning watch on and off, sometimes all together other times one or the other. It installs on my phone but will not get data from server. Now I know why the watch was so cheap compared to others. .. very frustrating.

The device will pair, however sync to data on the service is constantly lost. One must, on a daily basis, uninstall and reinstall the app to move the data from the watch to the smartphone. I'm using an Android phone. This problem started at about the time of the last update.

Only got data to transfer once after first time I uninstalled and reInstalled. Never since. Device is paired as it will notify me of reaching step goals and if messages come through. I bought the watch for the features but they are pretty useless without the app for tracking. Emailed them but never even received a reply.

Have had the V19 about 1 year and like others are saying it's become very unreliable. Whatever update was done has made it worse. At first I assumed I it was because I had just purchased the new Z Fold 3 but tried on my old note10 same thing. The website tells you to try the Wofit app but it's just as bad. This sucks wanted to buy one of the smart watches they have but at the end of the day it seems you get what you pay for. I think everyone should start considering a class action lawsuit.

This app is woefully deficient. Data appears then disappears. Much of the data isn't clear. (what are all those purple & red sleep lines?) Too bad, because the V19 watch has some nice features. I don't take it's readings too seriously, but it can definitely give you a heads up that something is off. A couple of times, I received a high heart rate warning (130 BPM), but when checked on an Omron, it was okay (65 BPM). Individual BP & HR tests are reasonably accurate but don't transfer to the app.

with last update there is improvement but still needs more work. At least now if I don't have the data on app, I Cancel pairing (on app) and pair again and the sync are done, or in the case is not working I do the same but I close the Bluetooth and re-enable before pairing again. It happens basically after recharging the watch. Between charge seems to works correctly.

I installed a new version 5 3.2 as it was advised after I complaint about usability to synchronize app and V19. I managed to synchronize the device with the new app only once, today I'm trying it for the second time with no results. Ten minutes the app is running but doesn't shows any data. Waist of time.

This watch and APP are junk. The only thing the watch does well is time. None of the features transfer data to the app, so any information collected is not unable. I have tried every setting, deleted and reloaded the app, and nothing helps.

I connected to my phone. But I lost battery after only 12 hours. And after that I have not been able to get the device to sync to the phone app at all! So the only thing it's good for is what you can tracker on the actual tracker because it will not sync to the app. It says it's connected, but will not send any info from tracker to phone.

Spent considerable time trying to get this to work with the V19 watch. It just doesn't. Vendor created a new release to fix the connection issues. Nope. Got the watch to track fitness, not as the technology project. Back goes the watch, uninstall the app. There are many other trackers out there, no need to struggle.

Only collects the data once. To collect any new data, must uninstall it and reinstall it. Then it works. I have had to do this three times yesterday. To get the sleep data this morning. I had to uninstall it again.. I sent an email to support, waiting for a response.

App won't stay connected to the tracker. It stays connected all day but during the night it drops the connection even though my tracker says it's connected and it's difficult to get it to reconnect. I love the tracker just wish it would stay connected.

(Edit: I got an email from them a week ago that they're working on an update.) Trying to change nickname crashes app. Reading the ECG help/directions crashes the app. Needs bigger font for messages with scrolling. Doesn't record sleep accurately. I slept for 7 hours, but it only recorded 0.6 hours, and the watch hasn't synced with the app to transfer that 0.6 hours of sleep. Not good. Also, to save battery, you should be able to turn off vibration and keep visible notifications for each app.

Fitness Tracket works great! MorePro App. Is the weakest App. You need the App. to make the Tracker worthwhile. The App connects properly. The next thing it does is try to sync the Fitness Tracker with the App. This works only once, when you do an install there after it fails to sync, it looks like its stuck in a loop. All it does is move the 3 balls around and around. Then it starts to fall behind several days. I'm still waiting for last years data to load.

Doesn't count steps accurately have a smart watch counts way more steps 100's more steps everyday not sure why that happens... but like that it does other vitalsigns during day and other things that smart watch doesn't do. Doesn't sync to phone at all... have to delete and reinstall app to get to sync ...

Continually drops connection and won't sync up with my phone I've uninstalled the app reinstalled it and nothing seems to work then all of a sudden it starts working. Inconsistent. I wish they'd come out with a fix in an update that would take care of these issues. I've had it for a year and it's just continually doing this it's very frustrating. At first it worked well but now it's not pulling the data from my watch to my phone and having problems pairing and disconnecting constantly. I've reached out for help through the company but no one has returned any of my emails or inquiries. To me that's really poor customer service and I would not recommend this product that way.

App crashes continuously and when it isn't completely crashing I have to either restart my phone, unpair and re-pair the device to my phone or uninstall and reinstall the app for any data stored in the v19 to transfer to my phone. You can pay less for bands that only show information on the band and not track it on an app. Now the app won't work at all. It crashes all the time. Last star would be removed but you have to give at least one star.

Every time this app is updated, more issues are created. Not sure if my 1 year old tracker is defective or the app is malfunctioning, or both. App will often lose pairing (difficult to re- pair)will lose stored/displayed data, will not show data categories (like heart rate, blood pressure, sleep info, etc.). Will not complete ECG process/test. A year ago, the tracker and the app worked well. Now, I can't depend on either to be accurate or useful. Maybe time to try a different brand.

Interface between app and device needs help. Data from device doesn't transfer. Dots just flash like it's doing something but that's all I get. I also do not like the fact that once you start the app, the only way to stop it is to restart the phone. It appears that the data transfer needs better error handling or the ability to handle whatever situation its given. Too bad it doesn't work

Not sure if it's the watch or the app but unit will rarely pair with my phone and completely stopped transferring data. I've had it a few months and it's always been troublesome, dropping the connection randomly, but it's gotten intolerable.

Downgraded to 5.3.0 to fix the sync issue. The new update just sits with the bubbles at the top doing nothing for hours. Lost over a month of data trying to fix the sync issues. Not happy with the experience.

