Most helpful place so far in finding elements that are not commonly listed. The only problem I've had is in not always finding the food I need to analyze, but most are here.
This is a very impressive app. It's easy to use. and it has an abundance of nutritional information.
The nutrition info is incorrect on most things. One small example states strawberries raw has 7g of carbs. Yet the same but frozen has 9g carbs. So what they're saying is if you freeze something it adds carbs to the equation 😂 I'm uninstalling and finding a more reliable source
Lovvve this app everything's great about it. I would just love if u could make playlist more than just have a 'favourites'. I would care if it's limited to 2 -coz of subscription- I just wish I cld 2 to help me with meal prep.
I would give five stars if it can arrange by the nutrient. For example if I'm looking for iron rich foods it shows them up or another nutrient I'm trying to incorporate more of. But it's a solid app nonetheless.
I' ve only had this app for a few days but so far I'm liking it ... has everything and has been easy to use ...
Hands down one of the best apps out there, will help you count macros and determine what you get from the food you shove in your pie hole.
Excellent data at your fingertips. Amazing to learn detailed nutritional values of real foods! Everyone should learn this stuff.
It doesn't have everything that I eat. You have to do the math for additional amount of servings. But overall it tells you what you need to know and that's the important part.
Completely incorrect info. Its listing cholesterol content for all plant based foods. Cholesterol is an animal hormone and is only ever present in meat, eggs and dairy. There is always zero cholesterol in plant foods. This app is showing cholesterol percentages of all plant and fruits which is completely wrong, unscientific and very misleading. Clearly this app has not been researched properly and the data is wrong. Definitely should not use "Nutrition Facts" as its title.
So far it has served me well. No notes on Halloumi cheese!!!! FYI 28gr has 90 cal, 1g carb and 6g protein.
Useful and informational but could do with having percentages of your daily intake at end of values for men and women
Excellent app for the nutrition data. Hope you would add information related Keto diet with various filters. Thank you very much all the team of developers and the Naturopaths who had collected such an important information. 🙏🙏
Super Easy to use. I like the variable custom weight option to measure nutrition by a specific amount.
Inaccurate information, lists a red ripe tomato to have 94.52mg of cholesterol. Raw tomatoes don't have cholesterol in any other nutrition app I have seen.
Downloaded to find all nutrition values for ingredients and the first one i entered (cacao powder) was not included.
has too much excessive info for my taste . i don't need names of brands, i just need to know facts about an apple or nutritional value of oats..
It's amazing. I love it while shopping. It helps me try new things and I love the nutrition info. I can't access the recipes anymore (which is why I gave it a 4) but the rest is still great.
Good and all but how is cholesterol in a potato determined, I thought potatoes have no cholesterol at all.
Works for me, 3 oz serving size easily converted to 1, 5, 8 oz serving size. Big enough DB for most meals.
It does provide good complete info. But it's not intended to be more than just a quick little reference. I think it uses the usda database, but it doesn't say anywhere in the app what databases is uses. Which is a big pet peeve of mine. It's hard to get doctors to take you seriously when you mention an app, and it's harder when the app isn't perfectly transparent.
Gives me the information I really want - vitamin, mineral, electrolyte content - as well as more common things like calories.
It seems this apps was a contender for a competition of smartapps low MB file size category... very satisfying at its file size MB. Not a waste. Im greatfull for their help providing
Very good, would be a little more helpful for vegans and veterinarian who use meat substitute. Example go veggie products, garden crispy tenders, beef less ground, morning star bacon strip and quorum products.
I just downloaded this app and I'm going to uninstall it I don't keep a scale Wherever I Go we need ounces grams change it and maybe I'll redownload it
Gives me most of the info I need for just about anything and it matches a few nutritional sources quite closely. With that being said, I would love to see the oxalate counts measured in vegetables as it's somewhat hard to find exact numbers and many sources contradict others or give vague "cup" based measurements
This is a great app it's lets you the wrong and right Nutrition facts and it's gives me the right information and details and what good for you 👍😀
I've been using this app for quite a while. The only drawback for me is that the serving size is in metrics. Other than that, it's very informative.
