wish they had a larger selection of watch faces & more than just one zodiac sign,l. wish you could put as many as you want onto your phone. it only allows you to put one extra besides the presets. also wondering if the manufacturer of this app is the same manufacturer of the watch design in the first place. I've seen multiple companies with the same watch design I think it's a dropship design that different companies can put their name on. Kospet, Carbinox & Amazafit.
Highly disappointed. I am literally giving you 2 stars only for the limited watch faces, especially analog watch faces and in that also most of the them are bad. And also enable use of external analog or digital watch faces.
Watch was inaccurate in 98% of 'claims'... esp B/P and sleep. I returned it. The steps were off also... the only thing it did was a heads up a txt/ call was coming in and alarm- I HAVE A PHONE! It needs a better map for steps and accurate counts and drop all other claims!
I have had to uninstall app twice now. Watch wont connect to app, no weather notfiy, app gets stuck on connecting status instead of connected, etc. I've done all permissions as req for it to work correctly and nothing. Current issue I'm dealing w/ is not getting txt notifications & when I click notification access for messages (which is on & allowed) it says "Find Dafit then restart service". What the hell? PLEASE FIX THESE BUGS! Forced to use an app that doesn't work bc of the watch I have. 😒
little app.Very limited watch faces that are worth using. Raise to wake is relatively slow as compared to other smartwatches. Favourite contact feature is useless. If the app has access to all Contacts then why only a few contacts can be saved. We want all calls to be named as their contact details saved on the phone. moreover this App needs some more customisation options.
I have got 3 fireboltt watches but not able to use them at the same time because the app allows only one watch to be connected at a time. Unhappy with this. The app should support multiple divices either through profiling or any other way.
The app is good plus I like the watch as well. But how the hell can I charge the time and date. I can't find any settings on the watch or the app to change it to the correct time.
Just got my Kospet Tank M1 watch Monday. First thing I noticed once I start getting into the workout the heart beat sensor isn't accurate at all with the sweat. Step calculator works well pretty accurate. Not all the information gets transferred to Google Fit either. Da Fit is supposed to be compatible with Google Fit correct? So the health info collected from the watch should get transferred. So far I love the watch but it could be improved. Hopefully a new update will rectify most of these.
Overall is a good app. But I would say I can't find the water intake on the app. Also when I press the look for more training options, it's just a blank white page. Could really make the app a little more versatile with more options to measure.
Worst experience ever please fix it...team I purchased fireboltt mercury smartwatch 2 days back. First time when I downloaded the app it paired and connected easily but the next day onwards it's not at all connecting I tried all the stuffs like resetting my watch , reinstalling the app but no results. I think there's some big issue with the app please solve this , da fir team , hope you will fix it soon.
Does not accurately sense any of the metrics. Records the same readings every time. Same number of steps every day. Same blood pressure and heart rate every time. Same pulse-ox. Then if you try to connect to Google fit it wants access to everything on you phone. Nope.
Watch faces will NOT LOAD...The app gets stuck and you have to re install it all over again! Watch faces TOO childish and cartoonish, and not enough selection. UPDATE: The initial problem was fixed promptly. However, there is still not a large selection of watch faces that contain the battery meter. With over 100 faces, only a small few have that feature about 10%.
The watch is good n Basic. I like the blood pressure monitoring n other monitoring features. The app could be better by offering more exercise options like weightlifting or hit. Other than that it works well n syncs to my phone well. The battery last forever and if your looking for something that has a bunch of customization, super fancy, more on the smart watch/phone like Apple or Samsung this ain't it. It's a basic fitness tracker with more monitoring and longer battery life than most.
You get what you pay for. It was a cheap smartwatch so I guess that you shouldn't expect that much from it. I can't seem to get the notifications from my phone to the smartwatch, even after allowing access. It also can't play any any music or sound, it can only vibrate and control the music player on your phone. There are also only 2 games, I hope the devs will add more or add an app store for the watch. Also theater mode is useless, so please remove that and replace it with any *useful* app.
Decent app for my carbinox smartwatch needs it's my first smartwatch so not asking for much no issues so far. Not sure if it's loading properly but I'm not showing many watch faces hope add more soon. I also have a request I'm sure many could agree if you could add a on and off night theme feature because the white background hurt my eyes at night when checking my charts before bed. Thank you be safe!
