GIF Live Wallpaper

It worked fine at first, but then I wanted to change my wallpaper back to a normal (non-gif) image. When I tried to do so it took incredibly long to load and didnt work. I tried uninstalling the app then but now my phone's wallpaper function seems to be broken, the wallpaper is permanently black and nothing is working. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me, I'd really appreciate it.

(06/08/2018: Amazing👍, But i think it will be a better if you'll add a save button.) Honestly, the app is still good and standing but I hope it gets more features so it'll have much more things you could do in the editor.

Absolutely better than AnimGif Live Wallpaper 2, this one is still being updated today, while the other one hasn't been updated since January, 2013! I paid for ad removal, this developer deserves it.

I was having a good time puting up the gif as my wallpaper but as soon as I close the app I honestly thought it would stay but it changes to my default background for the gif, please fix or upgrade the app

This App did better than any professional app I found on here. Tutorial worked perfectly for me. Just make sure you actually save things as Gifs and not videos or movies. Cheers on solving a problem I've been struggling with for months.

Been using it for a while now and it acts up here and there but I just re-download it and it works again

perfectly run in miui 12 , until i tried update to miui 13, but it not working.. hopefully ya will update it soon ..

Pretty bad NGL I used this one time and not even 3 days after the wallpaper stopped existing and I would have to re set it... Yeah that's not happening... Wallpaper engine is 100% better and even after my phone dying the wallpaper came back... It has a library to choose from or you can upload your own AND ITS FREE *AND* HAS NO ADS

Savage. Its very well done, easy to set up and doesn't have a lot of ads to deal with. Overall, worth the time to experiment with.

It works quite easily on my android and looks decent only thing that that i would keep inmind is that there a a zoom tool but you loose the sides of the picture and there is no way to stretch the gif so if it is a longer picture it will fit better, other wise im happy with it.

This is actually really smooth and works great, i just wish i could set both a lock screen and homescreen with different gifs. It would also be really cool if we could adjust the gifs color levels ourselves other than just the background

Great,except one thing or a few, can't save the background? And I wanna be able to do more then 10 things...

It's really good but my biggest complaint is that you cant have two seperate lock screen and home screen wallpapers which kind of sucks

This app is so amazing. It's the only live wallpaper app I'll ever use because it allows me to choose and position my gifs. I've had like 1 issue with this app, which was my previous non-gif wallpaper was still there even after i cleared it, but I simply reinstalled the app and that took care of the problem.

Surprisingly great functioning app. Haven't noticed any strain on battery usage with my wallpaper. Would definitely recommend for those looking to give themselves a animated wallpaper and easy interface. I have to give it 4/5 though because you can't make two separate wallpapers for your home screen/ lockscreen. Still great though 🙂👍

Works a treat on my S8. Very flexible. The best app I've found so far for setting a GIF as live wallpaper. Lots of ads, but once you know it works you can pay to remove them.

Its a good app reasonable amount of ads does what it offers however it does change my phone to light mode even if it says its on dark mode if you could fix that it would be perfect thanks!

After my Android updated a couple days ago, the app no longer loads a background when I open my phone. It's just a black background until I open the app and reclick the apply background button. But it resets after turning off the screen and logging back in. Great app otherwise and my score will go up if an update fixes this issue!

Although I don't use it due to already problematic battery life, this man's amazing work is worth five stars. Easy efficient and effective. Better than paid alternatives and there are only one or two ads. Highly recommended.

This is a great app. I've been using this for a few months now and it's great. The gifs work perefctly as they should. I suggest though that you add an option where we can use a gif wallpaper for only the lockscreen and not both the homescreen and lockscreen.

I don't have much experience with these kinda apps so the 'question mark' tool was very helpful and the app itself is really good! Only problem is that you can't make (only) the gif cover the whole screen. Other than that the app is pretty good

Love this app. I use total Trek Launcher and an animated gif of Ironman Arc reactor for my home and lock screens. Its awesome. I would give it 5 stars except that everytime Google pushes an update onto my phone, I have to reload it all over again. Nor ally not that big of a thing except that after this last update it won't let me redo it. Not the apps fault, I'm sure google just changed something, likely just to change it. Otherwise though it is fantastic!

It used to work just fine until today, it bugged both my lock screen and home screen wallpapers (which, by the way, you can't set separately, the lock screen option forces to also change the home screen) back to the default wallpaper. Tried to uninstall and install the app again but it still didn't work.

Good. Eas a time when it didn't work on this device (S7 Edge), but this version is fine. Could do with being able to access all of the extSD card, though... Edit: broken again. Stops when loading any gif. Same device. Annoying, because this is the best GLW app. Spent some time with a Huawei P20 Pro, the app worked well. Back on the S7 Edge - bad. Needs access to phone via Samsung My files or Google files to make it work on this device.

I love it! I get gifs from r/pixelart and similar subs and I couldn't be more happy 😁 well.....if a certain author could find a way to set up multiple gifs to rotate that would be amazing but I have no idea how all that works or if that would be feasible without burning a hole in a phone c: so far this hasn't seemed to affect my phone's performance as far as I can tell, anyhow great app!

If it stopped working for you, long click the icon, open app details, click storage, delete data, then reopen. I also switched to legacy method in the app settings and it works again. Thumb up this comment so others can see it in case their app also stopped working like mine did. Works great for making GIF files into a wallpaper. Works on home screen & lockscreen.

It's great but everyday it resets and I have to reset my home screen and my lock screen. Not sure why it doesn't stay. Maybe it's because the developer wants us to go in and see ads again.

Great app. Works real good, with little to no battery impact. I'd love to see the option for applying wallpapers for lock screen only, instead of lock screen and home screen.

Pretty Great! The only problem I have is that I can't change the background color behind the gif, it's only white. Would be nice to have the background color selectable.

Really loving this one! only thing I wish it could do is shuffle multiple GIFs, perhaps a way to setup a collection GIFs you've already adjusted in the editor and saved, and being able to select which ones to shuffle on intervals of configurable time (seconds, minutes, hours) or maybe even shuffle them every time the screen goes to sleep, it'd be a really cool feature to implement!

GREAT APP, with one major flaw. Every so often when using GIF wallpapers the background will sometimes freeze or show a black screen causing me to have to re-open and set the GIF wallpaper, when in the app it can also be very laggy to load but the reason makes sense. The TL;DR here is: The app is really good but needs some bug fixes and optimisation.