Have had this watch since mid October, 2021. Was working great, then 3 days ago stopped app pairing and obtaining data. Now won't even pair settings. The watch is worthless now for what it is intended as I have heart condition which I need to monitor. If this is a software problem, please fix. If a hardware issue, please replace.

I like all the features. Gives me a measurement of me when I'm not paying attention to me. One thing though I was in my SUV moving things around not walking but on my knees organizing the back and afterwards noticed I racked up some stepping numbers. I wanted to delete but couldnt. i usually turn on watch then open morePro app wait for the app to ask permission to turn on bluetooth then they connect.

App is totally worthless. My info won't transfer to the app so I basically have to read numbers off the unit and can't track the data in the app. Also, I use my fitness pal app and your app is not compatible with that either. The app never updates and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled daily to work.

Will not stay paired with my phone. Continually requests permissions I don't want to give, and never had issue with before. Have to restart app repeatedly because it freezes. Turning into more of a problem than it's worth! After this last update the watch will not connect to the app at all. Update! 9/10/2021 Newest update has caused the app to stop working. Period! Update: App started working again, For A While. Now it's back to not working. Not worth it!!

Won't sync to watch consistently. No historical data recorded, so my steps from yesterday were wiped out at midnight. Never figured out how to use ecg measurement. Drops bluetooth connection. After multiple times turning phone off and on, finally app says paired but S8 settings show not paired. Returning device unless can find other software to use with it.

App isn't reliable. Won't pair without turning phone off & on, sometimes multiple times. The EKG/ECG function won't work unless app is open & connected so in the midst of trying to record a possible event I can't because it isn't paired. I have bouts of tachycardia and when I'm trying to record it for my doctor, it will not save. Yesterday I had 2 episodes of 130+ HR that don't show in the log.

A $40 smartwatch and a free app that is visually and functionally appealing cannot be beat in my experience. The accuracy is within a few numbers give or take, but nothing concerning. This was tested against medical office, personal arm cuffs, and ox finger sensors. Plus this has sleep tracking and ecg. Wish it had body temperature and blood glucose but I know that's the holy grail... I'd pay $500 or whatever for that! Pairing seems fine with my cheap android phone too

It's pretty good BUT the App should allow the user to set the go to bed time earlier for those who work during more common sleep times. 2 and 3 shift people are left out. AND alarms should be able to be deleted without having to do a factory reset. Wish I had gone the Fitbit because of this. 😕

I've had this watch for some time now. I love it's features, however the app is always disconnecting. Sometimes it doesn't connect to the watch at all. I feel like before the last update it used to record everything better. Now it doesn't record my sleep properly. For instance last night it said I slept 9 minutes and hit my target. This device is poorly designed. You cannot adjust any features (like time) without the sapp and the app constantly looses communication with the watch. The app contually requests access to data unrelated to its function and won't function properly if you don't give it access. The app also burns through the phone power in about an hour. You have to either keep the phone plugged or disable the app. The pulse measurement function can be as much as 10 BPM off. There is no way to force communic

This app is horrible! The device is impaired with my phone within 10 minutes! I have had to delete and reinstall at least 3 times. I even put it away for about a month and started fresh! Still having the same issues! I think I'm going to throw it away! It's junk, disappointed in product!!

Morepro was very difficult to navigate and not user friendly at all. It was also extremely difficult to set up the different functions and the directions were difficult to follow. I sending this fitness tracker back and hope the company can produce a more user friendly product.

I am really not happy with the more pro, I have to turn off my Bluetooth and turn it on every time I want to get the information from it, and I don't believe it gives accurate information, I keep it on the same wrist and there are gaps in the information that it captures also even if I'm laying in bed moving around watching TV it records that as sleep time. I guess that's what you get for trying to be frugal.

Until about the last 24 to 48 hours I'd given a 5 star rating but since this update my app/watch connection is unstable and keeps disconnecting. I get everything all up and running but I've been trying to update my watch face and every time I touch that in the app my app crashes. I've rebooted, reconnected etc. I don't know if I'm going to have to uninstall and reinstall the app etc.

Every comment about not pairing is true. I'm so sick of every time I look at the app I need to pair device. Unfortunately that can be so futile and not happen. Love the watch and possible tracking but it's worthless with such poor app service. If you just want a watch that tracks time and steps ( which isn't always accurate) fine I really needed the sleeping data. Nothing is accurate in that field. Ì one case it said I slept 3 hours and quality was perfect...ha. save yourself the aggravation.

My device will not stay connected. After multiple attempts, it may connect temporarily. My phone will say that the device won't grant permission, but it will connect intermittently. This problem with the App makes the device totally unreliable. The price was reasonable and I'm pleased with the device itself, but I'd rather pay more to get a quality product that has a better app to support it.

When I first bought this in Dec. it worked great! No problems during the first 4-6 months. But Since the last 2 updates, it's not syncing with my app WHEN it does connect. And Most of the time it's not connecting. My kids bought me a new Galaxy watch and it never has a problem connecting and syncing! It's just heavier than MorePro. Come on MorePro! Fix the glitches!

Horrible experience.. App continuously crashed after an update, would not connect to bluetooth saying I needed an app when clearly it was there and life hasn't been the same. Finally trashed it. I've moved on from this rubbish and have a Galaxy. Good riddance!!

I love my v19 watch. I haven't had problems with it syncing like some have left reviews about, but maybe make sure you have fast internet on your phone. Sometimes if I am out and the WiFi or cell bars are lower, my step calculator will sync when the bars go back up. Anyway, I love all the things it does. I would love to see more face displays like a classic dial instead of all modern digitals, would be great for formal occasions. Also a calculator would be so handy when shopping. Thumbs up!

It has been working great, but now the app will only show my sleep. After restarting I get the same results. The app also crashes when trying to synch. The watch is still working fine...but without the app, it's hard to track heart rate an BP. Please fix! Update: after updating apps, trying wofit, uninstalling and reinstalling... nothing seems to keep these apps working long. The watch is great, but pointless since somethings can only be seen in the app. Very frustrating!