I am very unhappy on this smartwatch because it won't display the pop notification but only vibrates and always use to click the side button to view the notification. Noise smartwatch is best when compared with this. Atleast after seeing my review let me see are they going to give fix on ther next update.
In the first two months, the watch is helpful in reading time, no. of steps made, alarm on calls or messages, BP readings (questionable results tho e.g. 140/83 is just normal as per ZLO2D watch but after a recent upgrade of Samsung, it no longer connects with my Samsung J7 cp.
Just setup the app yesterday. Was happy how easy it connected and started up. The unit must have disconnected and no data was obtained for my sleep or my bp. There is no calibration available to get a proper reading. This app could be good but as of now, not very helpful.
Problems started 2 months after I purchased this watch. Watch shows wrong time & I can't reset it to the correct time, also shows incorrect and inaccurate readings in blood pressure, oxygen, pulse, etc. I can't connect to blue tooth although I could when I first got the watch, can't reset it the only thing that works right is charging the watch. I would rate this watch as zero but the system won't let me do that either. Spent $48. plus for another piece of junk from amazon.
The first watch was a Limited Edition which I had to replace since it went dead the very first month and now the replaced model doesn't sync with the phone. There is no manual settings on the watch to set the correct time.
Needs improvement. The sleeping is counted from 10PM onward not actual sleep start time. Pulse is counted below average, BP way below for personal count. Good thing is it stays connected to the watch but it won't support text massages from other languages to be displayed in the watch. My father's watch do not get any massage to the watch I18.
Bluetooth keeps saying can't connect without a App and there's NO watch App. I can only adjust specific settings. You can't move anything around nor get rid of the ones you don't use. Can NOT add any apps to the watch like my altitude&maps.
Limited watch faces less than 70 not even 120+ very disappointing one. App UI is not that great .Wake up feature is slow like snail.i have one thing to say if you add more watch faces and change the app UI to look polish and smooth it be great one
I have k22 watch, which I almost perfect but, since one of the upgrades of the app I have had a problem with my smartwatch. I am unable to turn my wrist while riding to see the time. Is there a way that you can put that feature back on the app to enable this feature. I could possibly get into an accident taking my gas twist hand off of my bike to see the time. Please save us by re-adding this feature again. It was there when I bought the watch.
First the user interface is not that good . Second even after putting off the notification off still the incoming call is first connected to the watch speaker than i have to change it from watch speaker to my microphone that's really annoying i have to do it every time. Kindly fix this isse if there is someobe who is listening us.
Supporting app seems a little incomplete: You can only have one watch face downloaded at a time to select among the existing faces. You can't set it up so that several downloaded faces are available, it even has to download it again. Alarm has no option to play sound, it only vibrates. You can hold several days of data, such as footfall or sleep time, but the specific stats from previous days seems to be lost. Nice enough interface though.
Not able to pick or disconnect the call from smart watch. The notification stays for a second and disappear but getting the ring sound. Fire bolt ring pro smart watch. Raised ticket n immediately resolved saying to reset settings. Tried but it's of no use still issue is their.
Not being able to receive calls on my Fire- Boltt Ring Pro. The caller notification shows for a second and then vanishes without a trace of how to receive the call. Kindly take a look into this matter.
It is sort of great, but needs a bit of improvement on some of the features. I would like to see more watchfaces and maybe some editing to the font style and colors. I understand that I bought a cheap smartwatch, but would still like to see what the developers can bring to the table.
Just ok. I can't tell what watch faces are in the selection, only numbers. First day. Will update. So far so good. I love that I can personalize the watch face to pics on my phone. I can play music on my phone on my watch, but I wish it could be easier to switch from phone speakers to watch speakers. Still learning watch.
Awful app. Does NOT receive sms whatsoever. Hundreds watch faces? Yea sure if your obsession is Christmas. The download watch face page only fully loads once in 20 tries, if your lucky. Then it only lets you save one. So if you want to change it... good luck. Can't rearrange anything. The sleep tracking is pitiful. My watch records the entire night yet this app says I wake up at 3:30am every night. I could go on and on. Don't believe me, buy a "da fit" type watch... see for yourself.