Has everything I needed excellent app. Recommend to anyone on kidney disease diet. Jesus is the light of the world. Anyone who follows Him will not walk in darkness. Repent and be renewed (Born Again). He will change your life.
This is the best app I've ever had to look up nutritional information thank you very much to the makers of the app.
Everything is listed in grams! I need info listed in cups! I have no idea how many "grams" of rice on my plate. But I can estimate in cups (half cup for example.)
Great app for seeing the breakdown of different foods, not just for dieting but for healthy eating period!
Looks like it would be a great app, except that I need measurements in ounces!! It would be great if there was a way to change from grams to ounces. Also, fast food items should be listed by number of pieces, not weight...I don't take my food scale to a resturant with me.
I enjoy the overall concept of this app. I am sure with time it will have more specific items to search through
Lots on here but difficult to search. E.g. unable to search by brand. Also would be good to configure summary page with preferred info. E.g. fibre etc
It's good but will not let me search for some foods, I have to scroll through several categories to find it.
It's pretty good. American names for foods are different from Australian so it's hard to find the food sometimes. But otherwise.... I use it quite a bit.
The best and more informative platform for everyone to collect informations about Nutritional facts..keep Healthy, keep fit..
Very clean to show each ingredient nutrition list, gives me enoght data to plan diet. If you check the detail of each item, it has full list. For more than 30 different nutrient and you can make marker of this item for convenient. I really recommend whom wants to change diet structure.
Excellent. Just moved to a vegan plus eggs diet. Has helped me with finding the nutrition in legumes, different vegetables and various types of rice.
Absolutely brilliant for a Type 1 Diabetic wanting to check carbs of ingredients. Only suggestion I'd make is to allow different custom weights for every ingredient, which will allow easier calculation of total carbs for a meal. Favourites is handy for quick searching of often used ingredients. I'd also suggest a total carbs calculation for groups of ingredients to make meals even easier. I'd be very happy to pay for this app or donate to the developer.
Just the facts. No useless recipes or diet planners. I use it to calculate the nutritional values of my recipes.
Easy to use and has all the information needed. The only improvement I could recommend is also showing kilojoules but there are plenty of converters out there and only a few countries use kilojoules so it's probably not worth it. That said, I love this app.
I like this app. A comparison function would make it fantastic. Not sure what Carbohydrates by difference means, is it total carbohydrates (including fibre)?
FINAAAAALLLLY a syper easy app, calorie and nutrition facts, favourite button to recall, custom grams of food. Simply great
It's a very good app it's been helpful and I like it do things it could be better on but so far so good
Inaccurate information. First food I looked up was kiwi and the app told me there is 57mg of cholesterol in a kiwi. There is no cholesterol in plant foods.
Please add a daily recommended % for the average adult to the respective rows! Would provide more value to the data :)
Not useful. User interface is one of the worst. I can search google instead id using this app. Search feature is one of the worst and totally useless.
Nutrition Facts is a must have for people who are counting calories and wanting to know the nutritional value of different foods.
It would be great if it included every vitamin mentioned on the uk nhs website. It would also be great if it could display a recommended intake diagram for each mineral and vitamin. Another cool function would be for it to be able to take a selection of food items and create an approximate value of nutrients. Even cooler would be a food log which creates a diagram throughout the the day giving you a visual representation of whether you have met your intake suggestions. It's a great app :)
Really REALLY GREAT APP.....It's all organized, you can know what's in your food, It's just GREAT!.....I highly Recommend this to you guys, come on now and download it because if your looking for an app that can help you know your food,....well then you found the right app!
App is great but the database is too specific with some foods that are similar looking to be the same. Fore example some cuts of beef are the same but you have to read the fine print for regular cut, lean, low fat , no fat.
