It's a very nice app it has helped me so much that I told all my friends about it app and they were all amazed. But the only thing that bugs me is that some of exercise are difficult apart from this it is 'GOOD TO GO'👍👍👍👍

Amazing app! This program really helps with abs workouts, and you can easily adjust your own personal workouts to be fit just for you. Overall, Leap Fitness Group has this app and many other apps that contribute to muscle building, fat burning, and weight loss. I would definitely recommend getting this app!

Very good app to lose weight. However I feel there should be some option to includes weights or dumbbells in the exercises as they help in achieving the goal quicker

I get discouraged when I started home exercises,no coach,no supervision. Only been using a week and I prefer to make my own workout ((I work out upstairs so no jumping, and I can't do crunches yet)) and I'm feeling fitter by the day, I don't mind the ads as all as this app is free and they are easy to close, I'm only rating this 4 stars however as a lot of workout options are missing from the custom workouts ((I'd like to add push ups or sit ups, but neither of those are avalible to me in the excercise list)) hoping to unlock those soon.

This app is not bad but there is a problem with this app that the ads are too much and when I want to download any workout it say for me watch ad to download it and I don't want to pay money to only remove all the ads why I have to pay 74.4 EGP to only remove all the ads 😣😒

So most apps require you PAY MONEY to lose weight when this app gives you the option to not pay and still you can do a workout regime that suits your body's needs. I love it been only about a week so far but I feel so much better about myself already! Ty for this app!!

There are like no adds! Only when you login and finish and exercise I think 😍. I first got this a few months ago, and I didn't even make it through a session, but I realized that I was on an advanced setting. I did the beginners for the first time today, and I am sweating, but it is earned! and I am definitely come back tomorrow! Got to get a streak!!

I like that each exercise comes a little video to demonstrate the exercise if you don't understand how to do it. I also like that you can customize the rest time to be shorter or longer. I've used the app gor the past 9 days & have really enjoyed it.

Hubby and I chunked up a little during the lockdowns. We do these exercises together in the mornings. We're already seeing a difference only 10 days into the program. Coaching is great with tips to help you adjust an exercise for your level of ability. Thankyou!

This is app is very good. Excercises are designed for 8 mins and with break, it could be completed in around 12-15 minutes. Shorter time and no tools required approay encourages to do the excercise in the comfort of your home.

Very good app. Appropriate exercises for beginner level. OK graphics, with short and concise explanations. Would recommend a human trainer though, if you've never exercised before. Just to ensure you don't hurt yourself.

I love this app! Im only on day 2 but this is amazing! Its challenging Fun And Interactive i love to use this app. When i come home from school i go right to it when i finish everything! This app has no problem in my opinion i do morning warm up origanal ecxersize and sleepy time streching! They are all amazing and easy! I give it a 5 star 💖. This app is so cool! Just got this app and honestly loving it. I love how u can make ur own training by adding exercises and warm ups. U can also change the amount of seconds depending on how long u want it. There are also rest days and u can set breaks for how ever long u want them to be. You can also set a reminder to remind u when to start. It starts off as easy then slowly gets harder and harder which is what I love. It doesn't push u and makes it easier for u then harder as u go. I would definitely recommend

Its a good app but if they could give me an option to select my exercise plan seconds wise (ie 30sec) instead of count ( ie 10,20 times) it would be best. I have limited time to complete exercises..

An app that works magic on your tummy even though you keep thinking that nothing happens, you just spend 11-15 minutes doing... something pretty light and easy... Until one day (and quite soon) you realize you need your clothes one size smaller. Or use a belt to keep wearing your usually-rather-tight pants and skirts without them slipping down) And I am only on day 18th of the easiest part. Really looking forward to keep going all the way and see how I'll look in the end) Thank you for this app!

*Edit: won't let me watch ads to add workouts, app doesn't work correctly because of this, can't get new workouts.* Overall I have been really enjoying this app. I wish there was a way to add the night time stretch to my list instead of having to find it within the app every time. The ads are getting to be too intrusive, and the timers I set to go off for when to start routines no longer work so I have to set alarms in my phone.

Definitely recommend for anyone trying to lose weight or get into shape. You see results after a couple of days which is amazing, but consistency is key. They are not unbearably difficult and there are different levels for your comfort. This one more focuses on your abdomen muscles, but there are also arm, leg and full body workouts. Really dont mean for this to sound like a paid sponsoring thing, the app is just really amazing!

Like that ads are at beginning & end. Doesn't interrupt mid- workout. Like the prompts for form, breathing and how much time before end of exercise. So far so good. Will rate again after 30 days.

Highly recommended it, they're options to pause and skip. And rarely ads! You can have reminders too. They're different types of workouts to to get abs, loose weight and a few others for both genders!

I love this. Between the pace you want and the workouts- much better than the ab in thirty days version.. mostly because of the type of workouts and the cooldowns. The other also had small glitches that were very annoying (countdown, or explanations)

Love the app, each day is not too long and you could add it to your gym routine, plus there are additional options. I attempted to watch the video on diet, but the guy talked way too long, and it was an advertisement.

I feel better and look better since I started using this app. When I get an excersise that I dont feel like practicing at a given moment, I just substitute it with a different one that the program presented to me. When I am short on time, I divide one set of workout in half and continue with it later...

Seems really good. There's an ad when you open the app and again after your workout, bit that seems to be all. I don't know how effective the workouts are, but you can sync them with Google fit and earn heart association points.

the app is encouraging and helpful. it reminds me to do my workouts everyday at the same time and helps me track my progress. I've already seen changes in just 2 weeks. I'm able to fir into my prom dress which is a size 6 from a size 12 less than a month ago and I'm very happy. I've not completed my full 30 days yet but I have enjoyed using the app thoroughly:))

I can't believe how well this is targeting my abs. After the first day I was sore. The exercises are not too hard yet push you and in under 20 minutes. I especially love the hints given during each exercise to keep your form correct and alternative moves. I can easily squeeze this in daily without a gym, equipment or a trainer. I love this app!

So far it's been great. I love the multi option to choose what level of workout I feel comfortable with and the extra options it has to do if I want more like a morning warm up routine or bedtime stretching and quite a few others. I'll update my review after I've done the first 30 days and how much progress I made but I do feel the workout already working like it should.

At 50, had found I was very unfit and flabby. 9 weeks on, 10 1/2 inches lost around top half. I've combined with good diet and leap dumbbell app so even better results. Exercises getting easier. Weight loss is slow but I am gaining back a lot of muscle and strength. App is great but does require buy in by the user to get best results.

Everytime I want to look for workout apps, I always try to find Leap Fitness apps first. It's very easy to use, the animations are clear, the ads are not too much, and the design is very beautiful. I've done several type of workout from Leap Fitness and it surely improved my body and health in only a year.

It's so good for people who can't do certain exercises by having an option to switch it out with another or make it easier. It's really customizable and can be challenging in the best way possible. I really like this app and it has been a huge help with my fitness, but after the 30 days it restarts to day one. I worked up to 18 minutes and I would like if the time continues insted of going back to 8 minutes. If there is anyway to continue the same time and amount passed the first 30 days I would appreciate the information on how to do so.