I had trouble getting certain .gif to upload - it would insert the file as a static background image instead of displaying to animation. Also, every time I set the image within the viewing area of the app it would always cut off about an inch on the actual homescreen and I'd have to awkwardly adjust it out place to align it correctly.

I like this! It's near perfect if it wasn't for the app closing when going back to the previous screen and no option to set the lock screen only. It gets the job done.

Ads are distracting, sure. But the app itself? It's great. Or, at least, it would be if a glitch from it wasn't so annoying. My phone's gallery is glitched out from the app's background function and prevention of a feature I like to use in my phone's Gallery, and it normally happens when my background is a GIF. It really bugs me. If this got fixed, it would get five stars from me, but for now? Sorry. I go on my Gallery every day. Not worth it.

So much anxiety using this app. If you click off, all your wallpapers are just a black screen. Once you get it to work you can only use both lock screen and home screen for the same gif otherwise your lock screen will just be black screen. At this point, its not worth the effort of getting the app. Wish I didn't install, want my old wallpaper back. Lots of potential, terrible execution.

Great functioning app! FAQ provided answers to my questions and gave me an understanding of how this works. Big feature I'd like to suggest for an update would be something like an option to add multiple gifs that can alternate at random or at every home screen page. That would be real neat

As previous users have said, this app tends to crash after a while (regardless of the user). Adds are expected with freebies so not an issue there - but expect to reinstall this every so often.. A pity as it does what it says - also drains the battery - but all gif centric apps do that.. Ability to lighten & contrast the image itself would go a long way to giving this app a 5 star recommendation.. so 3.5 stars..

Amazing app, does what it says perfectly. Even has an option to have a seperate background colour or picture to assist the gif if needed. Yeah, it stops sometimes and you have to enable it again, but fortunately it remembers how you set the last wallpaper so you don't have to go through the trouble of positioning everything again. Even has a built in speed changer for the gifs! Popup ads? Just once! After you press "Set Wallpaper". How neat is that? Really wish I could donate, thanks a lot!

if you load a file that's too big it'll crash, and due to loading the image at start, it crashes again every time it's opened till you reinstall it. That said, only unnecessarily large gifs have this problem. Don't think there's any app on the store that can do what this one does👍

Could be made better if we had a choice between adding a wallpaper to the home page or lockscreen separately instead of having the same wallpaper for both. Other than that, this app is wonderful😊

Was a good app, have used for several months with a single wallpaper. Recently the wallpaper has been getting disabled multiple times per days, reverting to an ugly default. Reapplying in the app results in annoying ad bombardment (making me hate and never want those products, btw). Currently, not a good app. Maybe a fluke. Will see if problem persists, try reinstall, then maybe ditch it.

Great app for having a gif as a lockscreen/background. My only fault is that it blocks my phone from changing my home screen as I like having two different pictures. So for example I wanted a gif as a lock screen and a picture as a background, it wouldn't let me. If this was made possible I'll definitely consider downloading again.

Works great even on older phone models. Controls are simple and easy, and GIFs runs Relatively smoothly and quality is good, as well as you can resize the GIF to fit your screen. 10/10 would recomend

Hi! This app its something I've been looking for, for a really long time As a customization maniac, I wanted my phone to look just the way I wanted. However, it's lacking the option that I saw on tutorials of putting the wallpaper as a lock screen... Is it possible to make it available for standard users or even pro users? I read that it's present on most phones, but sadly, my huawei isn't part of them. I'd love to have that feature, even paying for it. Please consider it 🥺 thanks!

I never normally review apps, but this deserves praise. Fantastic app, done exactly what I wanted and extremely easy to use. Not plaqued with in app purchases like every other app nowadays. Only none intrusive adds are used which I completely am fine with as people like this person do need to make money somehow. Many thanks !

It's great. Pinch zoom works to resize animated gif images. I was looking for another app to do resizing, before I realized that this app has that function already built-in and it's very easy to use! The new file picker works great too. Based on what I have installed, I was given the option to use either QuickPic, Ghost File Manager or Gallery as file pickers.

Super useful and simple! I set a lot of my backgrounds as cool gifs with this app. There are ads, but they're not invasive. Overall, great experience. 100% recommend :)

Look, this app works, but it crashes after a day out of nowhere where it resets your wallpaper to default... wich is really annoying since my default wallpaper is the most eyerapingly-bright image ever. You can't put separate gifs on your lock/homescreen, altough you can use a normal picture afterwards as one of those, wich I don't mind, but it might be nice if this was a feature. The gif wallpapers do seem a bit pixelated when used though. I did buy the dev a coffee just now, enjoy (& fix :p)!

Poor tool set up, I can't make seperate gif live wallpaper for lock screen and homescreen, worse that can't even find file of gifs that should be able to read my gallery, also adds are terrible as one of them has you close app to close add in front of you and that is flipping annoying! I am giving one star until they fix this.

The application (Premium Version) itself is a versatile wallpaper setting app, for my case at least. Two weeks ago, I set a GIF as my wallpaper using the following application, and as time progresses, I didn't face any problem at all. (Due to the fact that I didn't "clean up" my phone by clearing the cache data since I am pretty busy). Though the only thing that made me worried is the application's lifespan, in fact, I hoped this application will remain in Google Playstore for decades to come.

One start for two reasons. Fiest, it does not give me the option to resize manually or with different automatic options. Second, it does not have the option to set the wallpaper in the lock screen.

App works but is tough to use. Error messages are not specific and the FAQs is a bit hidden. Once found, the errors were able to be corrected and the desired result was achieved.

It's a shame. When i load my gif image, i have to position it, the resolution of the image is exactly the same as my phone's resolution, but even so,axxording to the program, i have to crop... Why there is no option like to fit to screen. I deleted the app immediately.

I really dont like this app. I downloaded it on my phone and every time i went to go open it, it would always say "GIF Live Wallpaper has stopped working" and take me out of the app. It is really annoying and i dont know if its a bug.

Not only did it change both home screen AND lock screen when I put on for only one to be changed, but now I can't long-press on the home screen without the entire screen turning off (which seems to be because of the fact that this is registered as a third party app) However this has been a learning experience for me to never try installing live wallpaper apps ever again, because they either never work as intended or start screwing up the phone in the process, absolutely horrible...

I stopped using this app as it was forever stopping an resetting, I have just set the gif I wanted an within 5 mins it had reset back to factory screen.. Over a year since last used but the same problems are still there.. Time to check the others!