Nice features but does NOT function well. Slow and buggy, constantly losing connection with my device, the watch had to be completely reset when I changed the face and the firmware update would not launch from within the app despite pop-up prompts to do so. I had to look up the app in Google Play and download the firmware update from there. If you're considering purchasing a product that relies on this app I would look elsewhere.

An ok app. Occasionally it does not auto update with my V19. Not as easy to use a Google fit. In some ways a step above Samsung Health app. Lots of data to review. I have to use a third-party app to sync with Google fit.

Disappointed. Love the look and cool band, but connection between device and app on the phone drops constantly. Latest update is preventing the device from pairing with the app at all. Heart rate monitor also won't work now. Wish the developers would improve this! I'd return it if I could, but it's too late. Sad.

Revising: down my rating. Got new phone & the app just keeps crashing. Even tried WoFit app - it crashes too. Makes the watch useless with no app! ≠========== Still loving it but still have that weight bug. Love to be able to manually enter body temperature like we do for weight. ========= Getting better with each update!! Installed the update with "known bug fixes", but the Weight section is still not working properly. Doesn't hold the correct input.

App worked but had to uninstall to clean my phone. When I reinstalled yesterday, it keeps shutting down during app connecting to MorePro digital account. Frustrated because I can't reset my watch time setting to central without app. I will probably no longer use this brand of watch/monitor. Too complicated.

This device is very unreliable. My steps were at 4991, I walked over 600 steps and the device did not add those steps. Also, several nights in the past week, I slept in excess of 6 hours. However, the device and app recorded 4.6hrs, 2.4hrs, 1.9hrs on seperate nights. I stay very active and like to monitor my activity. Had I not received this device as a gift, I would have replaced this months ago. I prefer not to hurt my daughter's feelings. Fixing these issues should not be that difficult.

I've had my tracker and have been using this app since February and it has worked fine. The past few weeks the connection drops constantly. The only way to reconnect was to exit the app and log back in and then it didn't want to pair with my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled but now the app crashes and won't open at all. I see a lot of reviews with the same issue. I hope it gets fixed quickly.

Update: 6/17/21 - Happened again. Uninstalling did notwork. 6/4/21 - Update: Had to uninstall/ reinstall app. My data finally came back. However, I'm keeping my review at 2 stars because, I should not have had to do this. I have been using this app for a couple of months and all of a sudden today it disconnected. I tried to reconnect it and all my data for the past couple of months has disappeared! I'm very frustrated because the purpose of having it - to track my progress - is completely gone.

This is a very basic fitness watch and app. If you are looking for a step counter and something to count heartbeats per minute, this is it. This would be a great watch for older folks who are looking to track steps, heart rate and BP. Other than that, not a lot of extra to this tracker. You get what you pay for. My watch doesn't even do three of the functions pictured here. (HRV, SPO2, ECG)

The app on my Samsung S20 does not stay connected to the exercise watch. I have done everything correctly to keep it connected. It still doesn't work. I have contacted the developer but nothing that has been sent to me has worked. I very computer and techy intelligent, so I understand this technology. I'm frustrated 😤😒

This app and the tracker are garbage. It was a gift. I tried using it to track my sleep. It the first night it says I slept great and never woke up even though I got up twice. After that the app would never connect to the band again.

I have used this app over the last several months, and gone through three watches....the actual devices have their own issues (not being sensitive/accurate enough, sleep data is wildly inaccurate, failure to charge or poor battery life after a few weeks, and not enough options for exercise tracking are the main issues for me). The app itself is just really poorly functioning....it's crashers, doesn't sync, forgets my history (so I have to start fresh and all my streaks and progress are gone...

Could be better! Off by 40 kcal. I like the accuracy of the sleep area of the app. However parts of the app won't work for me no more and I don't know why when it did in the beginning. Another downfall is I have to buy another watch just to accommodate all the exercises to be counted that I do because this watch does not accommodate them. I have never seen an exercise watch that does not have at least excercise option for indoor walking, indoor stationary bike & swimming. I want more options plz

I am very frustrated. The watch seems like a good fit for the tracking I want, but it won't stay connected to the app. Even when I finally get it re-connected, it doesn't always sync with the same information as the watch itself. My son has a less expensive Morepro watch and has not had any problems with it. I think it is time to return this one.

Help for keeping watch paired... The easy way to get watch to pair again is to force stop the app and restart. On my phone, that means I long press the app icon and press Force stop. When I restart the app it pairs immediately. I love my Morepro and it's survived my hot tub with the jets on, and I wash it with shampoo lather. Wish there were more watch faces that showed steps and heart rate, but with Amazon rewards I got the thing for like $28.

Has been the best investment in my exercise and health care programs. Accuracy compares well with my doctor's results. If the app is disconnected a quick restart of the phone and all is good. If you follow the set up instructions and have free memory and ram space and are running Android 5 or better the apps works well. The data supplied is priceless. I do not regret the purchase.

At first was great. But now my watch is no longer connected, and every time I try to reconnect it just says failed. The watch is able to trigger the alarm on my phone for the find my phone feature, but it won't talk to the app and sync the data from the watch to the app. Additionally the app for some reason the ecg and some other features disappeared.... I love this watch and got it at a great deal, but without the app it's no better than a pulse oximeter.

Been using the health band for about a week now. The app disconnects at least twice a day. I ha have to turn off the band then turn it back on in order to reconnect. This can reduce the band's daily battery life.

Do not use Google location services, use the gps in your phone it's way more accurate. The track from Google location services looked like a drunk walked it, gps is straight lines. For some reason the app measures our distance walked accurately using gps but the time it takes to walk is off. We did 2.7 miles today, the app said we did it in 29 minutes. It took us 50 minutes according to two clocks including the one the app uses. Go figure. Blood pressure monitoring quit working 5 days ago.