I have been looking for a app that works for me, think I have found it. Due to my disability I am very limited on what I can do. Your app is awesome and little at a time which is right on, I can also keep up with doing it each day. Started light and will go up. The Discover button is great got to look over some things. Love at then end we can make our own training and with certain ones worked for us. Happy I found this.

personally this app is pretty nice. Its given me convidence to keep this up EVERYDAY so far. Yeah its kinda unhealthy but i do take breaks on the weekends.. This app has many different workouts for different muscles and gives breaks in between every single one! Lastly anybody who works out make sure to take breaks. In between work outs, and maybe even just a whole day for a break. Give your muscles time to relax and get stronger :). Just take it slow if your a little weak... good luck! <3

I really like the app. I just started it yesterday, and it took a little bit to finally open the app and start. But you can choose what time you want the reminders, and they really help a lot. After putting on 2 stone over lockdown, I downloaded this app and started the beginner exercise regime - I found it really manageable, and even enjoyed it! I actually really like this app. It helps to keep me at a pace I'm comfortable with. I've never really had a reason to exercise before. I've been anorexic my whole life. But after a few major injuries I have gained weight and have a flabby tummy. This app offers different exercise routinesand also a custom section and its all free. It just has adds that you can get rid of for 3 dollars. This is a great app if you don't feel confident in a gym setting like myself. Voice guides are customized.

I am 70 and have to be careful with my back problems. Now retired I was getting really unfit, staid & my weight was ballooning, especially my belly, but I can already feel the difference after 4 days. I move more easily, my stamina has improved (slightly) and I feel better. Also, I can feel it strengthening my back & improving its flexibility. This is a really good app and I look forward to my results in a month! Thank goodness it's free as well as I couldn't afford it otherwise.

Good app for fitness, does exactly what its set out to do. sometimes you have to watch an advert to unlock training but its not long or annoying and won't disrupt your workouts. easy and always have clear instructions. I'm on week one and already noticing a slight difference!

This app surprised me, in a great way! I started at the beginning level - even though I was a bit active, I have back issues and didn't want to trigger any injuries. I have never felt very sore or injured after a workout - they increase difficulty very well. I did the first and second month straight through once each. I'm on my third pass through the third month/level, and I've also been doing some spinning. I've lost about 15 pounds, built some great core muscles, and I feel very strong!

Great so far! I'm only on day 3, but with this app, I'm more motivated to excercise because it gives you small workouts to start and buils up to bigger ones as you lose more fat. So I'm not dreading having to so a big workout. It also has 30 second breaks between each excercise so you can catch your breath, or you can skip the break if you're ready to go to the next excercise. I also like that it has a BMI calculator, and you can see how you're improving when you change the input.

Like the app a lot! Super helpful and I love the coach tips and to hear the instruction. It's hard to keep eyes on your phone when you're moving. I do however wish when creating your own training plan you could choose between time or reps. All exercises are predetermined to be either timed or rep counted. You can only increase/decrease the default time or rep count. I like 1 minute intervals on each excercises but I cannot change that.

🤷 In the Completed screen after the training, I have an option to enter my weight. However, the app forces me to enter date of birth as well. This is a UX flaw in my view. Weight changes all the time - that's also the goal of the app. Date of birth changes NEVER. 🥞 The skip button in the training is too small, and during physical loads it's hard to hit this small button precisely. However, the Done button in the exercise is big. What's the logic? One button is big enough, the other is small.

Great free app. Didn't want to pay for one as I'm terrible for starting something and then not sticking to it/using it. I'm doing OK with this though and even slightly enjoying it...! Manageable with small increments and even though it's technically three days on, one day off, it picks up where you left off if you have a few days off which has helped fitting it round my work schedule. I get just about the right amount of burn and stiffness to feel I've worked out but not be incapacitated 😁

I have been searching for a good app for months and had it in my brain I needed an actual live person to watch and workout with each day and that these robotic versions would be awful. Boy, was I wrong! Not only do I get a great workout, the 15-20 minutes I do everyday fly by. Not to mention, there are no hidden fees. Totally free and loving this app.

As a beginner to exercise this app was GREAT! I'm finally getting into shape after accumulating plenty of quarantine blubber. The exercises are great because you feel them working but feel great afterwards. I never felt stiff the next day or and there are plenty of breaks. The outdated bmi chart is the only bad thing. It was created for men in the military and does not take into account your body type or anything. Also, muscle weighs more than fat so a waistline is a better indicated than weight

The app really helped me shape my body in just a month, and the dietary tips were perfect! The breaks they gave me allowed me to calm down before going straight back in, and I love the feature to be able to make your own workout. The exercises they included in the routines were some of the best, I know, I've looked everywhere and every web I've seen has multiple of the exercises listed in this app. The tips the voiceover AI would give me while exercising helped me do it accurately. Perfection!

If ur wiling to do the work it's a useful app. I started with the beginningers course to ease back into working out but mostly cuz I do it before bed. It's great for those who are just starting to work out, need to get back into a routine or just want a light workout. The app gives detailed instructions and even more detailed videos. With bonus workouts to download. The workouts aren't very long either, and u can go at ur own speed. I'm looking forward to trying the higher levels.

The workout plans of this app are great (though it is quite hard for beginners). There are a lot of different workout plans to discover . I liked the variety of exercises. I was able to lose 4 kg weight in one month . But there are some problems - the information about each exercise isn't good enough, videos of some exercises are very bad and old , some are unavailable , the animations and the design of the app needs more development and most importantly there is no personalisation feature .

This App is simply amazing. I never imagined myself becoming so motivated doing sports. I first started last summer and never really stopped using it since. Programm, explainations, times, variety - I simply love the programm and it provides just the right balance. It's a challange, but always do-able. Combined with a Back-programm this has changed my fitness level, my body and even my mental strength. + just when I came to the end they added the new advanced challange! I totally reccomend this!

Trying the belly fat app. I really enjoy it because it starts off so easy. Don't be afraid to just start at the beginner level. It gets slightly harder each day and gives you rest days too. They also demonstrate each exercise with a computer generated person and if you still can't see it, there's a video option where you can watch a real person demonstrate. I can't believe how much I genuinely enjoy this app, give it a shot!

I've been using workout apps for years, and this is the best ab one I've found so far. The exercises are realistic and the program is sustainable long term. It doesn't require any equipment, unlike some apps I've tried. You can also pick workouts based on your skill level going into it, which helps you not get discouraged at the beginning of you're new to it, and not get bored if you are already somewhat fit.

I love this app. Honestly so surprised it's free. If you're a newbie, or just getting back, start with the beginner for a month. Then move to intermediate, then advanced. I had been pretty inactive for awhile and started at the beginning. Just about to move to advanced and seriously can't believe how toned my core is getting. But better than that, I have a ton of energy and like working out again. It's wonderful.