Easy to navigate the application and search for the foods you need information on. A favorite page so you can save foods that you may need to refer to often. Really fast and easy to use
App seems fairly comprehensive. Straight forward on data, sometimes just a keyword would be better for search
With great efficiency, I use this app to discover the Vitamin K content of foods. Why? Because, as a person with afib, I use Warfarin, a blood thinner, to reduce my chances of stroke.
Works good, but I wish had choice of ounces or individually items, such as 1 small, medium or large apple etc. Not sure what the questions below mean?
Sir ,, please please please, add nutrition value comparision option and percentage daily value option
Only just started really haven't had a chance to use, but it has the properties that I was looking for.
Amazing app... It shows every nutrients about 8000+ foods. I wish it could also add pictures of the foods.
One of the most comprehensive food banks with nutritional information. Very user friendly and detailed. All the categories are based on 100 gr but when you click on a specific food category it allows you to add more or less that 100gr for accuracy. I wish there was a paid version of the app so the adds disappear. It is an absolutely free app, you can also just hide the adds for free there is an option but next time you are using it, they are back so it's a bit annoying but great app nonetheless
I was looking for a carb tracker app. This app provides some PHENOMENAL nutrition information but most are categorized by the 100g (grams). That's great for large use items like ground beef or beans. But recalculating butter or cinnamon or oregano is going to be a pain in the butt.
Nice simple app. It was even has nutrition info for game animals like rabbits! How ever it was off with feta cheese but usually is right on with the few things I checked.
Great app! Some additional features will be nice: * Aproximating spoons / num of fruits to weight in grams. * Enable food search by elements. Ex. : Finding foods and order them according to how much magnesium they have.
Very comprehensive list of foods and nutrition counts! Easy to use and understand the information. Nicely presented. Easy to navigate through different windows. Love it!
No wonder this app has the highest rated apps for nutrition counter. No explanation, just download it and you will know. 😉
This was exactly what I needed. Just nutritional info, no frills, no weight loss or workout agendas or extraneous features. Just the info. The search engine could be better; sometimes have to sift a bit through results. Otherwise I like it.
My husband recently had a heart procedure and is on a LOW SODIUM diet, this sight was recomended to me and I Love it. It is extreamly easy to use and very detailed. As with any new app. you must play around with it to see what all is availble. I would deffinatly recomend this app.
Mareo Confusion me quiere propiedad 2005 Magnolia ave los Angeles California 90007 me quieren las escrituras no validar
Would be nice if you gave an option to choose non metric sizes. Not everyone uses it and I won't do metric to figure out how much calories, etc are in something.
Need to add more in it. There is not any data for vegetables juice. I regularly use vegetables juice and there is not available a single one.
The app is well designed and functions well. A wide range of foods are included in each well organized category. This app is much more useful than government sites listing nutritional values of food.
I like the database and its comprehensive set of nutrients. For it to be useable efficiently and effectively for nutrition and weight control, it needs to also record food intake (like eg MyFitnessPal). Another improvement - create compehensive nutritional data for home-made recipes and from that input portions into your food intake. Also integration with other apps like Samsung Health. Good luck. Looking forward to it becoming more than an awesome database
In the full report I am currently reading cholesterol measurements as the same numeric value as the water content. Eg Cantaloupe: water content 90.15g (100g) & cholesterol 90.15mg. I checked a few other items with same duplicated results.
Very informative and it works! On my new Android phone, other food data base programs stopped working.
Please break up the polyunsaturated fatty acid groups into omega 3, omega 6, omega 9 etc. That's 1 improvement I can see already.
every information I need on food in one place. user friendly too. Update. This is my second year using it. It's been amazing.enables you to customize quantity. Thumbs up
This is a really cool app. The only thing that I personally think would make it better is if you could use the search bar to find what all foods contain a specific nutrient (i.e. zinc, vit C, iron, etc)
Best.... Compare karne ka function bhi add kr de... Jaise banana aur pomegranate ko compare krna ho..
So far this app has really come in handy. I use it to find out how much potassium is in certain foods. I have a generic problem that causes my potassium levels to be dangerously low so I have to be highly aware.