So I really do love my watch but the app is horrible it disconnects constantly losing all info and it make you reset the watch losing everything. Then you have to set it all back up and it doesn't save the info added again. It'd so frustrating because I really wanted and needed this for sleep and weight recording. I have really bad insomnia and eating habits so I wanted something to help me keep track of it all. Don't even want to risk buying another watch cause you don't know quality of the app

The watch will read a blood pressure when the watch is not even on my wrist. It always disconnects from the watch. So no data is stored on my phone. Evertime i try to check my progress it says the its disconnected. It monitors sleep well and heart rate but glitchy everywhere else. Please fix. I bought 2 watches for myself and boyfriend.

Wow the reviews weren't kidding. This app is garbage. Fails to synch with the watch pretty much every time. Oddly enough my texts and other things go through, so something is connected, but it won't transfer fitness data. Watch says there's a connection but the app doesn't register. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

Good app for info details, easy to read and understand, looks nice too, far better than some other apps that do the same in my opinion. It's been a bit glitchy the last few days where it closes for no reason, and I have 2 lots of different data for today 😂 But I'm sure the bugs will get fixed in no time and the app will be back to its great self.

It seems that the April 1 version still has a bug for blood pressure. The private mode setting checks "the gap between systolic and diastolic is greater than 60". So if your reading is 80/155, it forces you to put in a widely incorrect value.

I don't know if it's the app or the device, but data is inconsistent in recording. The hours of sleep are hardly ever close to correct. It will show zero in the morning, but later in the day if i sync again, it updates sometimes more closely but not always correctly. The band broke now so I'm done with it! Trash, inaccurate, unreliable, battery only lasts a day. Don't buy! Waste of money!

Update : 3/31 It doesn't record your steps it records how many time you move your arm. It is not worth the money. I know it didn't cost as much as Fitbit but this is really a piece of trash. It doesn't record your reading. After taking my BP it says no data found. Why? I just saw it on the watch I did finally get it to record my sleep pattern but as soon as the watch (so called)went to sleep the readings were gone. It does show the HR or the BP or the EKG but doesn't record them . The steps and the O2 levels are also iffy. It records steps when I am asleep. I woke up this morning and had 66 steps. Maybe I am walking in my sleep. I am very disappointed in this watch. The only thing this is good for is a watch for the time.

MOREPRO DEVICE Waste of $$$!!! Having major issues... App constantly closes, app & watch pair don't stay paired for long, didn't record any data bc app issues. I will be returning the watch as some of the functions are useless without the app & the app is useless bc it doesn't work. The app will briefly pair with the watch, but when syncing data the app closes down & loses connection to the watch. I even tried factory reset, uninstall, & reinstall. As it stands the watch is not worth the price.

Won't stay paired to my phone. Keeps telling me it needs permission to run in the background. It has that permission. I have tried turning it off and back on numerous times. Still keep getting the message. Most times I have to restart my phone to get it to pair up again. Very annoying.

(1) This app used to pair fine whenever in proximity, but now frequently requires the wrist device be powered off and back on to achieve pairing. But even worse - (2) the app, at least this current version, constantly renders several pop-ups each time it's opened saying it needs access the cameras, contacts, location, call logs, phone functions, and sms. It refuses to accept the permissions as set up by the user, and I can only imagine their purpose in pushing so very hard for people to completely open up their phone to this app. Not going to happen MorePro.

The app is garbage. Can't stay paired for more than a few hours even though i have my phone near my watch. When it does lose connection, it will not pair back for days after constant attempts. It's disappointing because the watch works well and looks nice and minimalistic, however it is essentially useless when you can't pair it to update the time or check vitals. Do not waste your money. Just go ahead and spend the money on a more well known brand name.

Rate 1 cause the update, the clock doesn't correct the time anymore. Plus I've notice that the watch really don't give the correct reading of health on or off the arm. I've been using the change in the graphs as a guide instead of the numbers. Guess it is time to move on to another watch that really works as I do have heart problems and need an actual measurements.

Had problems at first but support helped me solve them. Just need to spend time learning how to use it. Like that it can take pictures with cell phone by raising your wrist. The diagnostics are not 100% so don't take them serious. Compare with real medical devices first like blood pressure and pulse. Ekg reading is useless. Like the way it charges, very quick for how long it lasts. Really like the band.

I love my watch. At first I had problems pairing it to my phone, but I restarted the phone and the watch, that fixed it. I keep the app on my phone running and it updates fairly well. I also had trouble getting it to charge, but have that figured out now. Once I have figured out the major issues, it has been great. Sometimes it's operator error and not a product problem. I'm still learning to use it. I think the charging card on the watch should be a little thicker to hold better in a USB port.

My tracker is never paired. App keeps "dropping" my connection multiple times a day. I have to force stop the app multiple times a day as well in order to get the app to sync. Heart rate and oxygen are accurate. Blood pressure is NOT. This has my blood roessure 20 points higher than what it is, and I've manually checked it against the app. Someone needs to update the app because it takes so much time out of my day just to sync and mess around trying to get it to work.

There's no way to factory reset the watch on the watch itself and in the App. There's no actual proof that the app belongs to this company. There's nowhere inside the app that you see the company name, tech support or contact information. Super basic, bare minimum info. It does not show you when you are in rem sleep and it does not record napping time throughout the day.

It is either the bracelet or the app. I have only had the bracelet for less than four months. The problem started less than a month after I bought it. Really junk.

I received my fitness tracker and after multiple trys have been unable to pair it with the software. I've set my tracker within the three foot range~it shows 84%. I set it beside, and it goes up to 94%. Set it on top of my phone and it goes to 96%... but it always comes up "fails to pair." Sad... I really like this tracker but if it doesn't sync~its no good. My son, husband and I all have the same phones and trackers. Theirs paired, mine won't.

Ok for tracking heath data, but reporting is limited to a screenshot by single day. Not able to export to a format capable of tracking it overtime such as a spreadsheet. So far useless for tracking exercise. The wrist tracker will do walking or running. But anything else. Uses the app. When biking, it crashes after about 30 sec.