Awesome app. Simply the best out there. However to the development team, it'll be nice if you add a profile area. I just switched phones and I lost all my work out history, how sad. I was sure that there was a profile area, only to discover that there wasn't , please add one so it backs up data that can be restored upon change of devices. Thank you.

Doing the Beginner for 2 weeks now since I'm mostly sedentary and it really is great. Best Features I love: written & visual instructions of how to do the exercise properly, verbal countdown to end of the exercise, 30-second break between exercises (so you can breathe & reposition for next move). Looking forward to Intermediate.

Watching a few seconds of an ad to pay is so much better than paying real money for me right now. The workouts always have me a little out of breath but not excessively. The various workouts you can do (without paying real money) is endless. You can skip a certain move, or watch a video of a real person showing and explaining the move to you. I'm so happy I found this app!

I feel great and motivated. After 2 weeks people say they can see a difference and can see a 6 pack coming in. They ask what I have been doing diferent. You can tell the progress being made through the program. as you do them more, the easier it gets for you to do the exercise. It takes a lot of mental strength. I'd recommend listening to music while you do it. I found it helps keeping you more likely to follow through the program entirely.

I really love this app! Its been helping me a lot with my motivation to exercise and I love the setup of this app. The breaks inbetween the exercises are really helpful (personally, I think theyre a little too long, so maybe you guys could put a settig where you can change the break time?) I'm on day 4 of beginner and it is working! (Abs are a little sore) I like how it runs through it all with you. I do wish that they put a time on the activities that are for a number of times so I don't have to flip/reach over to hit the done button. Also, the graphics are fairly easy to follow, and I appreciate the tips during the timer, but would be nice if they described some of the moves in more detail the first time you do them (ex. How far to raise my knee or How far up to crunch)

I really do like this app. The excersize isn't hard, and it comes in multiple levels of difficulty based on how advanced you are at working out. Within those levels you can choose standard or easy on certain excersizes. It has helped me to start working out every day and lose a couple inches on my waist so far. The best part is there is rest days, so you are being consistent and you don't feel guilty not working out on those days.

So far really like the application. But it does not work on my Huawei y7p. As soon as I press "Start" the application completely crashes.. and it can happen more than 10 times in a row. It does not come from my phone.. this is the only application behaving like this.. so it seems that it is not compatible with some android version. It would be great if this could be fixed. Except this, like the exercises... the voice/speech is really bad..

Absolutely love these Apps. I do five different ones to complete a full body workout three to four times a week. I've lost 4.5 stone in weight in 8months and have muscle definition that I haven't had in years. I only face the problem of being able to fit in my clothes! Plus I like working out from home and using the voice links to the exercises. It makes it feel much more comfortable to my own individual personal space rather than trying to keep up with a twenty something uber fitness 'expert'.

Honestly, I have a mixed opinion about this app. Having gone through Power90, I could tell this fell in a similar category as being repetitive with exercises given. I went through advanced (on my last days now), but it didn't exactly give me the result I wanted/expected. The simple text to speech voice does little motivate and only gives one tip at the start of each exercise. Switch up the exercises each day to be random, and replace text to speech, and I think there'd be more merit here.

I really like this app, I just wish one feature could be fixed. After you completed a day's exercise it used to make a cheering sound as it pulled up the trophy. I know its stupid but I really appreciated that silly applause lol Now instead of the applause it gets cut off every single time by some ad. I don't mind the ad, just wish it did the applause following that..

Honestly, this is simple and easy. You are able to choose your level of fitness and it caters to you. It tracks all your progress on a calender and you can add in your weight and waist line if you are into that. The best part is that the app is that it also gives you rest days. It does not discourage you, instead it encourages me personally because if I miss a few days I can either pick up from where I left off or start from the beginning! No judgements!

Really love this app, particularly useful while in lockdown as it includes not just a workout schedule but also additional workouts to pick from (not all core related). Ads really aren't very in-your-face and are very easy to work around. Only note would be that the workout schedule isn't particularly challenging if you're used to core workouts but because of all the additional workouts available it's very easy to supplement!!

This app is really good. I installed this app in June and started doing the exercises and nearly after one month I saw some success and continued using this app. The voice guide and tips are helpful. You can also choose your preferred language if you want. There are ads but we can skip them after some seconds. And the app keeps a record of your workouts and also your height, weight, waistline etc. Also there are other different types of workouts you want like pain relief or full body stretch.

Ab workouts don't have a great reputation to begin with. I live the 3 levels and the time factor. Lastly, I love the results you see after at least doing all three levels. Its challenging but doable for almost anyone. My favorite workout app by far. Oh did I mention you can view how to properly do the workout prior to doing the workout?

This isa very good app. The exercises are perfectly timed with provision for rest in between. You can skip or take rest and extended your rest time based on your capacity. The Audio and visual are very well incorporated. It shows the next exercise when you are resting and has option to see detailed video. Overall a very good experience using this app. The one suggestion i have is the preview of next exercise is shown as a very small image but the add is shown in a big space above.

Amazing Home Fitness App! I have tried so many belly weights lose, but this one so far is the best. Though it has Ads, you can just close it after a few seconds. The excercises are very straightforward and easy to follow with the voice control including the timing. It also has animated clips show you how the moves that we should follow. It deserves stars from me!

The app is amazing, what I like a lot that there are videos showing you the moves if you don't know how to do it. Another big plus in the app are the small programs like the morning warm up and the night relaxation program. Very much recommended. I was going to give it 5 stars, just I gave 4 as I wished there is an option where I can add the extra exercises I'm doing in the progress and report section, also it would be great to see in the report the exercises per day.

This app is great, simple and does the trick. I'm not as cut as I hoped, but yes! I am in much better shape than 30days ago! Three levels to choose from (I did intermediate and skipped breaks between exercises as one user suggested) A bit of cardio a lot of abs, reminders and it tracks your days - exactly what i needed. I took a few days off at a time sometimes -- I bet if you stick with it on their schedule your results would be really great. Woo hoo! Starting on my second month tomorrow!

Really motivational. Easy to use. I love the 30 second recoup. You can make your own fitness plans too. Be careful to choose the right level from the three on offer and don't do what I did choosing and attempting the advanced level directly, although I feel I'm doing okay. The words of encouragement are helpful and you mix it with your own music too. Awesome free app.

Really enjoying this app. I choose the basic as I'm older and not in my Peak of fitness. But even the basic makes you work and you can really feel the muscles working. I love the little hints it's feels like someone is in the room with you. The only things I would change - choosing rest days when I want them. And some workout music. But thanks really enjoying it

Very good app! I love how it includes rest days, and how you can sync with Google Fit. I feel like I personally can stay more committed with this app because of the schedule it provides, whereas others you just kind of have to figure it out yourself, and as a beginnerlike myself that can get confusing. I also really enjoy how the exercises aren't the exact same every day so you dont have to worry about getting bored or losing interest! Also no equipment needed! Yay!