It does exactely what it says, BUT this is the third time it has just stopped displaying in the last month or so. At which point if I try to open the app it crashes the app everytime forcing me to uninstall and reinstall the app to set my screen again.

Easy and simple to use. Basic though. Create your custom gifs and easily put them as live wallpapers. That's it. Doesn't have ads or anything annoying really. It's small too just like an app should be.

I don't like this app at all. The reason why is 2 stars and not 1 is that it helped me just with one picture. This app has ads and more negative features. Also the texture and the physical appearance is horrible

I really want to give it 5 stars because it's amazing, non-intrusive and works exactly as advertised. The only thing is the background dissapears every couple of weeks. This would normally anoy me as I have high expectations when it comes to user experience but honestly I was so impressed at how easy and quick this app is to applying the gif background, that reapplying takes mere seconds and I don't mind at all. Thanks for the great app!

Works really well in my phone! There was one instance where it stopped working, but I re-did the wallpaper and it worked just fine. My wallpaper has been going strong for months now!!!

As cool as it would be to have separate backgrounds for home and lockscreen I just think it dials down to the launcher on the device so I won't push it! Also really enjoy the fact that I have full control on what I make my background!! It's a really cool app! Thank you for making it!!!

I would beyond be excited if the app had worked, when entering the app I get the usual screen then I try to enter in an gif image onto it but it tells me that I can't commect my images to the app but I already had, which is stupid and infuriating at this point even after trying to fix it.

Nice and simple app. I gave it four because 1 think i guess that need to upgrade. It's would be better can put not just one pic , gif , or vid in single wallpaper. You know right if you have multiple (gif,pic,vid) that you want to see in your screen. That'll be awesome (^_^)

I tried a couple of other apps but none of them let me resize my gif photo to make it fit my phone screen properly. This app was simple and awesome. It did exactly what I wanted within a few seconds of opening it. I gladly paid for the creator's "coffee." I would have paid much more. Thanks for a great product and I wish you much success.

Only a side bar ad and an ad when you set the wallpaper. No issues at all. Been using it for about a uear and a half now.

Had no problems except for wanting to have a separate option for having just a wallpaper for my lockscreen and one for my wallpaper, but it's probably my phone. Other than that, easy and awesome tutorial to help out! Need more apps like this one!

It was alright, did what I wanted, but once I had a gif set as wallpaper, the program took complete control and wouldn't let me change the wallpaper, or even remove the gif. I had to uninstall the program.

This app is amazing, I've tried a lot of other apps in order to get a live wallpaper and they didn't work. I don't give it five starts because I can't use the wallpaper simply for Lock screen but I know that's probably not your fault. Besides that everything is great :)

If you can allow your app to add multiple live gif in one screen that will be better. but i love your app. so easy to use. and if you can separate usage of live gif in home screen & lock screen. not both.

Very bad. It doesn't even load GIFS. It can only load pictures. In which, it is supposed to load GIFS. It just makes my home screen black, now, I can't even change it to any wallpaper. Do not waste your time with this app. Horrible. -~-

Great app crashes every once in a while after a few days of not restarting my phone. Definitely worth paying to remove the ads, Don't be a cheap SOB.

I heard really good things about this app, but I couldn't get ut to work. It kept crashing and set my homescreen to black. When I'd try to load a gif it just wouldn't show up. I don't think its my system either, because im on android 9.

Honestly I don't know why this app doesn't have at least 4.5 stars. Although it's basic and has some ads in the editor along the edges, and between the process of completing and setting the wallpaper, it does exactly what you need it to. Heck, I didn't expect it to even let me move the gif and crop it, and it even did that. And on top of that, it even remembers your progress on editing when you go in and out of the app. So if you want to make a slight change later, you can. Overall, it's great.

I would give it a five stars if it allowed you to have an opinion to have the wallpaper only on the lock screen instead to have it on both lock screen and home screen. 2. I can't set the wallpaper it keeps saying "GIF Live Wallpaper has stopped" Before it worked perfectly but now I doesn't work at all please fix this as soon as possible.

Super easy to use and works great. My only complaint is not being able to set independent lock & home screens.

I don't typically give 5 stars because most people don't trust 5 star reviews, but I truly believe that this app is heaven sent! I had been looking for the perfect and simple 3d diamond live wallpaper. All of the ones I found were bogus, but I found a lot of awesome gif's that would work...but gif's can' be live backgrounds. This app make that an option. The user interface is a little rough and takes a bit to understand, but one you've got it the product is absolutely amazing! Thank you creator!

app is awesome. used it several times already. it doesnt drain ur battery fast and its rlly easy to use and understand. its pretty sad that i cant use it as lockscreen tho (but thats not the dev's fault, my phone just doesnt support live lockscreens, just homescreens. I tried it with a different phone and it worked. It rlly just depends on ur phone.) great app!!

Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty simple to use. Only thing I wish it had us the ability to change only the lockscreen and not both lockscree n and honescreen. Overall, it's a good app.

Major battery hog Edit: it's a great app! But does hog battery depending on size or resolution of the gif, though I want it to be decent and fill my whole screen. Just wish it used less jucie, and ads can be annoying.

The only GIF wallpaper app that I know works on Android phone , Easy & simple to use. I just wished there were more options coz I could only set the same GIF wallpaper , can't use 2 different GIF wallpaper on lock & home screen. Hope the next update will fix this 🙏

So far amazing! I can make a picture or gif. I used a gif I already have made which is great! I'm not sure how much battery this uses on phone but will find out. As others said, would love to have one picture as a home and a separate for Lockscreen. but so far the only thing I found that makes a live wallpaper because my Galaxy S 10E updated last year and took out live wallpaper feature so I can't take my photos and make a live wallpapers . Thank you for this app!

Although the size limit is a bit weird, it functions well and easily. Would recommend shorter gifs so you can have higher resolution.

This app is actually good to tell you honestly. I don't know if this will work but i hope i can import more than one gif image and improve your app 'cause it always goes back from the top when I did something. Still a good app though. I will actually like to recommend it.

This is really a wonderful app. The best live gif wallpaper one that I've come across. Unfortunately - and idk if this is maybe because of a conflicting app or something- pretty often my wallpaper resets to default and I have to relaunch the app to get it back to the gif. It's at least once a day, sometimes more often. Idk like I said it could be a conflicting app or that I keep my phone on battery saver or it might be a way to show ads more often to generate revenue. No clue. Not a bd imo tho.