Blood pressure never changes. Heart rate monitor was the biggest reason for my purchase, it is pretty accurate. Wish it would stay synced to my phone at least if it's near by. The first watch did, it broke and even when manually trying to sync, FAILED TO SYNC!

Ok first and foremost if you want the app to stay connected then you have to let the icon be in the notification tray. I have a call blocker that is the same way, once the icon is gone from the pull down menu then Android will kill the app. The is part of Androids Adaptive Battery. For the app it works as expected and I gave it three stars as I am still under my first week of use. Will come back after the first week but so far so good, no connection issues.

In general, the entire setup is difficult to use. Everything is written in poor English and difficult to understand/interpret. There isn't much help out there if you search for help. I'm not attempting to use it at all for messages, reminders, etc. -- I just have no desire to. I'm only using it for health purposes. I'm mainly interested in my heart rate, so it's getting the job done. I'm using this watch because it was a free hand-me-down. I wouldn't have chosen it new.

Connection drops on reopening app without fail, forcing phone and device restart in order to re-pair. Device password nonnfunctional. Heart rate data suspect (previous device same model was fine) and battery consumption is sky high (again no issues before). Love the ecg feature and scientific sleep, wish the app made better use of the available features.

This is a really Great App, it connects when it feels like it. so like when you are driving and you really need the navigation this pops up. most of the time the tracking isn't logged because its not connected even though its a foot away from the watch. sleep time 0 for 3 months great tracking. steps taken 0 for 3 months love it. love it so much haven't seen my watch in a few months now. uninstalling this useless oh and doesn't everybody with HBP read 120 over 70 with this watch.

I was hesitant to purchase the device because it connects via Bluetooth and my phone spends all day Bluetooth connected to my hearing aids. But it turned out not to be an issue, my phone (Pixel 4 XL Android 11) was able to be connected to both simultaneously. The device does function. That's the good news. Now for the remainder. At first after pairing the app with the device it would not sync to the app any measurements initiated on the device, although it would sync measurements initiated from the app. After a day it synced HRV. The next day I enabled Automatic HP Detection and Automatic HR Detection, and the morning after that it had synced those values read during the night. Eventually it synced everything except ECG and Weight. ECG still only works when initiated from the app. Weight is not measured by the device but you might think to use the app as a place to record your scale readings - good luck with that. It pops up a dialog with a spinner which begins at 605 pounds. You can not type any numbers, you have to use a gesture to flick the spinner, which only changes at most 5 pounds, so you would have to spend an hour or two winding it down to whatever your weight is. There is no documentation concerning when readings are synced to the app. The integration with Google Fit syncs heart rate but not sleep data. I have sent in half a dozen questions and bug reports but have not received a single response, not even an autoreply, in 6 days. There are areas which would benefit from a better English translation. Battery lasts only 2 days. It's not obvious how to start and stop measuring a run, but you can figure it out if you fiddle with it long enough. Overall I'd call it barely minimally functional, but the utter lack of response from the developer costs it a star.

Failed to record any steps today also! Doesnt seem to work much anymore. Disappointed! App shows a "1" on icon but I found no message, notice, etc. Idk what its trying to tell me.

The app stopped communicating with the watch after four months. The watch didn't stay connected to my phone while inconvenient, I didn't mind needing to sync the watch to my phone. I have a communication dropped message and can't get the watch to talk to my phone even after granting full permission to my phone. Disappointed.

I received my MorePro last week. After going through and setting my goals and turning on what I wanted and learning about the functions, I love it! Everything is working fantastically. The only complaint and drawback is the short distance for the bluetooth connection. I can leave my phone in one part of the house and if I go to the other side it will drop the connectivity. I am not able to repair unless I shut down and restart my phone. This is inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Recommend.

The App works okay, but constantly impairs itself from the watch. My biggest frustration is the app will let me change my settings for goals and other items, but will not save the changes. I have written to support a couple of times with no response. I think it would be a good app with a few tweeks.

While some improvements can be made this app and the bracelet is well worth the money and I fine it highly accurate. I checked the heart rate and blood pressure against other devices, even at the dictirs office, and found it to be right on. The oxygen indicator reads just a few points high for me. Sleep, walking, heart and other functions work well and all together provide a very nice summary of current health and activity .

Do not install. Requests access to all of your information. Completely Invades your privacy. Keeps asking to turn on Bluetooth, even when not needed. Very hard to use app. Declaimer page written by a non-English speaking lawyer, and translated so poorly that you can't be sure of what is being said. That page has tiny, almost unreadable, text, and it WON'T ZOOM OR ROTATE. What are they hiding? Dispite some nice features, and some that don't work, it's not worth the risk of identity theft.

I love the bp monitoring. I wish this linked in to more apps though so I could sync my health stats better. As it is, does it link to Samsung or Google health? I wish it had a hydration tracker on the exercise page of the app. Also, wish I could have better weight tracking, it looks like it only ever updates to what you currently enter, but it might now be showing history. I think you've updated that? I highly recommend it tho.

Overall, I like the app. My biggest issue is that I have to manually update it to match my watch. I leave the app running as instructed, but it will not update automatically. The BP, HR, and SP02 reading seem to be accurate. The sleep readings are way off, however. Please fix the autoupdate issue and I'll gladly give you the 5th star.

The app used to work great. I purchased a 2nd band to wear during charging. After updating, neither work correctly. I need the HR, Spo2, ecg and sleep to work properly for my arrhythmia management. They do manually but won't register on the phone. I did all the recommended fixes. I'm now looking at a Fitbit😭. If they would fix the app, I would easily give it 5 stars. As it is, it's useless for my needs.

This app does not sync itself, even with Bluetooth always on. You have to sync it manually daily, otherwise it won't save your goals and accomplishments or even keep the correct time. It's not user friendly either. Most of the personalized settings are not readily obvious. You have to figure out the options by trial and error. All in all, it's pretty tedious.