It's very easy but effective. It gives you just enough of a boost without taking too much time. I've done all three levels and I like switching around. It's something different but keeps you doing just enough if you are busy and challenging at times. It really helped me feel more connected to my coffee since it's mostly core work.

Love this app. I've been doing yoga, walking more and substituting snacks with fruit. Combined with this app, I've lost 10 lbs in a month. I put on weight during lockdown but I don't go to the gym or like running. This was a great app to keep me on track. The sessions don't take too long so I squeeze them in before work, on lunch or after work. I really like the extra tips given while you're doing the exercise. The little ping after every exercise makes me smile. Will keep at it!

Great app. Just started using it and it's awesome. The clear graphics of how to do the exercises, the voice prompt, and the fact that i can play some music with my phone and still hear the voice instruction makes it great. But i doubt the calorie estimate. Notwithstanding, the app is simple and helpful.

I LOVE this app - it has been my personal trailer during covid-19 lockdown! Different exercise routines for each day, and rest days incorporated. You can select between three levels depending on your current fitness level and work your way through. I've recommended this to countless people so far and has, in my experience, been much more beneficial than a gym membership without having to spend a penny.

This Ap truly motivates me. It is like having my own personal trainer anytime I want. I love the count downs, the explanation and visual of each exercise and it gives me the time to adjust from exercise to exercise. This makes it so easy to transition from standing to floor work. I LOVE this app!! It us so easy to use and you can set up when you want to be notified to so your (20 minute-ish) workout. You can also be notified to do the morning warm up and night time stretch. I really see a difference on my belly! There is somewhere where you can log your waist, weight, and hight. The workouts are not that hard (surprisingly!). I TOTALLY recomend!! :D

Loving it! I'm a runner and need a strong core but I hate doing these exercises! This app is brilliant, mixes up the exercises and poses, clear concise instructions. I'm only on day 6 but I can feel a difference already and I'm sticking to it which is amazing. Hoping to be able to work through the levels and become so much fitter.

Its free and its helped me with my stomach overall. I recommend it for anybody that's always on the go. You can literally do all your exercise routine here with this app instead of going to the gym. I liked it a lot. I haven't been more fit in my life. The problem is after the three months which are programmed. The option is to design your own sessions but the list of exercises doesn't have any order and it's difficult to find the exercises you want. It takes too long to design a new session. It would be great if it was ordered by difficulty, by type of exercise or body part that it works

Excellent app for trimming down/ losing fat. Choose the level of intensity. And it's fun to use. I love the reminder everyday that it's time to exercise because it makes working out a daily habit! It does have some ads but are very low-key and not disruptive but that's the trade-off for getting a great app that's free to use. I highly recommend it.

I am only on day 4, but so far I love this ap! I like how it's easy to follow with clear demos and optional extra info. I also like how it can be made to be self paced. Very easy to use and great choice to opt in or out of the voice commands ( and choosing your preferred accent). The daily reminders are great motivation to continue as well. Definitely feeling the difference already.

Amazing, the user interface is very simple and easy to navigate. The workouts are easy to do and require no equipment (yoga mat is advised for safety and comfort as the workouts are done). The ads don't cover anything and are typically health related. Overall a wonderful app, helped my keep my weight and routine on track!

Brilliant...you can go at your own pace to a certain extent. Different levels with tips for making certain exercises easier or harder. The best thing is that it works over backdrop music from Spotify so I can play relaxing music for stretching before bed but motivational music for a more intense workout! I can definitely feel that my muscles have been working even though I'm only a few days in. Although there are ads they are just at the start and end of a workout and they don't interrupt it.

This app helped in changing my life. This year I quit bad habits and took up working out for the first time. This app makes it easy to do and I love the coaching tips and the ability to track my progress. I managed to lose 20lbs so far and between these workouts and my regular cardio and look forward to losing 20 more. Ads are annoying but not excessive.

This app works!! I've already noticed a visible difference after one month! I love that it increases the difficulty as you progress, compared to other workout routines that are exactly the same day one as they are day 10 20 and 30. I didnt use to be able to hold a plank more than 20 seconds, now I'm on 40 seconds! Cannot wait to see my progress 3 monthes down the road!

This app is really, actually free! I am on day 3. I absolutely love this app! So many different workouts to choose from! Even though I'm only on day 3, I can feel the difference already. The workouts aren't too difficult, but certainly can be, if that's what you're looking for. It also syncs with my other apps, so my workouts are recorded there as well. So far, I give this app a 10 out of 10!

Highly recommend this app! I haven't worked out in quite some time, so I started this app in March to try to strengthen my core. Since starting, I can tell I'm much stronger, my posture has improved, AND I'm actually seeing physical results which is crazy to me - I have definition in my midsection and am smoothing out my love handles that I've had forever!! The workouts are easy to understand, and I like that you can skip through the rest periods. Just stay consistent and don't give up!

I love this app, I've lost so mutch useing it. There are some adds. The one thing I would like to add to this app is, i wish there was a way to witch out individual exercises for another. Although I love the workout plan some of the exercises strain my body too much. I am unable to do them and so I end up just skipping them. I feel I'm not getting the full experience by doing this.

Overall the app is great and easy to follow. 3 stars because of all the ads, the over abundance of ads. If i could pay $2 or $4 i would to get rid of all the ads.. had to switch phones and lost all my data, you need to create a way to back up data. was really disappointed (backup on Google drive). Also the ads cut off some of the talking.. terrible

Game changer!! This app is everything!!! Simple and easy to use, ads aren't intrusive, and gets the job done. I wish I could sync what day I'm on across devices but that's the only improvement I can think of right now. I actually three of these apps for a complete total body workout.

It's a very well designed app. The instructions are clear and exercise routines are mixed up to keep it interesting. Also, it syncs with Google Fit to add to your daily activity. I've almost completed the 30 days as beginner and honestly, visually I can't see much difference but my muscles do feel stronger after each workout. Moving onto the next intermediate level which will hopefully deliver a little more!

The app is very nice. It is free and the workouts are just as per your requirements. If you are a beginner easy workouts will be assigned to you. There are three levels begginer intermediate and advanced so it becomes much easier. Also you can set a timer for your workout to remind you to start your workout.

This app is pretty awesome especially for being free. I love that it gives you days to take a break. I love that you can be at any level and do this workout with relative ease. I love that you can walk away from it & then come back and it's still in the exact same day. You can restart it or you can do other workouts from it and it keeps track of the days that you actually did the work out so you're not fooling yourself by recalling information that might not be totally true. I recommend this app

Exceptional! I've been using this app for a full month now, following the every day set up for exercise vs one day break. It's amazing and even though I've only just completed the beginner level I am seeing results and I am very proud of what I see! I have now downloaded all the routines for all body parts from the same creators and aiming to complete them all. Well done, creators for such an easy to follow and discipline inducing experience! (Especially during this awful lockdown)

I've tried other fitness apps but always come back to this one! It's simple to use, keeps track of your progress and there are lots of exercise regimes to choose from. Plus it starts you off slowly and gradually gets harder! I'm day 17 and I love it! I can already see a difference and I certainly feel fitter and sleep well now! Great app, easy to use, the trainings are short, so it's easy to keep them regular. I'm on week one with daily routine: morning stretching, beginners lose-belly-fat exercise and sleepy time stretch. Only need to sort my carbs now hehe The app lets you monitor your progress, and I especially like that it has the built-in timer and audio instructions which makes the exercises especially easy to follow. Would recommend.