App is perfect, just need to add a filter, For example if I search protein rich foods or protein foods it should show me the richest protein foods and same for vitamins and minerals.
Nice App it would better if it describe health benefits and what it does and how it work with your health system.
Amezing Application, Very Useful. Suggestion: Image should be added with each item so that viewer can easily recognise the food item. Thanks
This is a great app to check carbs and see what's in food. Easy to use. Make sure you turn off the ads which you can do for free.
Helped me lose and keep off 35 lbs so far by knowing fat and calories in food. Only thing missing is the fiber.
I found this app highly useful and easy to use. It looks like it will be a great tool to help me make more informed food choices.
So far it looks useful and easy to use. Wish the serving size was different but no biggy. Will update as time goes by.
Hi, loving all the facts about the foods I'm eating and like how huge the database is, but I couldn't stop thinking that something was missing. Im talking about the needs of a person right next to the facts. You guys should have a section where if you want you can fill out your dietary needs and then whenever you look at a food you can see next to it your personal dietary need. In percentages or the actual number, either way
LOVE this app!!! Always refer to it whenever I want to know additional nutritional food facts. So detailed and love being able to use the links to provide more insight. Wish there was a diary feature where you could enter your intake and save throughout the day to give you a total of each nutrient/vitamin/mineral value. But overall 5 starts for all the detail!
Sets a permanent scale of 100g on everything. Does not have a way to check serving sizes for breakdown i.e 1 egg =. Be prepared with the calculator every time you want to use this app.
Very disappointed that the search feature isn't working. Looks like there is tons of info in this app, but without an easy way to search....there is no point.
It would be nice to have tbsp measurements for all liquids in this app. I am on a keto diet and I use the tbsp measurement to track a lot of sweet fatty liquids.....
Alcoholic beverages are not measured in weight, rather liquid volumes. (pint etc) so not very helpful for liquids, but not bad for solid foods.
Way too much information - Should have a filter for advanced vs normal user vs beginer user. Also some components are not within comprehension for someone new, e.g what is 100 gms of egg. 5stars for effort.
It is a good and informative nutritional facts app. However there is not % Daily Value indicated. Please add % daily value to the app that would be very helpful. Thank you so much!
Some of the items seem inaccurate. Example. One fried egg is 13g protien, 14 g fat zero carbs I looked up on more website and came across that a majority say 6g protien 5g fat .6g carbs... It's doubled am now spectical bout this app
Terrific app! Would love to be able to create an account so I could save my favourites and access them from each of my devices.
Can really help you track blood glucose level, other vitals, and carbs in an easy and motivational way.
Unfortunately, while this app seems like it would be great for calorie counting etc. I was hoping that it would go more in depth via vitamins and the like. I'm a vegetarian trying to ensure that I don't end up nutritionally deprived with my diet and this app was not very helpful for my personal needs.
Great for nutrition facts, but not great for planning meals, would be better if it tallied the favourites list of nutrients and calories (but not as part of a weight loss app, just for data).
This is a very good app to guide in the nutritional values. There are 8079 very detailed reports. Awesome.
I really like theis app. Being following the ketogenic lifestyle and this app is a life saver. Would be great if there was more custom weight options eg. 10g to 200g, 10g to 500g & 10g to 1000g and 5g increments option if possible. I count my macros per meal and rarely go beyond 200g. Another great option would be Net Carbohydrate Count (carbohydrate minus fibre) This app can become popular for many Keto followers :)
Nutrition facts of some foods like,,rice alone, wheat alone, maize, corn, potato, tomato, bean, apple, guava, carrot, cabbage, papaw, banana(greenripe),vegetables, egg, fish, meats --must be given in the list..Because,the majority asian, specially, the greater indians, pakistan, banbladesh, burma, nepal, bhutan etc.habiuated or live on the above types of foods. So please add the above types into ur list, the list supplied contains mainly the euro-american food chart.yet,i give 5 star&hope for the suggestions,ok..//0
Brilliant app for Keto carb counts!!! I was looking for simple nutrition count for my keto diet without the hussle of going through reg and other hectic steps etc. I simply wanted to find out how many carbs are in each food. This app made my life so easy! All I have to do is weight my food open the app, search my food and enter customized weight and it will tell you all the nutrition in that particulor food and weight! You can save favourite foods and turn off ads free!!!