App works very well, good job developer! But there should be an option where you can use a seperate gif for the lock screen and home screen The only options are : Home Screen only OR Home and Lock Screen with the same gif It would be really great if you would add a way to display a different gif for each screen. It's really simple. Doesn't overflow you with ads, great and easily comprehensible interface, and a really simple design. It would be cool if there was a feature where you could use multiple gifs. Other than that, 11/10 for me. Nice job dev!!

Thanks for making this app dude. This is really helpful and you even have a tutorial and faq on how to use it, even tho It can't save gif for my lockscreen it fine since it's working fine for wallpaper. Looking forward for updates and your future apps, keep up the good work man.

Does the job. Reasonable ads. Limited tools, but most of the basics are there.It would be be awesome if you could use multiple gifs simultaneously. For a free app it's a 9/10.

This is a great app and is easy to use. I wish there was an option, though, to only adjust the lock screen wallpaper instead of changing both the wallpaper and lock screen.

This app is very nice and useful. I didn't know how to put a gif for wallpaper and this app made everything easier. The editing options are pretty good too. I'm not experiencing any problems and it works good on my phone. Keep up the good work!

The main problem I have for me is that when I'm cropping my gif and all that all for a sudden it just times me out of the app and then i have to start all over again, also whenever i go into my live photos folder if i wanna make one as my background in settings the photo of the gif itself doesnt show up at all it just shows the app logo, but if it times out you cant crop it like a normal wallpaper before applying soooooooo......... what's good sis? Like make this app better it's been since 2015

I'm really confused with this app Since I set a GIF as my home screen but when I wanted a different one for thelock screen and I would tap the option it'll just change my home screen as well! I really am confused by this. Other than that it's a pretty good app Just please fix this!

It worked just fine for a while. Now it changes back to the default Android background within two hours. Very frustrating. Giving it an extra star for the good memories I had with it before it stopped working

Great app. It's very simple to use. Only problem is that sometimes the GIF goes away randomly and I have to set it up again. Not really a big deal but if it gets fixed then I would rate it five stars.

A meh app. You can use gifs as wallpaper and does that well. However it only has two options. To make your home screen animated or make your home and lock screen animated. It does not have the option to make your lock screen animated only. It you try to use another gif or pic to use as home screen only, then your animated lock screen goes black. This app leave a lot to be desired. Using a Samsung Galaxy S9.

I have a Samsung Note 10+ and this doesn't seem to work properly. Looks ok if the phone is vertical but as soon as you rotate the phone the wallpaper goes to heck. Another issue is if you don't run the app via the desktop icon and instead try to load it via selecting a "live wallpaper" you don't get a settings option to change the picture or adjust gif options. Please fix.

Does what it said it'll do. Lags my phone a lot but can be solved after refreshing the phone (turn off-on). The GIF is HD and not laggy but I used a simple pixel art graphic so I'm not sure how good the quality will be with more graphics

3 stars because it worked before when I used a gif that was 2 to 3 seconds long as my lockscreen and wallpaper but now I'm trying to apply another gif that is 12 to 13 seconds long as my wallpaper and lockscreen but the app just crashes as a result. Works well with short gifs but that's about it.

This is a very good app for setting live wallpapers but I think that you should add some of your own GIFs of categories like nature, anime, animals, technology, mythological etc. so that we can download them in app and set the wallpaper. Second, please add the feature so that we can add more than one GIFs.

Great app. Simple, easy to use. Looking forward to a 3rd layer perhaps. Possibly video? Multiple gifs? Export? Saving 5th star for when those appear.

Has a random tendency to just get rid of your wallpaper. For example, i have a gif on both home and lock screen for weeks then all of a sudden it just goes back to the default wallpaper and you then have to manually put back on the gif. However it staying on is not consistent like it would stay on for weeks or just two minutes.

Easy to use. Works nicely. Nice work. Would love to see an option to only have it as a lock screen rather than both home and lock screen.

Loved the app but now I'm having issues. I've been using this for months and it's been great but now when I try to upload my gif the app force closes. It's very frustrating but I'm keeping it installed and I'll try again someday. It's probably something I'm doing wrong to be honest.

Works really well, and has lots of good free settings! But, when I try to change my home screen from gallery, the lock screen I set with this app reverts to the stock Samsung lock screen :( not sure if this is a bug with the app or my phone tho

working with the gifs is pretty easy, missing option for home setting, using home+lock And switching a pic will break it and net black screens/default phone wallpapers Cancel mid use- both lock and home are set to default black image (blank) no guide lines or easy alignment option The speed up/down option is cute, a more accurate scale required (also touch sensitive for such a small scale) No save option for the gif, so it's a one timer use Buggy, needs work

Updated review. The app interface is very simple and intuitive. This app is the only one around that allows you to upload both a picture and a GIF at the same time. You can set the size and position of both picture and GIF freely. This app provides you with a unparalleled wallpaper customization experience. Hands down. Updates for better compatibility and bug squashing were released very fast. Five stars +

I was gonna give it 4 stars because I thought you couldn't set the file to full screen. Fortunately, my brain finally started working and I realised I could pinch zoom the gif to whatever size I wanted, which is way better than most similar apps that just let you fit a file to a set frame. So I guess my rating is 6 stars but what are you gonna do. Well done, I'm impressed.

When I uninstalled the app, the gif isn't showing anymore. Why can't I just save the gif in the phone's storage. Whenever I reboot the phone, I have to open the app to have the gif, everytime. Even worse, my phone closes the app for battery life, and so on, every few minutes, I have to open the app again

I've been using this app for a week now and it has crashed more than 5 times. I say "crash" coz my live wallpaper keeps disappearing so I had to put it up again everytime. UPDATE: I don't have that kind of automatic free of ram app.. It is still crashing...

First time downloading the latest version of the app, choosed a gif and after that it crashed all and all over again. Best experience, i recommend everyone to waste precious time using this wonderful app.

Almost perfect! I reccomend adding in an option to make something only be added tl the lock screen, or to make it so that setting something to only be the home page wallpaper won't overwrite the lock screen one and erase it.

It sucks. Everytime I open an app it deletes the gif I uploaded and I have to go again and apply the same freaking gif again! And for some reason it also shows a black background instead of my image afterwards on my lock screen! I am strongly disappointed. :(

Really good app, few missing things that stop it from being great. When it loads in a gif it doesnt load it to correct proportions correctly so you have to stretch to fit to screen, and no option for putting gif in only lock screen.