I like half time & 10 sec audible count downs which allows me to concentrate solely on performing the move correctly. This audible also works over the workout music from my phone, not interrupting the flow of my workout; very nice! The advanced workout was a little much to start but I pushed through and am feeling a difference already in the strength of my core. There is a space to rest between each move, which can be extended if necessary, and each move can be paused with an instructional.

I really like this app. I gave it 4 stars because it is riddled with ads but theyre really not too bad. What i love about this app that i havent gotten in other similar apps is that ach workout (at least for the beginner ones) uses a great combination of cardio, ab work and yoga. It breaks exercercises down into small, easy chunks and doesnt time you when you are doing reps (which i appreciate), and gives you plenty of time to rest and easily lets you add or skip rest time in the moment.

The app is really helpful. Ads are only about 5 seconds and dont interrupt the workout. I like thay its easy to do at home, and helps build muscle as well as lose weight. You do have to pair it with better eating habits on your own back to see real results. I also reccomend taking a relaxed 30min to an hours walk after or before your workout though as that really helps boost what the app intends to help with 🖤

Phenomenal app to exercise at home without equipment. I started this a couple of months ago, and now it is even more relevant with so many of us being house bound with the covid situation. Love the various levels, and the ability to customize the exercise routine as well. Have already recommended it to other people who have raved about the app too. Only used it for a little bit but so far i love it. The app gives you choices of different workout routines depending on your difficulty. Tips and a calender with your duration time, calories burnt that day, and a weight chart are included. Extras include workouts created by trainors or streches on your discovery page. I love this app and it makes it easy for me to stay in shape on the go :)

I like this range of exercise routines because you can opt for simply doing the exercise, if you already know what to do, or you can choose to read the detailed instructions to ensure you do it correctly. I don't like the whistle to begin & the bell to end each exercise but it's great to have the wide range of languages to choose from. I completed the 30 day Plank Workout at Beginner level & feel stronger & more alert but had to stop because I have arthritic hands/wrists ehich hurt too much.

I've never stuck to an exercise regimen as consistently as I have to this one. The challenges are perfect for each level, and the results are astounding. My lower abs are my problem area, and these exercises have made a noticeable difference. I'm currently on intermediate level. I look forward to doing the advanced level exercises when I'm ready for them.

This is great. Just started using it seriously again. I used to think it was easy. But now with the video demos I'm doing the exercises the correct way and in just 3 days i can feel the effect. If you do the exercises the correct way then the break times in between are perfectly timed.just enough to let you recover and reposition yourself before the next exercise. I'm feeling great. Going to update when I finish all 30 days

This app has so many amazing features that I can't believe it's a free app. I've tried every app and programme in the book and this app is the first time I've ever stuck to anything properly. It's achievable, there's a level for everybody and you can build it up as you wish (it's not just tummy focussed there are other options you can add on)

I would love to purchase this app only to get rid of the ads, but overall it's more than fine. Also the "Discover" section is useful for bigger variety of exercises, and in general this app sets the pace and doesn't leave a chance for slacking off. Love it! But please, do smth with these annoying ads.

I love this app. Perfect for me as the most unathletic person ever to grace this planet. The routines slowly increase in difficulty, allowing your ability to grow. The app also gives you easier options for certain workouts. For example, I can't do a regular plank because of my weak shoulders, so the app told me to do a straight arm plank. My abs were more defined after only 2 weeks. My confidence is through the roof. I'd definitely give it a try.

I've actually only been using this app since Monday and I love it so far. It's only day 4 but I don't have to pay for it and gives a count down to every excercise and a 20 second break in-between each one of which you can skip or keep adding on 20 seconds extra if you feel you need it. It also does an animated demonstration of how you do each excercise. This is all the same for their other app for the splits so I assume it's the same for their other apps too. It also takes your weight and height

I have just done my first day of the 30 day challenge. I love fitness and play rugby but it's currently my off season so I needed something extra. First use was amazing. Voice could be more enthusiastic but overall the timing was good especially since it gives beginner intermediate and advanced. Had a good sweat on. Recommend for someone wanting something extra wouldn't rely on for full results though.

Amazing app! I don't have a single complaint! Ads are obviously not pleasant, but they need to be there to actually keep the app running. I absolutely LOVE that they don't pop up in the middle of a workout!! They wait until you are finished. There are 3 levels. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced. This is a free 3 month program right here!! And you can even make your own workouts!! I love this app and definitely recommend it!!!!

I have been using the app for a few weeks now and am really enjoying it! Most surprisingly, I am sticking to it!! The difficulty level is spot on and suggestions during the exercise to make it easier or harder are helpful. Everything that I've tried is achievable so I even go on "discover" to do extra exercises!! Anyone who knows me would be surprised. Recommended!

It is also very easy to track progress and connects to other apps you have to work together and give accurate feedback. Using the beginner setting, I've done 14 days of the apps routine, though not consecutively. I've skipped days majorly, but as an app tip says the muscles need time to recover and grow. Also taken advantage of the non-timed exercises; app says do 10, double it when physically possible. I am seeing results!!!! 😍 There's still belly flab, but it's decreasing at the base of the belly and the sides! It's working! Thank you!

Great app for a beginner like me! Tracks weight and waist size. Has "skip" buttons in case a particular exercise can't be done, and the coaching tips offer ways to make exercises easier or harder depending on your needs. Love this app because it's free, it has excercise for any levels, and it has different sets of excercises other than beginner, intermediate, and advance. Also, at the end of every work out, they give you useful tips👍 definitely try it out.

Very good app! Not too many pop up adds. You only see them when you finish a workout and then maybe a few else where. My favorite part about this app is that you can customize your own work outs! I really enjoy this because I can choose which exercises I want to use and exactly how many of them I want to do. Now I can create workouts that fit me and my time schedule! Oh plus it's more fun to make your own!!! 🙂🙃😁

This app is awesome. I started with beginners, some places I do more then asked and then hit next. Sometimes I skip the breaks, I'm glad it has this buttons, sometimes I don't need 30sec break. My endurance has gotten better within a week. Every day it's a different set of exercise which I love because it's not routine. The app is not to strenuous that makes you want to quit. I Feel like it's the right amount and level to keep one motivated!

Only week 1 of using it but I already like its simplicity and the fact that the exercises can be completed within 20 minutes. Simple exercises that don't need an extra apparatus. Reminders on the phone are a nice touch and option to listen to the coach or mute her is good. There is an attempt to teach you the exercises too. I am on the free version so I get adverts but I can live with them.