Advertised as waterproof, but product info in app says this could deteriorate over time Bought specifically to track steps while swimming and it does record that. Also cannot adjust step count to include this activity in step goal. Band and phone frequently unpair. Tracks weight incorrectly.

App Doesn't Work Well, always missing data. When you try to "sync" data as it is constantly running in the background but not recording data in the app, it just constantly tries to update the date but never does. So why does it need to run in the background, if it's not logging the data from the tracker? Also, heavily drains battery life of phone, but again doing what? Not logging data!!!!

My device changed languages by itself. Now my app is in English and my watch is in some form of Chinese or Japanese. I have deleted, synced, re done everything and the language on my watch will not go to english. Someone needs to fix this bug.

Would love this so much more if the software didn't keep turning itself off, or dropping connection with my watch. It's gotten worse with time. The big draw for me with this product was the heart rate and BP tracking. Kinda hard for record-keeping for Docs when it keeps turning off or dropping connection!

I like the watch. I wish the face was larger. I have to re-pair the watch to my phone everyday which is frustrating, but I love the ECG feature since I have an irregular heartbeat. The screen is difficult to read because of the size.

3 nights in a row no sleep patterns recorded. There is not a way to change the stride. After waking up walking to my kitchen it shows I had already had over 100 steps. The calibration is off. During exercise when my phones screen sleeps the excersise session stops even though the app is still running.

I'm very pleased with the app after a month of use. I discovered a minor bug with Google Fit datasync and the developers fixed it in a few days. The fitness band is an excellent value, and I find this app more useful than Fitbit's app for their Inspire band.

Please update the app, it has loads of bugs. It gets disconnected and the does not sync all the time. Most importantly, the sleep data reading is wrong.. scientifically it's not possible to deep sleep for 2 hours in a 5 hour total sleep time.. I have checked it with other fitness bands and the reading is more accurate on other bands.

There's a lot of room for improvement. Just trying it out today, the app only keeps record of my steps and is hysterically inaccurate about my BP and HR. Plus, clicking the watch icon on the top right triggered a message in what appears to be Chinese, when the language is set to English. Not sure how that even happens, but sure. Please fix these issues and I'll give you a better rating.

Its a data mining app. Why does the app need gps while pairing? Just bluetooth should suffice to pair. And why does the app need email or gmail account to register. All i want is to look at the ecg data. Once the tracker is paired via bluetooth can it not save the data locally on the phone??

Very disappointed. Lot of popups in Chinese which I cant read. Drains phone battery but wont allow you to sync watch if you are trying to maximize battery usage on phone. Cant change sleep recording start time. Also not sure why this app would need access to my contact list or photos to help measure my stats. Too late.....accidentally hit wrong option on annoying recurring pop up.

Downloaded the app and it asks for an email to send a verification code to. I've sent it 20 times and have not got a verification code yet. It times out at 1 minute and you have to send again. Cant even get past the sign up screen. I have an internet connection and the email isn't going to spam mail. Dont know what else to do. Now I have a watch I can't use. Great!

The last update eliminated the most important function this app had. When you tapped your email address, there were 2 daily / weekly / monthly graphs for steps and sleep. That page just disappeared. What the hell, why would you remove that?!

I was very unhappy with the app and the bracelet. I felt it wasn't accurate and I'm new to exercise so I was dying for very little results! Then my brother explained to me the bracelet was accurate. There was a difference in "steps" and "feet". Who knew? I think the app works great with the bracelet.

Never could get it to pair with my Note9, Android V 10. Sees it on bluetooth settings....but when MorePro runs, it never sees V19. So I use it to get information but cant record and save. Since I cant pair, date, time aren't synced. I really like the unit and its reason why I continue to use it but without MorePro, well you get the point. Maybe someone can reach out. Disappointing.

Just got the tracker that goes with this app, and the app makes the hardware almost unusable. The app unpairs with the device on a regular basis, and even when it does pair correctly, it never loads the data from the watch into the app. I'm sure it would be a great tool if the app worked.

I have the v10 and like it for the most part, but have some issues: First, it can't be paired with my phone, only with the MorePro app. This means that I can't use the watch to keep my phone unlocked Second, it doesn't sync to Google Fit correctly - my watch my report 5900 steps, and the app shows 5900 steps, but Google Fit only sees 4500, for example. It doesn't report sleep to Google Fit, only heart rate. Third, the app does not start up when my phone starts up, even though it is set to do so. So, I have to run it myself every time my phone starts, so that I can get notifications on my watch. And finally, brightness controls for at night? When it goes off, the light wakes up my partner.

Update: Tracker battery needs to be charged more often now. Usually 2-3 times a week. That's really a bummer since there are no battery life indicators on the tracker. Star rating: 3 Original rating: So far So good. Would have given 5 stars but app does not continue tracking steps when battery is low or needs charging like FitBit, does not alert you when battery is low, and does not allow for editing step count. Otherwise, it has great data that's easy to read and share with physicians.

So far it's been okay. I have the MorePro V19 watch and the accuracy of the readings has been good (close to my medical readings at the doctors). The readings when it comes to the Sleep recording has been fairly accurate when it does get the readings. Sometimes it doesn't record anything. Then other times it would only record from 1am until I woke up between 5am and 6am. The customer/ tech support is great. I really wish there was a yoga exercise option. If they add yoga, they'll get 5 stars!!!

Generally I am happy with the app. However, when I turn on exercise tracker it tracks time, but not distance. My GPS is turned on but still nothing. Because the distance of the run is 0 it won't track it. When I try and submit this feedback through the app it crashes the app. Is there a solution for this?

It appears fairly accurate. With iPhone 7 it displayed BP with graph. With S10 it does not, it is saved in "show all data" and at times needs to pair again. Tried update, no change.

Vitals seem accurate. The ekg reception and tracing are clear and accurate, which is was what I bought it for. I like the watch. Couple problems. There doesn't seem to be a way to adjust brightness. That's a problem when going outside. The app really needs work. Watch and phone do not stay paired. Can save historical data with some vitals but not others. Overal good for the price.