Crashes everytime you go to set your gif as a wallpaper. The rest seems to work great, and the tutorial should probably be in-app for people not on wifi/without data, but isnt a big deal.

The Defacto gif wallpaper app. All the others i tried always ran slow. This one not only runs at normal speed. Bit the speed up option actually works. And the custom ability to size the gif is perfect.

Works. Just set a picture with .gif in the frame and size it as you want. There is however 2 problems with the app. Runs battery life down because it has to use this app. Included with that, It resets screen size upon powering off phone. Good for what it is. 5*s.

App seemed to work great. It was able to set a gif as my wallpaper and I was able to edit the gifs posotion and size so it wouldn't be squashed, but it gets reset everyday back to the default wallpaper. I don't know if its a error or intentional but it is really annoying

It used to work great! I had to reset my phone but i redownloaded this app to reset my wallpaper. It goes to a black screen and tells me to wait for it to load, but it just never loads. Also annoying is telling it to only change the home wallpaper (not the lock screen) and it changes both anyway. Disappointing.

The app works nearly perfectly and the variety of options to customise your wallpaper beyond just making it a gif was also pretty cool. A few things I'd like to note,however,, it doesn't allow you to set home screen and lock screen wallpapers seperately, it tends to bug out and will send the wallpaper you are trying to set off-centre and there's nothing you can do about it except force stop the app and, although minor, images you add can sometimes stay there and become completely unremovable.

Android 10, doesn't seem to work anymore. Freezes on loading GIF... I've uninstalled and reinstalled again, but still can't get it to work.

Worked like a charm, and very easy! My only suggestion is to be able to set the home wallpaper and lock screen wallpaper to two different gifs. It seems to only support both screens having the same gif, or just one screen black and one with gif.

While the app does function in what it claims, my g10's restrictions unfortunately refuse to let me set an separate home and lock screen with this app, like many other similar apps. I'd definitely consider paying for this functionality if you could attempt to work it in (yes, I saw the faq). Another issue is the intrusive banner ad layered over parts of the lower icons: They're clickable, but the look is unappealing. Otherwise, this application works well with setting up your gifs as wallpapers.

I like the app. But there isnt a separate thing so i can put my gif on the lock screen. It only allows me to put the same gif on both lock and home screen. And if i try to put a different one on the home screen it takes off the lock screen

Would be nice if the purchased version allowed an option to save the created wallpaper instead of having to rebuild every time. It does solve my gif to background problem though. Save option is a must though. For price (compared to other apps bought) and no saving, 5 stars will wait. And especially after almost forcing the purchase by blocking app controls with ads. I would have paid still.

decent app. altho there is no way to stretch a gif vertically to fit the whole screen without zooming in. looked in frequently asked questions and it wasn't mentioned at all. I wish it had that feature that's the only thing it's lacking or like a fit to screen option cuz I don't wanna cut stuff off the side and zoom in on it to fit the whole screen. other than that inconvenience it's an OK app

It does take a little figuring out and exploring to find what all this app is capable of but it's straight forward and easy too. Now this is just myself after over a year of use but I'd say it's worth it and I'll even be paying for the ad free version. I can't I'm saying that. Lol

Works great on my Razer Phone but it crashes when selecting a gif on my S10+. Edit: I don't exactly know what I did but after trying to set a wallpaper over a hundred times it finally works now.

App works fine, but there can he crashes and the ads could get annoying. This dosent bother me too much the main thing is the fact that I cant have separate gifs for my lock and home screen. Showing compatibility for this should help a ton solid app tho.

It was great except I have 2 problems 1. You can't use more that one image 2. To can rotate and image to an angle between 90 degrees Fix this please and I will happily give 5 stars

I love this app, it's very easy to use and streamlined! I wish you could add multiple gifs/images, but I can see how that could be a bit tricky to program efficiently. Ads are unobtrusive and quick, and the app dev putting in tutorial links + legacy options was incredibly helpful! I wish I'd found GIF Live Wallpaper months ago!

Does exactly what I want it to. I can scale with good quality and even set the backgound color or image. You can set the gif speed, but adding a freeform gif spin instead of only 90 degree increnents would be awesome.

This app is pretty neat, my only problem is that I also want a gif for my lock screen, but there's no option... :(. I know that the option doesn't show up for everybody, but it would be pretty more decent if the option could show for everybody, and not some people... Due to this, I might just consider unstalling the app.

easy to use and works well on pixel 2 device, and I don't notice any slowdowns (been playing around since today). only issue is I don't have an option for just lock screen, even though the "home and lock screen" option work just fine. + every time I set a gif to "home screen only" ,wallpaper on the lock screen (still or gif) goes black (home screen works fine ). Would give 5 stars if lock screen alone kinks were worked out. Tried to set one gif to both, then a gif to home, but lock goes black

Cannot click the check box in the bottom right corner to set as wallpaper because it is covered by a large banner ad each time I open the app. This takes away 100% of the functionality of the app making it 0% useful.

It was working great for a while, but now it so happens that every time I turn my phone off and on again it reverts to this (ugly) green gradient screen and I have to keep reinstalling the wallpaper which is really disappointing and annoying. It may be a glitch on the app or my own phone (moto g6). Either way I loved this app and im slightly sad that I have to find a new one now but what can you do, ig.

After trying many apps for motion GIF's this one works perfectly for me. I'm able to change the size, orientation, speed and placement on the screen with ease. My thanks for your perfection was to buy you coffee :)

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Pop a gif into it and set it as your background. I was confused as I couldn't set my lock screen different to my wallpaper but after reading the frequently asked questions section that was all cleared up. I'm on a Pixel 3 and works great. Thanks for making it

The app doesn't let me have different home and lock screen wallpaper. At least it works and I enjoy being able to crop my gif wallpapers, but I would keep this app if I can't find another that does let me have different home/lock screen wallpapers than just going black on the lock screen.

Simple and effective! I love how easy it is to bring a gif in and set it, and also the fact that scaling doesn't ruin the quality of the image. I gave it four stars because I would have liked the ability to have a scrolling gif that scrolls when I switch between pages on my home screen. If it weren't for that, this app would be perfect.