This app, along with Splits Trainer by the same developer are simple but effective dynamic stretches - many of which I do in my regular Yoga class. There isn't much in terms of explanation, and I see where someone unfamiliar with the exercises might injure themselves if not done properly, but for anyone who engages in regular stretching (yoga, cross training, dancing, martial arts) I would definitely recommend this app, and its companions, as a supplement to enforce routine practices.

I love this App !!! I lost 2 inches off my waist in the first 2 weeks, which I am delighted about. The exercises are helping me regain strength and fitness following recent abdominal surgery. The App has an English voice and the exercises are easy to follow. The countdowns are helpful both before and at the end of exercises. I feel motivated to continue onto the Intermediate level.

I love this app so much, but it gets 3 stars for disrupting anything I do on my phone (work, etc.) by reminding me to drink water every 15 minutes. I drink 2 liters of water a day based on my weight, I do not need to be reminded. They should have an option to turn it off and it's odd that they dont. Please fix this and the app would be 5 stars perfect.

Short quick and easy start to advanced challenge. Love it! The voice control is very clear. But, needs to name each exercise before beginning to do each exercise in some of the many optional workouts. You'll notice a stronger heart as the gradual cardio vascular workout increases endurance. And, you'll notice an increase in balance and mobility afterwards. Simply fabulous!

Love this free app! My go to for quick and convenient workouts at home, with results!! Not only does it have core strength and ab exercises, it has HIIT cardio, healthy eating tips, quick exercises for stronger thighs, etc. with basic voice coaching tips. LOVE IT. You can also track your progress and it has helpful graphics to motivate you as you lose the inches. I've been using this for over a year, and I'm very happy with it.

I'm 5 days in and very happy. The ads don't interrupt the workout. I have 3 levels to choose from. The workouts are quick. They get more challenging each day. They also build in rest days. I don't imagine this should be an entire fitness program, but it gives me a simple way to stay consistent in my core work.

This is app is GREAT. it really helps to motivate me to work out! I like it talking to me and encouraging me and teaching me the right way to do the exercises. Of course with everything you must have good nutrition to see results. but this helps get me going! I love that there are different levels from beginners to advanced!

This app is great. It is user friendly with a nice interface. It has great at home excercises with explanations on how to do each. If you are having trouble just click the excercise and it will have a link to a video on how to do it properly. Not only that, but say you just hate a particular excercise, well you can actually change the excercises to suit you better. It also has voice support. All this and it's free. I absolutely reccomend all fitness apps from this company.

Nice for those who need quick workouts. Good for those who have a WORKING knowledge of anatomy, or a decent foundation in exercise. They use some exercises that have been modified over the last 10-20years for safety, but they still use the old methods. If you know the safer techniques you can get a decent quick workout. I also wish that they did stretching BEFORE the workout, not just after.

This is the second app from Leap Fitness group that I am using and I can say that I have really benefitted from them. There are some features that I miss in this one though like "announcing the next exercise". This feature is currently missing in some of the routines. also I don't get any background music unlike in the "Female fitness app". Overall, I really like the app and I say keep up the good work.

Amazing app that makes you work out and stick to the schedule! I was skeptical I'll be able to keep up with the exercises but it really gives you guidance and increases the effort as you go to in the path you can keep. Cannot recommend this app enough. I was apprehensive at first to use an app for a fitness routine, but now I can't imagine doing it without it! It takes all the worry about trying to set up a routine on your own, especially if you don't know where to start. The daily routine takes ~20 min to do, less if you skip through the 30 sec breaks. The best thing about the app is it has all the features you'd want (i.e. timer, progress tracker, custom routines, exercise guides) included within the app.

Great app! trainings are good combined, easy to follow, and the lenght is perfect to fit even into the busiest day. Every exercise has a graphic, written and video explanation which is great for a beginner. A lot of different trainings, and the 30 day plan is a great "trick" to motivate you to really finish the program you chose. Very few ads. 👍 great job!

After a week of use on beginner without feeling challenged, I opted to try the advanced program. The designers made this very easy to use and execute excercises with tips on form and breathing. They included an animated ecample along with a human video for more detail on any excercises new to you. Love that they include a timer with audio cues on timed portions so you dont have to go between apps setting timers. phenomenal app! definitely recommend!!

I've been using this app for about 2 weeks now in between the days i don't do cardio. I noticed that while i don't see any physical changes yet that my stamina is getting better. I like that this app has a decent amount of choice excercises to choose from that fit YOUR level of comfort and it keeps track. There's even a bedtime routine and a morning one. It seems like a well thought out app equipped with what we need. The rest is up to us.

This app was very helpful for me. I was motivated to stay on track. I lost about 4 inches on 60 days. I would have lost more had I changed my eating habits. I most definitely recommend this app to anyone. the excercises were easy to follow and each move has a video attached that shows human performing the moves. Very user friendly and doesn't take a lot of time out of your day.

Excellent workout, definitely feel it. It also has an excellent way to view how to do each of the workouts. My only complaint has to do with the lack of accuracy in calories burned. That being said don't use this app to determine your calories in and out, instead a simple fitness tracker as well as a calorie counting app will make this a non issue. Lots of ads, but they have yet to hinder my workout.

This is an excellent tool and has programs for beginners to expert, and the 30 days includes days of rest. Around 20 minutes each day so not alot of time. Easy to watch how-to guidance, set up reminders. Within 5 days I was already ahowing results. I do get ads but they don't interfere during the workout.

I have only been using it for 2 days and love it already. I like the prompts and the ability to pause workouts and come back to where you left off. It makes working out easier. At first, I was skeptical for having a 20 min session just for abs, but it makes the reps a bit easier for you. Thanks for thinking about the beginners for this type of workout.

I love this app, I can exercise whenever and wherever I want. The workouts are not very long (15-20 min.) and you can choose beginner, intermediate and advanced. There are 20-30 second breaks between each exercise but you are allowed to skip the break if you don't need that much time to get into the next position. I'm noticing some slimming at my midsection which is my problem area. I really love this app.

It would be nice if there was a feature to implement our own music app during the workout but even aside from that I notice the results I'm getting & I enjoy these workouts from the comfort of my own home vs paying for a gym membership. Love this app! Have been using it for only 10 days, but it has lifted my spirit and got me out of my funk. Since its been a while I started with the beginner level so I didn't get discouraged or hurt myself. It guides you through your routine with an example of how to do the exercise to make sure you're performing it correctly. The app gives you plenty of other additional routines to make it interesting just watch an ad and it's free. It has helped me to stick with an exercise routine.

I am extremely out of shape and let my weight and health get away from me. This app is amazing, yes it requires you to want to use ut but it us set up great for beginners and even experienced. Is very user friendly and i love the tips it guves while you are working out. For example, it can say "you should not feel tension in your chest and shoulders" during a specific workout and I will realize I do so I adjust to do correctly. I highly recommend and may try some if the apps by them as well.