The app okay but watch is horrible I paid 104 dollars got the carbinox titan watch it was on sale for 104 it is usually $200 and working fantastic for the first week and then it says it water proof to 260feet of water but I was swimming with the watch on for a whole week straight then it just started powering off on its own. and I was outside 80%it started buzzing and now it won't turn on.and when says fully charged but when I take off of the charger it goes dead right away do buy it is trash!!
Customisable watch faces are extremely limited. There is a bug where the time is positioned on the right side instead of the center. The fonts for time are also very limited, and the only ones available extremely ugly. Rating will chenge once additional customisation options are given.
The app is alright. Seems very generic. Not much ability to personalize anything. Timer settings start at a minimum of 10 minutes also there are only 3 slots to set alarms. Still can't get the watch to notify me of calls or text messages. Tried setting an alarm on the watch and it does nothing The watch faces are too cartoony and childish. But, I guess that's what you get when you buy a cheap smart watch. You get what you pay for, and sometimes less. RETURNING WATCH UNINSTALLING APP.
This app doesn't let you change very many settings for it or the watch. It's only in kilometers not miles & other types of measurements for the US. They don't even give you a battery percentage while charging. It's stupid. They should let you save multiple watch faces you find & as many as you want. Not only just 1 which replaces over a previous one. Why is there no sound for alarms on this watch? Not to mention you can't set your alarm no less than 3 minutes away, only 3 secs notification
Everything else works fine, except when I try to pair t48 it comes up telling me I need a app, but when I pair audio t48 it pairs just fine I've tried everything I could and nothing would work, why don't they give you better information when setting up a watch, the app doesn't even tell you how to set up and pair Other than that I like everything else. I really miss the way my fitbit charge worked, never had a problem,
The Notifications is limited. This app should be able to allow for the selection of all Notifications from all apps if desired. The only two applicable Notifications are phone and message. I have several apps I need to get Notifications from on this watch that are not even options. The first generation Samsung smart watch is more advanced than this. I'm probably going to have to send this watch back due to it's limitations. This is basic application functionality.
I love the look of my watch, but I'm finding that, that might be it. I get message notification sometimes and now when I download a watch face it doesn't work. I actually love the simplicity of my watch and this app...now only if things can stay consistent and work properly. Gonna give it a few more days and if nothing changes gonna send it back. Not sure if it's this app or the watch.
Started off fine, but now I have to reset every couple days cause the notifications don't vibrate and its very frustrating as I'm visually impaired and rely on the vibrate to let me know I have message/call ect, and also the blood pressure is way out for accuracy. Good but not Great!!!!
App needs work. It dont need a camera shutter option from the app, i can just use the phones camera, let me turn off the shutter from there like all the other options on that page. I'd like to be able to remove or turn off modes that i don't use instead of having to cycle through just to get to the function i use most. Setting functions are a joke, they so redundant theres like 3 pages of the same settings, different look.
Feels incomplete, watch faces need proper customizationand search, no find my phone feature on the watch it is for, no way to reorganize the apps. I mostly want to use it to control my music but it is the last of around 8 app screens and there is no shortcut. Music control should have taken the place of theater mode which is redundant.
Not bad at all, but had some annoying bugs, like sometimes it stops synchronizing with the watch. I've tried to contact the developers and they don't answer. I hope they will fix so that I can change my mind. It's also missing the possibility to edit data manually
Simple to use, but accuracy is sometimes doubtful. For example, trip to the loo in the night will often put an end to recording sleep, and putting the watch down while preparing for bed will be recorded as starting a sleep session. It's amazing that it can measure blood pressure at all, but the result is usually too low.
Mostly disappointed by the limitations of app and customisation available for the watch faces. There is no option to change the theme on how the watch looks and works. Maybe one of the worst apps i have ever used. I feel it's the app which is making the watch under rated. There is no way for anyone else to sneak in the watch and tweak it so that it could feel premium. I hope more updates are frequently delivered and options for customisation is made availableand lastly app feels outdated.
Works sometimes. Watch disconnects, dosent keep the right time, text and calls dont always come through. Seems like I always have to check the settings. Some features work, then it tells me for other features the phone and watch aren't connected. Worthless watch and app.