Really awesome app. Love it so much, didn't had to think twice for premium. I feel this app needs more updates - 1. Saving of images, like I use an image but then change if but with the save option you can revert back instead of fiddling around. 2. Pre-fixed guides, my lockscreen has the clock at the bottom so I want to make sure my image is also aligned above this line and below my battery, WiFi, notification icons at the top. I would love to see these updates please.

works good but auto disables dark mode on pixel 3a. even when going into settings after setting wallpaper and manually enabling dark mode still keeps everything in light mode. impressed with its functionality but disappointed by this bug. :/

I think the app is great. All i wanted was an easy to use app for making my phone's wallpaper animated and it delivered. I would like to mention though that it would be great to be able to change my lockscreen by itself without changing the home screen. Anothrr minor issue is that my phone has the option to go into landscape mode and the gif cuts off.

I'm so satisfied of this app. It reached my expectations though I got only one problem with this app. Everytime I cancel editing an image or gif or just closing the app without pressing the save button, my current wallpaper disappears and turns into an empty bg. Maybe it's automatically sets my wallpaper to nothing. Please fix this. However, the app runs good so far and I'm satisfied. Please add more features.

Hi, this app worked perfectly as intended. Just one thing, in the FAQ they mention the question of how to set the gif as your lock screen but I cannot find this setting. Regardless, a fine app.

Awesome. I loaded the gif I wanted as my home screen, zoomed in, positioned it just right, and done. Nothing else. Nothing stupid to do to get it to work correctly. This has been the easiest app I've used for this. This one wins. Thank you so much for making this.

Kept greying out any selection that I have that involves any motion at all And will not pick them up at all if they are greyed out. Tried it in every combination I could with the legacy, GIF, photo, picture, gallery, SD card, internal storage, different source folders and even the Google Drive storage. It just wouldn't pick up anything that had motion in it! Although it would bring up the still pictures that I have. Can't be sure it's even a live wallpaper app. Is there a way for a Rebel 4?

App is wonderful. Gets job done in a minimalistic layout. Only problem is that, it doesn't have the function to save edited live wallpaper to phone. Instead, one must rely on applying it straight as wallpaper.

Almost perfect. I love being able to customize my wallpaper with any gif I'd like and the added bonus of a background behind it just in case I want the fit to be smaller than my actual phone size. There is just one thing that makes me drop one star. For some reason whenever I press the checkmark to finish up my work, it automagically turns my lock/homescreen black until choose which screen I wanna add the gif to. This means that its impossible to have both screens with different live walls.

simple, easy to use, and the first GIF live wallpaper app then actually works as it says. If I have only one complaint is that if you set the picture as just your home screen wallpaper it deletes whatever wallpaper you were using for your lock screen. I would love to have this fixed but other than that a perfect app.

it dies on me at random times, and I constantly find myself setting it back up almost everyday. I seriously you hope you fix this major bug. Its an OK app when it could be better. I dont know if its just for android but still please look into fixing this.

This app is great, it very easily allows you to create a simple gif wallpaper and it is more reliable than other apps I've used in the past. The only thing that I would like to be able to do that I can't right now is: set a gif wider than my screen so that when I swipe to the second and third page of my home screen, I see more of the gif, as it is the gif is cropped to the screen size and it just maintains the image. If this feature could be implemented I would give 5 stars. Anyway, thanks devs!

The first time you try to start up and select a gif to use, its not very intuitive , however the app works exactly as expected and makes it super simple, als the ability to change the speed of the loop is really nice too

There are times when apo just stops working when i try to change my gif wallpaper. So ill choose a different wallpaper but it doesn't change then can't choose any wallpaper anymore so i have to force stop so it'll start working properly again.. sidenote: any phone resolution gif sites you recommend to search at?Thanks!

Has potential, but its missing key features like setting the gif timer to only play once and set it only for the lock screen. It would make a big difference if I could set my gifs like that.

App crashes as soon as i try to import any gif. I checked the tutorial and was doing everything correctly. The faq seems so suggest its not compatable with my phone. I have a Samsung s9+.

i love this app im glad this exists but i have one issue with it after a few days i would get a popup saying the app had crashed and everytime that happens i have to add the gif i was using again and then reapply the wallpaper and no i dont have any memory cleaning apps that could be doing this

Excellent app but useless if we cant save different wallpapers settings. You have to align and crop gifs each time you want to use them. Other than that works as advertised. Edit: Its great, but its missing a crucial feature. "saving the 20 min work it took to adjust and set the gif correctly".

Really good app, easy to use and did what was expected. Only downside is you can't have the GIF only on your lock screen has to be home and lock screens or just home.

The app works, its OK... What I object to however is the repeated updates which break my wallpaper at least once a week and require me to use the app again to redo the wallpaper. It seems like a way for the developer to force me to see another ad.

Although this is awesome to have it is purely cosmetic. The ads make my phone feel like it has a virus. Im debating on uninstalling purely because of Ads. I personally wouldnt pay to remove ads unless I can see CPU, GPU, and memory useage of this app. The App also doesnt support gifs being only on lock screen.

It's a really great app, easy and simple with other tools to use for converting a gif to live wallpaper with only an ad everytime you change it, however what I think would be nice is to have 2 separate gifs one for lock and one for home screen instead of just having one gif.

It's what I wanted to tastefully update up my phones appearance. It's easy to use and the background feature makes it easy to modify gifs to fit. My only question is, does the gif pause when I open apps? If it does, that saves alot of battery. If not, have you tried it?

I used this before I'm using it again now because I don't know why... But first time I used this and set a gif as my background. It went back to a random normal image from Samsung. I'm trying to say it goes back to normal the background but sets a random one each time.

Colour sliders kept going off, maybe because of my huge fingers. Perhaps add a colour palette so people can change the colour rather than adjusting it. Tried using a stylus to correct this problem but didn't work. Actually could enlarge sliders so I can touch it.

Awesome app, I love live wallpapers. It seems that the buttons to center the gif always have a little bit of offset from actual center, I tried it with a couple different gifs.

I like this app, and I want to love it but two main problems hold it back, the biggest being the background turning black after a short time. The less bad issue is when you set it, it will come out askew from how you had it in the preview.

Won't let me set gif image as lockscreen. Not sure if this is on my end but I have tried to set a gif as my lockscreen and it will not work. Everytime it just sets the lockscreen as a black screen, and only the home screen will be set. However the setting for lock and home screens to be thr same gif works fine, but just the lockscreen on it's own won't set.

The app does what it says; however, I would like the option to set a gif for my locksceen as well if its possible. Also the app should disable the gif when running in the background to prevent battery drain and performence issues. otherwise the app was simple and easy to use. Wish my phone has this option by default, I have the option to use my phone's defult live background, but there's no option for custom ones.