I love this app, they really start you at a good place if your a beginner. If you follow through the instructions thoroughly, you'll feel the muscles burning (good thing 👍) and also start to sweat the calories off. There's also a voice over to instruct you through each exercise and help you breathe in and exhale as needed.

Amazing app! Love everything about it. Not only does it focus on your 30 day ab workout, but there are also other available workouts on the side. arm workouts, butt workouts, leg workout, HIIT workouts. I love the options! Everything is really easy to follow. The app notifies me when its time to workout and it wont let you cheat or fake the workout. Once the app isn't active the timer stops, and the workout isn't completed until the last set is done (including your stretches)

I like this workout app because it's switches up your workout each day. you can also click on the exercise and it will take you to a video breaking down detailed ways of how to do it which can be very helpful if you're not familiar with the exercise. I like all of the tips and hints to make the exercises easier or harder. I just wish it was a way to access the tips and hints separate from doing the exercises.

Here's what I love: Great exercises! Good variety. The avatar and video links (avatar is not always correct in form!!). Voice prompts for form and breathing are very helpful too. And it may be silly, but the confetti and cheer at the end of a workout... it reminds us to celebrate our successes of showing up! Here's what needs improved: the rest time. 30 seconds is TOO LONG! The program's difficulty. I moved from Beginner to Intermediate; it went from 24 reps of a certain exercise back to 10! 👎

Also doesn't cost just have to watch ads which you typically do all day if your watching YouTube. so many different options won't get bored with this app. im extremely happy to have found this of the many years trying different ones. Updated review (STILL 5 stars): If I could write more than one 5 star review I would. I have been using this app for 3 months. I HAVE ABS NOW. I'm toned. I never worked out this long before. Best part, I can do it right at home. With the update there is no shortage of workouts to try with all areas of the body and varying intensity. Program allows for gradual steady build up. Also, you can add resistance bands, dumbbells and leg weights to increase difficulty/muscle. I love it!

I like the app for it's workouts, the coaching instructions and the ability of making your own (full body) workouts, besides the standards for losing belly fat. It would have been even better if i could set my own rest times in between exercises and ofcourse if there was an add-free version. Those are the 2 biggest dislikes, but at least the add placement isn't super annoying.

love the work outs, giving 2 🌟 because I am SICK of all the adds that keep popping up while I'm working out. almost every 10 seconds another add will pop up. Making it very hard for the timed exercises as it stops the clock and some adds you cant X out of, and when you are halfway through a 1 minute plank and you get a 1 minute add you cant x of it is really annoying.

The main workout takes about 15 minutes, optional morning/evening stretches about 5 minutes. I can record/monitor my weight and waistline, including numbers from before I started the program - you can fix the numbers if you wrote the wrong thing down. The voice of the coach is a robotic, but that doesn't bother me. I'm a beginner - the workouts are challenging enough to feel it, but not so hard that I'm in excessive pain; also short enough that I can squeeze it into my busy life. So far so good.

Thia app is absolutely amazing! Not only is it free but it is very easy to use and the ads do not get in the way and are not annoying. the exercises are great and not overwhelming. You can do them anytime anywhere. Also the daily tips are so helpful, and adding that little bit of advice each day keeps adding to your knowledge of healthy living for you to continue to be successful. Definitely download, very helpful in making your fitness goals more obtainable!

I've tried many different work out apps and I really like this one the most, it switches things up and is nothing too crazy, but still a challenge, but not something I completely dred. I love the convenience I can do all these work outs at home (or even when im out of town and want to keep fit) with no equipment necessary. I recommend this app to all my friends who say they dont have time to go to the gym. thanks!

Very good. Has ads but they aren't intrusive at all. A google voice coaches you through the workout and gives tips on how to better work or if you aren't to that fitness level how to do a more basic version. Has reminders and graphs to track progress. Would recommend to anyone of any fitness level to try out. Doesn't require any equipment.

I am using this app for a few days. It has been designed very well and I think it follows a training logic. Advertises do not distrub me as they do not interfere with my workout. TTS is great and help me through each step. The page for resting has designed very well and I can skip or increase the resting time. Animation guide a great. last but not least, I have linked it with Google fit. I would like thanks the team for such a nice app which gives me the feeling that I have a coach.

Easy to get into exercises that are just fine for even folks like me who have never been to a fitness studio. This is the first time I actually managed to stick to a workout routine, in large part due to it being so short, each session taking between 15 and 20 minutes if you stick to the 30 second break time. The app interface is easy to get used to and shows all information you'd like to see. Adds are of course there, but they are not obtrusive and easy to close. Would definitely recommend

The workouts are good but the calorie counting system is off. The app considers the breaks in between exercises part of the exercise time and calculates it in its calorie burn estimations. I checked this by doing a round where I waited through the breaks and then one where I skipped them. The app would be better if they didn't count the (kind of long) breaks.

I saw the review saying pop up ads were popping up outside the app, and I tried it anyway because the dev's denial sounded so convincing that they wouldn't do that. The app is great btw, I got a great belly burn even in the short workouts...but alas, the pop ups occur. Come out of lock screen, get off a call, etc. If you can deal with that, get this app. If not, well...

It's ok. The routines seem good enough, but the ads....oh the stinking ads that I can not pay to get rid of but I totally would if it were an option. Oh well, uninstalling and going to look for a developer I can pay outright rather than simply becoming a part of their intrusive ad network revenue.

Very boring app. Searching YouTube is inconvenient, but the instructors make me feel motivated to continue. Would be cool if actual people read the lines on this app, as well as had motivational phrases like "almost there!" at the halfway mark. Text to speech voice is very straight forward and doesn't make me feel motivated or accomplished with the robotic "congratulations" at the of a session. Also, don't know why child pose is the second to last excercise when it's meant to be a cool down.

I love this app. It's well paced, and it treats each side of the body evenly. I also like that it gives tips for doing the exercises properly, such as when to inhale and exhale. I also love how you can skip the resting time in case you're trying to get a quick workout in your day. I also love how it syncs to Googlefit so I get credit for my workout! Good job guys!

I really like the workouts. However, I have an important feature request. Could some sort of Sign-in be included in the app? I recently switched phones, and cannot transfer my progress over and am force to start over at Day 1. My phone type doesn't allow transferring app data ( moto x4) and a sign-in option would really help make the app more portable/usable. Will increase my rating after this option is added. This is not just for your belly, but for your arms, perks your chest up, my butt looks amazing... the list goes on. I love how you can set reminders (that helps keep me motivated), there are little video clips so you know how to do the exersize. There are little tips during the exersize to help improve your workout. 5 stars from me. I have been using this app for several months off and on (ill do the 30 days take a small break and start back up again) For beginner, intermediate and advanced.

good app... annoying pop up ads pop up ads kept coming up even when i was using other apps such as my texts or phone calls. super annoying. ive seen other reviews mentioning this. totally accurate. they replied a long time ago saying they would "NEVER DO THAT EVIL" but its definitely this app causing random spam and pop ups through out my phone. good app but dont do it. you will be so annoyed.

really good, there are differend levels so it helps people who are out of shape to get used to it, the tips are nice while doing the workout. really easy to use and the graphic design is very good. I like that it gives you many parameters to see your progress. compared to the amount of ads this is absolutely amazing.