Does not sync with phone very well. I have to unpair then repair and it still does not sync to phone most of the time. I have even shut my phone off and turned it back on and nothing. When it does sync, it takes a while to read the correct information. When having it set to vibrate with incoming call or text it very rarely will vibrate to notify you.

The app is beautiful and is very detailed, but it doesn't work well. The sleep always shows 2 or 3 hours and there's no way to manually edit the start or end times. It's says my bmi is 17...not true. & it uses a lot of battery.

Only Partially Works! Easy to pair and set up account and the heart rate feature seems to work fine, but after that it's downhill. I have an LG Stylo 5 Android device. The BP reader works but doesnt log the readings to the app The sleep monitor doesnt work at all. It keeps asking me to log in to the app even though its running and I havent logged out And it drops offline occassionally. The wrist rotate picture taker doesnt work either. It probably works as a step counter though.

Will not communicate with app unless you allow location services. For one this is a spy app that allows 3rd parties access to your location data. Secondly if you are in a location that you do not have satellite gps reception this app will NOT work. What do you expect from an app made in a communist cou try that tracks everything that theirpopulation does and makes them disappear if they say or do is not government approved.

Watch would connect to bluetooth on my Samsung note 10+ but when you open app would only let me sign in as a guest so it would not record to app sleep, BP, or any other info. Had two nights ...on second night the screen would not open even though it was fully charged. Sending back. Great graphics on the watch sad it was a fail with my phone returning tomorrow to Amazon.

Very uneven except for steps and pulse. BP results are highly suspicious. Sleep tracker stops if you get up during the night and fails to record the sleep time prior to that event. When I sleep through the night it seems fairly accurate. I took away a star because BP results stay almost the same with almost no fluctuation. It's fine if you only want to count steps. For the price, I am not really surprised. Barely OK. Add: Today, sleep stats don't match watch :(

I would love to give this app a good rating Have Galaxy note 9 Verizon.. The watch works fantastic with the app for about 2 weeks. Then for no apparent reason it will not continuously monitor anything anymore. The watch shows its continuously reading on my wrist. I have uninstalled and reinstalled fixed all the permissions.. it just stopped reading in the app only.. I can make individual measurements but it won't save.. And yes I do have all of the toggles checked for continuous reading..

Terrible. App doesn't retain simple settings like height. App connects to device but doesn't seem to sync any data. App is always running even when closed. Ecg function doesnt work. Help is atrocious. Poor english and a number to call on the web site in China. Total junk!

Horrible app!!! It doesn't stay connected. It's my second watch. I returned a previous watch thinking that it was the watch, however the app is just defective. I'm returning the watch. Save your money and don't purchase. If I could give this 0 stars I would. The help section is defective and customer service non existent.

I bought the XCore about 6 months ago for $40 specifically for the heart and blood pressure monitoring. Thought it was worth trying it out for $40. I LOVE IT! Still going strong with no problems and I've put it to the test for sure. I only take it off for an hour once a week to charge it. If you set it so the display is not always on and you turn it on yourself by touching it, it will last a week. If you keep the display on it will drain within 48 hours. I've gone swimming in the ocean with it and had no issues. It tells me when I can an email, a text and a phone call. I've used it a few times to find my phone, but that feature doesn't always seem to work. I do have to make sure that the morepro app is always running on my phone or the app will not always record the monitoring. For $40 this thing is awesome! I actually prefer it to the LG Style smart watch I bought for $150 and died after a year of use. I'm now thinking of updating to the new V19 with ECG monitoring.

The HR, ecg, O2 and BP are available, which is great. I verified the heart rate -- mostly accurate, sometimes inaccurate. Despite the ip68 standard, no swimming workout mode present. Sadly only one option exists for the digital clock face (wanted to view a bio-summary page, as well as the time). The wrist flick to turn on the display was unreliable. No customization of screen order is available. Needed to tap through all screen sequences to see specifics -- annoying and tiresome!

This app is great. The metrics are great, the charts, etc. But... It's such a battery hog that I'm seriously considering uninstall it and maybe set it up on a spare device that use once a day. The reference app here is the Fitbit app which uses almost no battery at all! Other than that it needs a bit more customization for the wearable like stride length, sampling data interval etc.

Unfortunately after 4 days of used with the V12 watch (Fitvii) I am returning it in does uninstalling this app. The app does not allow or maybe it is the watch for accuracy in the number of steps or in sleep mode. Last night I slept about 8 hours for once and the app only showed me having slept for less than 2 hours. Walking from my bedroom to the kitchen is not 400 steps but that is what the app is telling me. Unfortunately the watch does not allow for the changing of the for watch faces.

Have one and all of a sudden the screen on tracker quit working. I have never gotten it wet or hit hard. Attempted many time to contact company and I keep getting a message that it has failed to send no matter which device I send it from. I guess this is what happens when you go cheap.

This has to be the most battery hungry app in existence, I go for a four mile walk and it uses up about 25% of my battery on my phone. I have tried it with both bluetooth on and off and still the same thing. I tried to have it track my exercise via the phone and while it started recording, as soon as I clicked to turn off the screen, it stopped tracking anything. At least the watch can start a training session as well. Fixing the power drain would go a long way to making this a good application.

Only issue I have is when I take my heart rate on the app. It shows 'testing' all the time. Then never appears on status report. Tried to email company, but it says feedback failed each time. It's getting frustrating. I can take BP and then exit out and come back and it records, not with heart rate. I can check it on the watch, it shows up on watch, but not on app. Everything else does. One trick to know, in order to record sleep patterns, you must get up and get moving or it records you sleepin

the app has worked great for me other than a few hiccups setting it up. Give it full permissions seems to be important; whenever the watch runs into a complication it seems to disconnect. Less blocking on the phones side means less complications. certain settings I tried to change caused the watch to disconnect. that tells me the watch doesn't support something the app does. Also a fairly long delay updating the statistics when I open the app but pretty well done app when you get over setup.