Now I felt sorry for you and i had to give 5 stars 😀.... also.. I think i found my problem. Weird, but there was a GIF that was named as a JPG... That made it freeze. Its weird cuz your program saw it as a gif but when i set it it completely froze... its a fault in an extension read. Great app, works efficiently as far as I've seen. Allows for proper positioning of the GIFs, which is a huge plus. Not noticing any extra power drain, which is also much needed. Only issue is that the wallpaper will unequip every week or two, and I have to reapply it. I know it is not my phone, because I never had that issue with any other GIF wallpaper software. Overall, it's an incredible app.

I've been using the app for the past year or so and its been great. Only here lately it seems the app crashes while my phones on charge while I'm sleeping, and I'm greeted with the default Android Wallpaper and I have to go back in the app and set it all up again. Otherwise, would be 5 stars. I am not using Battery Savers or Phone Managers.

It would be nice if we could use mp4 and gifv files as well. Also, I feel like it runs in the background all the time cause my battery life reduces by 20% compared to my normal use. Like normally it should only run when I'm on the home screen.

fantastic app, only one that really does it nice and cleanly. suggestions: a gallery to store all your wallpapers after the whole editing phase. additionally, a timed cycling background feature, or triggered from some home screen gesture. feedback: the horizontal / vertical double-ended arrows don't seem to do anything. i was hoping they'd auto-stretch the file to fit that dimension. the color picker should live update while your finger is down, as picking an exact color pixel on a gif is very finicky. bugs: occasionally the preview screen will bug out by adding a random position offset. going back to the editing interface from the preview screen triggers an ad, which closes the app on skip.

works fine but on my Xperia Z3 I can't seem to set a custom lock screen. hmu if you have a solution. EDIT - The FAQ pretty much tells you that if a feature of the app doesn't work then there is nothing you can do.

The app is great overall, however my biggest issue is not being able to add scrolling effects. My phone feels so boring without it and that's the only thing holding me back from using it.

Almost there. Everything else works perfectly except landscape mode with the "One UI Home" launcher. It doesn't rotate to the correct orientation and the right side of the landscape GIF is messed up.

very straight to the point! easy to use! ads are not too "in your face". Would love the option to have a live lockscreen while being able to retain my old wallpaper and vice versa. adding text could be fun too!

Great app, does what it says! My one ripe is that you can only set your image as either a home and lock screen wallpaper or just home screen. You cant just have the lock screen option and if you try to set it for both lock and home screens then attempt to replace the lock screen image it will erase both of them.

fine app, but has a major flaw. You cannot use a horizontal gif well, and have it span across multiple screens, which is something that should've been implemented in the first place.

This is really the only working live wallpaper app on the app store that I've seen but one slight problem it isn't able to access my storage correctly for example the gifs I put in my favorites sections don't appear is there a tutorial for this so I can know how to fix it and can you please make it possible to add two or more gifs As a wallpaper?

my only issue is that i cant set my Android 9 os phone to the dark theme, it just defaults to the light theme. Other than that the app works great, the transition from lock screen to home is good, it never bugs out, there are no ads being displayed on my screen when im not in the app.

So if you wanted a different one, but wanted to still be able to use the old one at a later time you could.aybe you can and im just dumb...but I feel like that would be awesome. Works great for setting home screen, but doesn't seem to work for lock screen. Every time someone addresses this they get a generic response to check the FAQ. The FAQ doesn't give any directions on how to set a lock screen wallpaper. It just says sometimes the manufacturer won't let you. Developer is also not helpful and rude. Uninstalled

Does exactly what you want, with no bullcrap! Its quite good and easy to use, and not too many ads. Setting the speed of the GIF before applying is a great bonus feature as well. Only thing I would request for this is to make the Gifs your lock screen as well, but I'm not even sure if that is possible. Otherwise a good simple app!

It works great, but now it sometimes starts to not respond on its own and the homescreen is black, with a default wallpaper pop up. It happens when I leave an app and go to the homescreen or when I turn off the phone and turn it back on. This app needs to be fixed.

great app but something's not right. I set my wallpaper as a low res animation I made. (and I like that there's no antialiasing, because it's a pixel art animation) but the image is about a fourth of the size of my screen when it's rendering in the background. But otherwise great app still.

It definitely lets you set a gif as a wallpaper. The display is also pretty perfect with alignment options and what not. The only problem is the battery drain. Once you set a gif as a wallpaper, the phone battery drains 5 times faster than it would. Earlier I just had to charge my phone once a day. After setting a gif as wallpaper I had to charge my phone 3 times throughout the day. After uninstalling the app battery consumption was normal again. Overall great concept but really battery draining.

A week ago I changed my home screen wallpaper using this app, it was working ok until today. It changed to the default home screen wallpaper and I had to put my gif again. Also when I restarted my phone the gif wallpaper was in a different position to the one I had chosen. What could have been the problem? If it's a bug, can you fix these problems? Thank you.

Seems to be a slightly noticible jumping of the gifs I put on screen, but other than that, the app is good. Make sure, however, you have a good battery in your phone because gifs do take a bit more battery than your standard background.

Well it works, but its limited. For some reason you can't use this app exclusicely for the lock screen. It's either both the lock and home screen, only the home screen, or nothing at all. If I could have an animated lockscreen, but a different home screen, that'd be great, and would probably earn this app a fourth star. Why is it not a four star already? That's a simple question to answer; it's confusing at first, and it feels a bit clunky.

worst . it just like a plain dark. nothing in there. and it seems to be automatically set a wallpaper. its annoying that i have to change my wallpaper again .without me picking a gif wallpaper in this app .and this app seems nothing inside. NOTHING! when u open the app. its all plain dark. dont waste your time in this app.

Best GIF wallpaper app so far. Simple and does as its told. A shame that the option for separate home and lockscreen wallpapers couldn't be done due to the device in question (currently using an S7 Edge). Still a great app.

The app worked well the first few times, but now crashes when applied. I sent the crash report, and contacted the Dev, but no response. I tried the legacy launch option and uninstalling an reinstalling, but no joy.

I was not able to use the app at all. I tried the tutorial, however it didn't help with the problem. it wouldn't allow me to select an image whatsoever, it just switched back and forth between background image and gif. I tried holding down the button, swiping, everything. also without my asking for it to be set as my wallpaper it set my wallpapers to black.

Would be a 5 star all the way, but there is not an option that I have found to set a lock screen and home screen seperately. Only home and then home/lock screen together. Love the app, but this still bugs me to no end.