I am an continetal chef i have learned too so much food value and i had made lot of recipe , It is realy helpful. Thanks
Excellent app for looking up the nutrition content of foods. Particularly useful if on a diet to look up the fat, carbohydrate and sugar values. Also gives vitamin and mineral content.
Love this app! I am allergic to Manganese and Zinc, so I am able to see the amount in each item. I would love it more if i could customize the top bar. To show items such as manganese and zinc.
Give me an option to pay to get rid of ads. #1 I want to support you. #2 I want the safety of knowing I'll never be assaulted by another ad ever again. I don't want to ever think about ads. I don't approve of your Hide Ads for Free button. TAKE MY MONEY!!! Until you take my money I'm giving you 3 stars. I will update to 5 once I see this in the app. edit: Doesn't even have an egg in the app?? yeah, I see why you just want ad money... uninstalled.
a lot of conflicting info! e.g.: example raw egg yolk has more carbs, fat and protien than a whole raw egg. which of the half dozen egg listings is to be believed...
i mainly downloaded this to find out limit suggested on things like salt on a daily basis. I am not hinding this.
first time user. great app for those of us who really want to know what were eating. by the way 100 grams = 3.5 ounces
Much better than some apps, but one suggestion... Would be great for most American cooks if weight in ounces or even cups etc possible. Or if could save as a favorite/more easily customize custom serving size: trying to move the slider for 28.35 grams (1 oz) is impossible. Otherwise, great app!
I've not apent a lot time with the app. I am very impressed with the breadth of the covered foods and nutritional values. I will need to see if there is a way to get log of what I eat and can reference to address my nutritional needs and limitations.
Thank you so much for this awesome app.. you give us a valuable info for free when all other apps give it for money.
I do not cook, eat, or weigh in grams. I use U.S. measures, i.e. Tbsp, tsp, or cups. This is useless.
What the ...? for eggplant it is written there is 89.67 mg cholesterol in it then I searched about amount of cholesterol of eggplant, google says "0 mg in 100gr eggplant" Is there any body to clarify me? Does the whole app have mistakes like this? I'll give 5 stars if u fix this kinds of mistake or am I wrong about nutrient facts?
beautiful app. I got what I wanted from this app, the nutrition value of spices and herbs. great. thanka
It's a very informative app but it's more or less the same with the other one from the same dev, Calories In Food. I thought and expect the nutrition fact would be more complete with vitamin and minerals in it, not just macro fat protein and carb
Now this is perfect! Simply want to know how much fat and calories food has without being told what to eat? Then this is your app!
Instead of a dieting app, it's a very extensive listings of foods, easy search and great detail of many nutrients, all available off-line and minimal ads (that can be turned off). If you know what you are doing and just need a reality check on nutrional values, this app is perfect!
WOW an app that does EXACTLY what it says it'll do. lots of foods and the breakdown of each item is amazing. well done
looks like some entries arent accurate, ive tested broccoli on my other app and it doesnt show cholesterol.(which make sense)
This app is not very useful. I went to search info for a single egg, but all I could find was info on 100g of eggs. Uninstalled immediately.
first of all I thank all developers of this program for such an effort, but it would be much better and it will deserve10 stars if the program contains two features: 1. the benefits of each items in the report ( when I said items I mean proteins, carbs, iron, zinc, vitamin xyz, etc.). 2. put forecast in the search engine. thanks again, sorry for bothering you. 💙😊
Absolutely bloody brilliant! foods are logically laid out into groups, with pics, and you CAN search for an individual food contrary to what some reviews say. nutritional information for each food is comprehensive, and includes lipid values, minerals and vitamins. foods can be added to your favorites. there are even links next to each nutrient to definition/explanation in Wikipedia. comprehensive and well-presented data. Well done to the developer.
everything is 100 grams. what does that look like when densities are different? how about ounces and cups? that, we Americans understand. need to make measurements setting optional for us old folk.
nice app but frustrating in that you have pick a category before looking up foods. just started using it but so far so good.