This is app does not allow the user to modify to them specifically. You can't select gender, for the smart watch I have it is defaulted to male. The sleep tracker doesn't start until mid night. You should be able to select the time of day you are going to bed, also it should register whether you have had a nap during the day. You could take this from an ok app to a great app if you make adjustments.
It does what its suppose to. I wish it would be compatible with Samsung Health, as Google Fit info and display has always been wonky. Also only the most basic info imports over to Google Fit, why is that? Everything else I have to manually imput if I want to use it. Maybe add a Dark Mode option. Its massively jarring bringing up the app when you're first waking up.
It works well for most things on my Carbinox watch, but I work shifts so I sleep at different times. As such it doesn't really record or monitor my sleep since it's non adjustable. It only records sleep from 8pm to 10am, it would be great to make sleep recording adjustable or maybe something passive.
It's been longtime now without any upgrade on UI. Watch faces are not adequate. Date format can't be changed to dd/mm format. It's availabe only in mm/dd format which in india we don't follow. Screen lock recommended with pin to safeguard the data and watch. Find my device is useless in current format, as it just lit the screen. Here we need high voulme sound so that we can turn around & see the location with the help of sound.
Facing an issue with the calls. The numbers are showing with 91 in the prefix and the calls are not getting connected saying that the number is not valid. Kindly get the update done and add a '+' sign before 91 so that we don't need to face the problem. And when we receive a call or we call someone from the phone then the speaker of my Ninja Watch should not sound.
App ok for what it is. Needs more personalization. Personal wallpaper on watch face is great to do but one needs to be able to manipulate type of font and where the time/date goes on the screen. Maybe a separate app full of watch faces or design your own. Also would be cool when you swipe left to be able to put those items in order according to ones own priority of use. Also maybe to toggle the ones off one doesn't use at all.
Can't save more than 1 watch face at a time..you get 5 watch face options to select from. As it turns out first 4 options are useless and you can't delete those, so you only have the room to play with the last one. As you download the new watch face the last one gets deleted. That's really disappointing.
This app is not at all useful and like a garbage, some features are not at all working, I just bought just corseca ray kanabis watch and installed this app to sync all the data with phone, but features inside others like drinking water reminder, sedantary reminder are not at all working, even it tracks sleep during night time only, during day it won't track it in device. A complete piece of trash ,very disappointing, smart watch is good but this app is not supportive.
DISAPPOINTING. -Notification apps supposed are so less, NO EMAIL or other useful apps supposed for notifications. -Music player does not even show what song you're playing, it's ridiculous! My fitband showed that n this smartwatch with this app doesn't! -very verrryyyy limited options. I hope the team adds these missing features.
Devs please make the weather auto locate so that we don't have to constantly change the location during travel. It would be better if the drink water reminder actually worked. I have mine set to start at 8 AM CST. The frequency set to 10 which I assume is how many times it tells me to drink water and the interval at 1.5 hours. I get reminded maybe once or not at all. Type of watch is a K22 smartwatch.
Returning after one day watch does not pair with Bluetooth also cannot find device. does not play music from watch. it's basically just a step counter. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as they keep telling you to do but it doesn't work. I tried to turn the phone off and back on and the watch back off and back on as they tell you to do but that didn't work either. So I'm returning after owning g this one day.
If there's an option to receive Facebook Messenger notifications, I'd raise my rating. I can receive Facebook notifications and regular messages...just not from Messenger. Otherwise I like the look. And there's plenty of faces that show the battery life and others to download as well. Yes, weather is working now. JUST NO FB MESSENGER NOTIFICATIONS! One of the only reasons I got it.
Can't even change the background to my choice of background it only changes the position and time and date and color. Never downloads the image. *update* got the image to download after resetting and downloading 4x don't know if it's the watch or system failing but once things are polished I'll update the review from 3 stars when it was 1 star at first.
After having this watch, and the app associated with it, it is merely "average". I've never owned a smartwatch device. This provides basic health data; HR, BP (a joke), step counter (a joke), fitness/running timer, and sleep tracker. The BP feature is hugely inaccurate. The step counter doesn't count steps, it counts your arm's movements. The sleep tracker is mediocre at best. I woke up last night to use the bathroom, and went back to sleep. I fell asleep until 9am. The app shows 3am only.