I'm using an S8 it works well enough...though it does occasionally get a bit distorted or something ect when I'm going hard on the phone, or switching the performance settings?, oh yeah or the bit- rate. ve nice to see that patched tho I'd live with how it is foesho

It is a good app, I like it and all, but one thing. You cant have one gif on your home screen and another on your lock screen. If you could do that, it would be amazing!!!

It works great, but then the app will occasionally crash, seemingly at random, and when it does, my phone turns incredibly laggy until I power it off altogether. I would rate it a 10/10 for when it does work, but it's not worth the inconvenience.

Works quickly and as intended, but a couple things. the window represented in the editing screen doesn't represent my full phone screen, it's a little shorter off the bottom. Also, so far, I had my wallpaper revert to the stock live wallpaper after a couple days, I just used the app to set it back again. I'll update this review in a week to let you know if it stays or reverts again. I have an updated Galaxy note 8. I checked the faq and the advice you have for wallpaper reversions doesn't seem to help. I don't have an app that automatically takes care of wiping background data, and if I do, I can't find it. I do have a built in device maintenance app, but it doesn't clear out the wallpaper when I manually use it to clear background data. Hopefully this kinda just improves for me. EDIT: after reapplying the same wallpaper, it did not revert again, so I'm upgrading this to 5 stars. The impact on battery life it relitively negligible for my phone. I may only use an extra 5 to 10% at most over the day since installed. Well worth having an animated wallpaper.

Finally! Tried a dozen similar apps one after another all dissatisfying. This app is true to it's claims. Leagues above ALL the rest! Thank You. Changing the speed can frustrate moving gif left to right instead of control bar. Otherwise perfect. A++

I really lived your app, its easy and quick. I just have one problem, setting different gif for wallpaper and lock screen. I checked frequently asked question, but you have answered "it's because my manufacturer wants to", but haven't explained how to set two different gif files into wallpaper and lock screen. Is it because my phone is not compatible with your app, that it is not allowing me to set it differently? I can set it differently in the default setting menu, if they are not in gif format... thx for the great app tho!

I have no idea if this works for some users but for me it was TERRIBLE. I am on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 and when I try to align the gif so I can use it as a background the gif becomes distorted and out of place. Out of curiosity I loaded it into my wallpaper and it was tiny. Please help.

I would give it five stars if it worked more than once for me. Every other time I have tried to change the background the app has crashed, even after reinstalling.

It's great if its options are individually separated because the lockscreen and desktop apply is joint together. It's frustrating that when i change my desktop using the desktop apply option, (like applying wallpaper that's not edited in the app,) and i thought i could retain what i have applied in my lockscreen, what i have applied in it resets. I can't change either way in both options (apply desktop & apply lockscreen and desktop) because both resets. And I hate that i have to keep the app open or like don't remove the app from the open apps (when you remove all apps that you have opened previously so that you can spare more of your battery.) I think that this could help this app improve more because it's already a good app. Thanks!

Well, it's great and all, but it won't let me use two separate wallpapers for the lock & home screen. When I tried it, the lockscreen wallpaper goes black. If you can fix that, I'll give it a hot five stars. Everything else is pretty good.

I rated it 4 stars this time because for some odd reason it keeps shutting off everytime I try to open a gif. I love the new update but it currently isn't working for me. I use LG aristo for now until I get my g7 thinq fixed. Help a girl out? I've never had it continue to shut off on me before. Update : I've considered the Legacy open method but I wasn't sure about it. I'll look into it and give it a try and let you know how it goes.

it could've been good if you need it always open to have the gif wp... this can become a better app if it fixes the issue, also the alignment of the gif e.g. putting the gif in the white rectangle would make the alignment incorrect so the final product of it would become unaligned with the screen and you'd see a black spot on the left of the screen based on my experience

It's great when it works, very easy to use, but I've been having an issue lately where the app would just crash randomly out of nowhere. Hope this issue gets fixed soon or I might look for an alternative to this app

Worked really well out of the box for a while. Eats a lot of ram but the wallpaper is very quick and easy to set up. Then Pokemon Go crashed the app so hard that it perma died. I tried everything. Restarting the phone, clearing the cache, reinstalling the app. Nada. Not really this apps fault though. If this app could use less ram somehow, it would be the best of the live gif/video wallpapers. B+

All around this is a very well designed and developed app. The controls are intuitive, the resulting wallpapers animate smoothly and retain their image quality and I haven't noticed any strain on my battery life!

Ever since the update, I haven't been able to change my wallpaper at all. Every single time it crashes. I even tried the legacy method but it doesn't work either. Will change my review once this is fixed.

Good soo far for a indie app. But it have a flaw, when i set gif on landscape it doesn't zoom portrait mode the wallpaper, it just rotate the gif.(Sorry bad English I'm not native speaker) Edit: After your response to my review, I didn't know there was that feature I think you should add that to tutorial or something or FAQ.

This app would be deserving of 5 stars, the options to scale the gif or add a background image are things I haven't seen in any other apps. There is just one small problem; it doesn't work. Any time I select an image, no matter the image, the app instantly crashes.

Wallpaper kept showing black and app kept crashing. With a lot of screwing around I finally got it to give me the wallpaper, honestly not impressed but I'm sure you're working hard on fixes to stuff like this

Well it keeps making the wallpaper going back to its original stock after a while, hoping that can be fixed. But otherwise everything is working!

A good app that does exactly what's advertised. Live wallpapers do take up more battery so I don't use it very often but when I do it always works perfectly. Would definitely recommend

Well my first try was"failed to copy image" i was about to rate bad.. And say it was a scam.. Decides to try again.. Second image... Worked!! Ok so im guessing not all gifs are compatible but it was easy to use, the instructions are easy to follow. Does the job. Well done. One more star when you make it compatible with ALL gifs but great app worth my time. Keep it up

I have a Google pixel 2 XL and it keeps crashing on my phone. I download the gif I want to upload and then when I go to upload it, it either says file not copied or I'll do what the tutorial said when it doesn't copy which is change where you get the gif from in your storage and then the app completely closes and shuts down and it'll keep saying app closed or frozen...what's up with that? I want this to work so I'll keep the app in case any future updates can fix this.

Finally figured out what the problem was with not being able to find the images(gifs) I downloaded/the app crashing when finding said images...You have to give permission to Google Search to storage before your device can properly download images to the phone so this app can use them. Once I figured that out, this app worked like a charm. Might want to add that to the FAQs. Awesome app!