Very well thought out. Ads easily dismissed or not intrusive. For a total beginner like me there are helpful hints, more in depth explanations of each exercise and video links if I still don't get it. The workout is achievable and increases in pressure gradually. I'm only a week in but already feeling the benefits.

Great app with clear and versatile workouts. Offers tracking of both weight and waistline, total cumulative time exercising & total cumulative calories burned. Also offers morning/night stretches, though I haven't tried these yet. Downloaded to prepare for summer, but it took a while before I started seeing changes. I'm currently over halfway through the beginners cycle and am loving it. I can feel my core strengthening & have now also started running in order to work on the rest. Recommended!

This App is AMAZING!!! I've been using it for almost 30 days and have received phenomenal results! I've lost almost 10 lbs and feel my abs getting firmer! My droopy belly is starting to hang less! It would've been better if it said how to do the exercises, let that be in words or in voice. There are noobs trying to use it and without proper instruction they can injure themselves. The animations aren’t always that helpful. It also would've been better if we could add or play background music with it as It'll stimulate fat loss even more. The time also seems to be passing too fast.

I hate exercise! This app helps because I can do it from home. I love the fact that it even gives videos of exercises if your uncertain about how to do them. It tracks my progress and even gives reminders. I even have my boyfriend doing the stretches with me. I hate the pop up ads but it can't be perfect.

This app is very user-friendly, easy and short sessions for people who arent used tp training. I actually trained muscles i forgot that I had, ow. The only thing (and this is not the app's fault) is that some of the stretches used don't work for double-jointed people (like myself). I can't stretch my arms(as instructed) after the workout because of my joints, if i keep pushing saif stretch I just end up twisting the whole thing around and then my spine starts to curve. But thats just nitpicking.

It's a good app. Lot of good abs, legs, cardio, and stretches. It has options to choose workout routines based on levels or customize on your own. The duration/repetitions can also be customized. It doesn't have all the work outs obviously. I wish I could type in or add pix of workouts that the app doesn't have. Also it would be nice to able to search workouts instead of scrolling up and down.

Ive only been using this for a few days and so far I really like it. The ads aren't annoying, one will pop up after the session is complete so its not in the way at all, and each exersize changes often enough that it doesnt feel boring or repetitve. Its actually really easy to set aside 15-20 mins a day for this, plus it syncs with google fit to help keep track of any other exersizes, etc.

This app is really encouraging in terms of beginning a routine and tracking your progress. (among other tracking options). The reminders are great too! The only reason I give it 3 stars is because of the ads that pollute the app, literally on every single page / step of the workout. It puts you off big time. I'd rather pay a few quid to remove the ads and enjoy the app for the qualities it has. There didn't appear to be an option to turn them off either. Otherwise, I'd have given 5 stars.

app is great. the workouts allow you to progress without too much stress, but the in app coach gives you tips and modifications for if the exercise it too difficult or too easy, as well as the option to add more rest time between them if you need it. i have only two gripes: you have to stay in the app for it to continue going through the exercises, and sometimes, when i update my weight (bcs the app works and im losing) itll say my previous weight is still the lowest, not my current weight :/

Best app I've found! I have been using this app and eating healthier for a little over a month now, and I've already lost 10 pounds. You can select the intensity of your workout, it gives you breaks when you need them, and there is a computer voice moving you along through each exercise. Highly recommend this app. Definitely not disappointed in my results.

It's very inspiring, because you can see visible changes on your waist ....... Love it Also you get to pick up difficulty levels that's a key factor in the app....... Also you can add or skip the 30sec break that's even better especially when I'm in a rush I cut down my rest time to 15sec ........ The best fitness app I've used recently. Gr8 app helping me so far with keeping the motivation momentum. Good home no equipment workouts, instructions, demo, mapped measurements, tips, stretches on waking up & at bed time. Im combining this app with my own cardio and watching what I eat more thought not very strictly. And of course very important bring yr motivation and blind drive to just follow along and you'll get into the grove and like it. Only thing is sometimes the calories expended may not always be accurate since Ive noticed that if the app is kept running longer during a breaktime or an exercise that isnt timed it just assumes that the long duration means more calories burned. Which isnt the case since I sometimes skip the breaks and compared to my workouts with the breaks Ive expended less calories? Should be other way around I think? But thats just my thought even though I think the app is great!

I love it! This is only my 3rd day using this app and it is so much better than any other app I've used! It doesn't give you exercise to over work yourself and it makes it fun so you don't even notice that you're finished with it... seriously love it! Thank you! P.S. the only thing is that I could not figure out how to change the time on the "morning work out alarm" ..it's set to 8 am and that's not the time I wake up, but there's doesn't seem to be any other options for those .. so I don't ever use the alarms :(

Love the app. I can do a 1-minute plank now! It's a little weird that it keeps telling me to follow the voice prompts to pace my exercises correctly, yet there doesn't seem to be anything that actually does that. As far as I can tell, I have all the options turned on, and I can hear all the tips during the exercises. But nothing that keeps me from going too fast as the tip suggests. One thing you need to change. During the side leg lift exercise, the voice says, "This exercise will help burn your love handles." That's misleading and not how exercise works. It'll tone your obliques, but you can't target fat in specific areas.

The only thing I would complain about is that the app gives you an option to set reminders for morning stretches, workouts, etc but so far it's only given me a reminder for my workout. The other thing is that it has the option to enable verbal feedback but it's not working. The exercises are great. Plus I love the daily health tips!

Absolutely wonderful! This app really does help motivate you to continue working out every day and get you through the 30 days. I have not had a problem with the ads. Even with the beginner routines, this will make you sweat! There's a morning stretch and a bedtime stretch routine too that helps give you more energy in the morning and help you get into the mood to work out. And it just makes you feel good. There's even a workout alarm to remind you to do so if you forget. Wonderful app to help you get started working on your body.

Never even started (which I was very bummed about). I downloaded the app, and immediately got so many ads on my phone...even when I wasnt using the app. Checking emails, sending texts, making phone calls, scrolling through pictures...and was constantly bombarded with ads. I dont mind ads so much in an app, but when I am not even in the app...that is way to much. Uninstalled app and no more ads. Big disappointment.

Loving this app so so far! Very used-friendly and motivating for all levels of fitness. I really like that you can sync it to your alarm to remind you when it's time to workout. It also tracks your workouts in a calendar to show your progress. The workouts are quick and simple but also effective. I'm feeling results (good soreness and more energy) after only using for there days :)

Easy to follow, pictures that move for examples, and gives clear instructions per workout. The voice throughout the sessions are informative, many times I had to correct my position when she gives out a tip for proper position. Highly recommend to give it a try, 10-15 minutes (I tend to skip the cooldown parts) out of the day is all you need. Debating to do twice a day.