App is much better than any other I've tried with the other fitness watches. The stats it produces are fantastic. If it could have more sports modes it would be perfect. Also short runs should not be ignored when starting from the watch. Overpriced iWatch and Fitbit should feel the heat. UPDATE 11/8/2019 As many pointed out before, I am actually now also finding out that syncing is a serious problem when your BT is turned off and after the watch is charged. You have to restart the phone to be able to connect the two again, but data is lost. Pretty annoying so lowered the ranking to 2 stars. Sorry.

I have contacted the company and they sent pages of convulated instructions. I have a galaxy 8. Quite modern. Cant get the information from the wristband to my phone. Have installed and uninstalled the app several times. The wrist portion records my steps. But everything else is in metric. I am an imperial user. So, their customer support is non existant. Their solution was to send another another unit. The second one, wrist band does not fit snugly. Moisture can get into it.

In general this app is great at tracking steps, pulse, weight, and sleep quality. Running and bicycling tracking functions do not work for shorter durations, however. BP tracking is not accurate as compared with a home Omron BP device. If BP and running tracking is important to you, would not recommend. If basic pulse, weight, steps, and sleep quality are what you are looking for, highly recommend, especially given the excellent price point of the activity tracker devices available.

The app is okay, the watch is waterproof but the app doesn't track swimming and I thought it did since the watch is waterproof. Hopefully it will get added in an update. 😁 Also the needs a better sleep tracker too. Sometimes I sleep during the day and it doesn't seem to track it. Also once you link Google Fit App there is no way to unlink it unless you removit it and it does not send the information accurately between apps.

I like the app but text and call notifications only show the phone # and NOT the contact name... it's difficult to know who the notification is from with just the #. Also, it would be better if it could track sleep during a 24-hour period instead of just the night time. Otherwise, I really like the app.

The smart watch is great for the price. Very accurate on everything except the way the app tracks sleep. Once you get up and go to the bathroom in the middle or your night it detects the movement then never picks back up tracking your sleep after that. I'm also a day sleeper and it never tracks that. The app has time settings but nothing to set it to track anytime you sleep. Once it figures this out and add that to the app so I know all my sleep patterns day or night I'll change it to 5 stars.

I was surprised when checking the apps permissions that it has "re-route outgoing phone calls" enabled. I can't think why this should be enabled. I disabled all phone permissions. But then I discovered there was a persistent network connection to a server in China. Using a firewall to block that traffic. Don't if there will be other app behaviour that will disappoint.

I'm on day 2. Had to do the initial pairing and have had to re-pair it once as well. It is not intuitive or informative. It seems that you must have both Bluetooth and Location Services turned on to pair it, but the app doesn't tell you that. Also, it seems that you should not do a regular pairing in the phones Bluetooth settings. As soon as I unpaired the watch from my phone, then it showed up as available in the app. Exactly the opposite of what I expected. Help screens can't be read. 👎

I love the watch but I hate the app and the instruction booklet. I have had to pair the watch and app together 3 times now. The app and instruction booklet is poorly written and difficult to get the watch set up correctly. Now it seems that every few hours I have to reconnect my watch and the app. I don't understand why this is happening because once I connected it was fine for a month or so. Now I have had to reconnect 2 or 3 times a day. Fix your app.

Connection within the app is easy if you're not a total indigent. just press connect button after turning on the watch. you don't do anything in your bluetooth menu. use the app. This app has easy to read menus and historical data on pleasing looking graphs. you can trsck everything. Plus you can track ovulation.

Won't connect since updating on Mar 19, 2019. Then I figured out that now I needed to have a account and log in. ***Will no longer save my stats.In order to see your activity, you have to stop what you're doing and tap and wait then look, because it doesn't save or accumulate in the app***. You should give my money back on the watch. I only bought it because the app did not need a logjn/account. Dear Google: I reviewed the policy as indicated. I believe this edit brings it fully in line. Thank you for pointing it out.

I've had a lot of issues with this app. When I first tried to create an account I got constant errors. The verification code is a pain and doesn't change, so what's the point? when I finally got a connected my phone and it seems to be settling down now. I do wish I could figure out how to change from km to miles... Other than that it appears to be pretty good.

good app. for those who complained about device disconnection and data missing, I recommend that you read the manual more carefully about setting up connection between V90 and your mobile. Please understand that the connection depends heavily on Bluetooth and the app itself so whenever or for whatever reason you are disconnected with Bluetooth, but you still hope to have your data, just remember to open the app(this step must be finished in the setting area of to the APP)to set up connection.

Mine works. Other people's don't??? Weight is easy to change. My Note8 connects to the app; it shows up on the bluetooth list but the function is only needed for recognizing the watch, not connecting like other bluetooth features. Proof: I get all of my messages. My HR and BP have been compared to results from an arm cuff...similar results. One problem, which is shared by some Fitbits, the GPS won't pick up location for Exercise/Outdoor biking. Maybe user error for others. Good value.

Easy to use. Does everything I need it to. I don't use it for calls, messages, social media so can't attest to the functionality in those areaa. Loses sync frequently so I consider that a drawback - I'm using a 5.1 Android. HR and BP are surprisingly accurate. Overall I consider it to be a good value for the purchase price.

The app has little to no functionality, it is not user friendly, and the information transmitted by the watch is both inaccurate and false. It added "steps" (thus increasing miles walked and calories burned) while I was standing still at the sink washing my hands, which I do hundreds of times each day! After deciding to return the unit, I could not find how to clear my personal information through the app!

down loaded this MorePro app to record my fast walking exercise. But each time I a tried to use it even though my phone is set up for bluetooth and GPS. I keep getting the message. 'TO SHORT A DISTANCE TO SAVE DATA' even though the distance is around 2 miles. So I have come to the conclusion that the app is not fit for purpose. Very disappointed.👎