The app was good overall, however there is are two suggestions and a bug I wanted to report firstly, the shutter doesn't work on my A50, which is an issue that seems to have been reported earlier, secondly, I would also like to see alarms ring on the mobile device itself instead of the watch just vibrating and lastly I would like to see a feature to be able to change the alarm time from the clock.
Very limited and surprised to see it's the same app that works with my Space crafter watch that failed about a month after I bought it. All I did was accidentally wear it in the shower. Immediately upon being splashed on, not submersed it failed 2 days later it was operational again but several weeks later not failed completely. They only have a 2 WEEK WARANTY. WATCHES From Wish are as good or better than this high dollar Chinese made junk with a terrible app. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Watch faces are too limited in the app, further watch faces are not being downloaded. I'm trying a lot since I've started using the app but I'm not able to download watch face. It's continuously showing downloading but no progress is shown regarding downloading of watch faces. Even I'm not able to get back from the downloading page. It's really annoying to see this. This is creating headache to me. Please update the app as soon as possible. It's creating disturbance and destroying the excitement
One of the worst apps I've used. a. Recorded workout disappears from log after showing up on the device for a whole day No tabulated view of excercise data, the visuals need to be better b. Or workout doesn't get recorded at all c. Steps data changes. It's 10.1k at the end of the day, but the next morning replaced by random steps data. Sometimes a few days' data gets erased! d. Doesn't connect with Google fit Oh, and Looks like the watch faces are made for kids
We cannot save more than 6 watch faces in the list, and from that the first 5 are of your choice only. Atleast option for keeping 10 watch faces should be available. If you cannot do that then you should allow us to replace the saved watch faces on the app. When I am downloading new face it just replace the one which is stored or downloaded recently. I mean the first 5 faces are non replaceable which are not at all good in looks. You guys want us to keep those coz you like them.
Can't use smart watch features without app open and location services enabled. Lowest brightness setting is not low enough for battery saving. Watch doesn't show up in list of connected bluetooth devices. Extremely limited selection of watch faces. If this wasn't a gift, I would want my money back. Terrible product and app.
Was Good, until update. Now it doesn't work right. I walk 6 to 10 miles a day at work, it is now only showing 2 miles at most. The notifications are spotty and call function as well. I wish it showed how many miles in a week. Oh it's been just showing steps, not miles. I have to use it do to my watch but not to happy with this.
The app could be much better. - No option of snoozing the alarm and of alarm repetitions if I did not hear it. Setting only 3 alarms simultaneously possible. - No option of watch's applications customisation: I would like to remove/hide some of them from my watch as I don't use them and the screen is so sensitive that sometimes they got switched on unintentionally. - Forcing internet connection when syncing to watch. What for? Unnecessary.
Everything works well for me just as it should. Some functions aren't 100% accurate but pretty close. My only complaint would be it would be nice to close the app without uninstalling it. For me once the process started there's no way to exit even when I go in settings and apps and tell it to force close it still won't close. Other than that everything functions decent.
The basic functions work, but I bought the watch for the compass which took a long time to calibrate but now it is callibrated it really does not show the right directions. I would like to see if a recalibration works, although I doubt it. And it is too bed there are only 3 options for watch faces although the one you van choose your own photo is really great
At first everything worked very well. Then it would not connect even though Bluetooth said it was on. That got fixed yesterday. It is not keeping history of sleep pattern which is what I need most. I Uninstalled then reinstalled. It is not saving my history to watch or dafit phone app. I'm hoping this is a glitch being worked on as I really liked the app when everything was working. The watch is new and dafit is what the instructions said to use.
Very limited watch faces that are worth using. Raise to wake is relatively slow as compared to other smartwatches. Favourite contact feature is useless. If the app has access to all Contacts then why only a few contacts can be saved. We want all calls to be named as their contact details saved on the phone. moreover this App needs some more customisation options.
Had this smart watch about 4 months. It is good to track steps for the day. Rating sleep is fairly good. It sometimes does not record going to sleep accurately but wake up time is quite accurate. BP is not accurate. Pulse is close. Keeps good time, and as long as you open the app on your phone and check charge % then you get the right temp.