Just food data, no stupid bloat features. The ads are unobtrusive and may be turned off for free. However, I want to support good apps so I will turn the ads back on and I encourage anyone who uses the app frequently to leave ads on sso that you are providing some value in exchange for the value you are provided. Imorovement: Addding RDA column in the full report. Just to make it easy to tell if e.g. 100 mg of Mg in a serving is a lot of magnesium or not much. Accuracy of RDA isnt important.
Finally an app that is useful for dieting and eating healthy! No more searching for each and every item. You can do it all right here!
Ok, I only 15 min. ago opened this app but already I know it's just what I wanted . Everything you wanted to know about any food you want. Yay!
Nice app. But the values for water content and cholestrol is always the same for all food items. May be a small program error and i think that can be rectified. Other than that, its a very nice app with good user interface.
I don't like in grams for size. I'm old school I go by sizes cup or pound. is there a way to change it?
it has many foods, so i can look up just about anything and find what I'm looking for! it's awesome! it helps me with my diet, because it tells me what is in food!
Use this app a couple of times a week on avg for looking up nutritional info, mostly whole foods. Find it useful and Search is quick and easy. Quite a few listings are redundant
An app that does what I was looking for and it's free! Even has wiki links for everything! All nutritional data you need on here nicely done.
This app is easy to use, and I'm not guy who likes overly complicated things, so I really like this app.
The app has many common foods to cook with as well as some restaurant foods. the number of carbs for diabetics can be determined easily through a drop down menu with common volumes and weights. great app.
Good app. But found many data especially cholesterol contents not accurate (wonder where the data source from?), please fix.
Just started to use this app it's very helpfull ,easy to follow and sure it will be very useful to me doing my nutritional training.
Search function is not working. By "cholesterol" in plants, does it mean "phytosterols" instead?? Also, app requires several permissions like Modify/Delete SD card contents and Test Access to Protected Storage, for what use? Uninstalling.
Misleading app.... Claims to track nutrition of products but my critical interest is in saline.... No information.... By by....
Great information for your dietary needs for items that don't list dietary information on themselves.
Simplicity is the strength of this app. Just open and find nutritional values. That's it. No fuss and to the point. Ads are non intrusive and overall app is lovely
94 mg cholesterol in 100 grams of celery ??? No. Not unless the celery has been injected with butter.
The only one useful to me. Would rate five stars if it had an approximate of the recommended daily allowance of the micronutrients
Nutrition information is sadly lacking in accuracy. Calorie contents were restaurant foods are based on 100 gram portions and pretty useless because how are you supposed to know how much your entree weighs. As a renal patient, knowing potassium content is extremely important and on this app, if the potassium content is unknown it says 0 mg. This is unacceptably misleading. Furthermore...why are the items not alphabetized in the categories?
It's almost perfect.I just wish it could take data from user and compare the amount of intake of each mineral to user's daily need
This app has been very useful in checking various nutrition data quickly. I think there is a bug with cholesterol however. It shows it to have identical mg as the water weight for every food I've checked.
Just installed, seems to work well. Was looking for an app to monitor my carbs and seems to fit the bill
Works well to give full nutritional information on a broad variety of foods. I like that it is easy to search and easy to convert portion measurements
Informative but I would love to be able add the nutritional information and get a total per inputted 'meal'.
I just can't believe that processed Meats like bacon are not posted also as a Class 1 carcinogen that is known to cause cancer. In other words the World Health Organization says that processed Meats like bacon are in the same classification as cigarettes and plutonium and asbestos and you don't even mention it! I would give you 5 stars and use your site all the time and recommended all the time if you shared this truth!
Very poor very incorrect information. The readings for fruit for example are ridiculous, most are stated as being 0.0% protein but fruit contains on average between 0.4-1% protein with an average 5% protein per overall calorie ratio. Looks like the developers rounded off every figure to the nearest whole number. Ridiculous. Slaps forehead!
I've started the Keto diet program and this the best app for info for carbs, fats and proteins. Thank you!
The information is not detailed enough. I failed to find the protein completeness profile of various foods.
So I looked up pomegranate juice & also coconut Water. Both came uP with almost a gram of cholesterol . THAT'S NOT RIGHT! so can we trust the other data?
So far seems very informative. Easy to use and read. Carb count is available which is why I downloaded this. Being a Type 1 diabetic this REALLY helps
It's very useful but it needs two things added to make it great. One would be search inside food groups rather than only from the home page, and the second thing would be a possibility of choosing for example one egg to see the nutrients, rather than calculating how many eggs in 100 grams.
I like it but the carb difference is confusing. Seems like they have done the math for you, I think. So used to nutritional labels where we need to do the math, I find myself messing up on occasion.
Far too many listed item's for one product . if I search for bacon, I'm given an unnecessary amount of foods with bacon, why on earth would I want to know nutritional content of Campbell's canned food with bacon added?
I'm looking for daily nutritional value based on percentage as I don't know how many grams are in my serving size without a scale.
Like the concept of the app, but for some reason the search bar doesn't work at all!?? Would be great if that could be fixed soon. Thank you
Just started but seems comprehensive for finding data I want. Search function did not work so lots of scrolling. Found a good app for gm to oz conversion G/O Converter.
Lots of info on food intake in calories, fat, sugar etc. Perfect for me because I'm controlling blood sugar. Great help. ...Bravo. Thanks.
I was looking for each item nutrition including amino acids details so not useful for my requirements
This app has given me what I've needed. Information! I needed a simple device that will help me with sodium and sugar intake. I'm happy with what I've seen; and, it doesn't require any personal information. Thank you!
Interface is great and has lots of different food items. It doesn't list the amino acid profile of the food though, which is what I was chiefly concerned with.
Does what it advertises very well: shows the amount of every nutrient in whatever you search. Only con is that that's all it does. For next steps I recommend giving percentages of daily value, because not all people know the significance of, say, 16mg of calcium. Ideally, people can put in their height, weight, gender, and age (and perhaps if they want to lose weight, stay the same, etc) and the daily values can be based on a more personalized recommended intake. That would really make this an even better app.
appreciate hide ads for free. I will give 5 stars if someone tells me how to.make the search to work.
I was looking for an APP that showed me how much sugar, sodium & cholesterol are in the food I eat. This APP does this & more. MyNetDiary, Easyfit & others apps hide these facts. There are some foods that are not listed, but most are.
It's perfect for finding all the nutritional facts you want; and if you are unsure of a vitamin, it can connect you to Wikipedia to learn more about it.
It would be much more helpful if the nutrition data were presented as % of recommended daily intake.
Looks good but cannot search by vitamin/mineral content. For instance, search for magnesium to see foods with magnesium, and then sort from high to low content.
Amazing !! App I have no.words to say how best is this app. I always tried to find the app like this type of app. Best app
Excellent app! Simple and to the point. Easy to use and very convenient. Helpful. Makes my job easier. Very straight foward. I love it. Thanks.
I need a chart for sodium in foods. A restaurant chart for sodium on prepared foods. I thank you for this chart
Im liking it just confused as to carb, by difference...does this mean that fiber was already removed from this total? Maybe having a basic help where I could find this info instead of asking on here.
I like the app pretty well, except that the search bar doesn't work for me, which means I have to take more time finding the food I'm looking for. That's my only complaint. It's pretty good.
It has all the really big name brands, but not the off brands. I also, could not find poptarts. At all.
I was trying to develop an app having exactly same features from USDA food database. And this app is perfect one.
Works offline, a load of micro and macro nutrients info available, custom weight feature supported. Thank you, Alexey!