On the whole a nice app, but certainly can't access loads of downloadable faces. There are some, but not hundreds. Also, the date format is YYYY-MM-DD and can't find a way to change it to UK format DD-MM-YYYY. Don't see how emails can be shown, unless they're covered by the "others" in notification settings. So far, can't get the shutter button on LIGE smartwatch NK-09 to take a picture. Using Samsung A50. No response from developer.
One feature I have frequently used so far is the alarm and I have a suggestion regarding that. It would be really helpful if the developers decide to increase the number of alarms we can set at once. Being able to set only 3 at once is quite inconvenient. Can't set all my alarms at once and updating the 3 alarm slots every now and then is tiring.
App is ok it needs some work. Being able to update features is a must. It needs to be better organized. I feel like you could do more with it.. there are definitely some things that you need to debug. I'm running on android and sometimes the messenger don't come thru and I'd love the ability to quick reply on my watch.
The basic functions work well however the excersize options are limited to sports that I'm not involved in with no ability to change them like with fit bit or apple watches. And while I can read my messages I'm unable to reply to them from my watch which is a bit annoying. However I like being able to answer my phone calls and talk via my watch, and the outdoor "running" function is nice for when we trail ride. The GPS allows me to track our routines and record how many miles we ride.
I like the app. Easy to use and quickly updates my watch with changes. I wish there was an option to edit the period/ ovulation tracker. Having the notifications last longer on the screen would be great too. I can't always look at my watch face in those quick three vibrates.
Watch faces ....... I would really ... really .... really like to have access to some nice watch faces. Some of these are outright "zero effort" products, and that's fine man. Maybe some people dig that. I got this watch after developing some heart issues. It's great to be able to see my heart rate and some approximation of my blood pressure and o2 levels. Doesn't have to be scientifically exact. I take some comfort in being able to see if I'm trending toward having a problem. But these faces.
I too was having problem connecting to the weather but that is now fixed. The last 2 days watch will not connect to my phone to answer calls. Has worked fine for months but all of a sudden just will not pair to phone. Has there been an update since March? Everything works fine except pairing the watch to my phone or any other Bluetooth device. I love my watch and this app has been great. I hope it is a glitch in the app and can be fixed.
App is garbage. Watch connects to Bluetooth with phone and audio but app won't find device so it's just an inaccurate step counter. The time and date are wrong because it doesn't connect to the app. I've Uninstalled and re-installed the app like 6 times and nothing. Really pissed. I got it because I wanted a smart watch for calls and the time but it's kind of pointless if it doesn't tell the time. What a joke!
Two updates since my original review and still no new quality watch faces. How about the one used for the app thumbnail? A nice chronograph face like the one on the Amazon listing? The newest update fixed the problem with the weather data now displaying again, but the touch screen is very intermittent. Need to touch and swipe multiple times before it functions. The app is OK, but the lack of high quality, elegant looking watch faces is disappointing. Please add better faces
I got this watch because it has more features than my previous fit bit 3. Everything seems to be working good so far, I've had it for 2 weeks now. The only tracker I question is the sleep tracker. It's always off by 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Not sure if it needs an upgrade. Would be nice to manually change the time when you sleep.
Everybody keeps complaining about how the steps, Blood pressure, and oxygen are "questionable" and give it 1 star based on "it could be wrong." So far with me it's been a great device. No complaints. There are tons of watch faces including custom ones to choose from. It does tons of stuff for a $50 watch. The app does a great job tracking it all. All in all its a great device with a great app. The weather is hit or miss sometimes but for the most part it's on.
Will not sync the weather no matter what I do. Does everything else though. The weather screen is blank on the smartwatch. Says to check bluetooth connection yet says it's connected. Update: I figured out why the weather wasn't working. Apparently, bluetooth, GPS and mobile data all have to be enabled for it to work. Still waiting for that particular watch face on the advertisement which sold me on buying the watch. Otherwise, great quality, creativity and craftsmanship. 👍
Watch or app I'm not sure. But there is a selection on my watch to get message notifications but it doesn't get them. There's also a 'Find Device' option but it doesn't work either. The app either isn't actually made for this watch and the company just stuck it on there or i don't know. It's really and truly irritating to SEE the option and not be able to use the option!
When it worked, it worked okay but it doesn't work most of the time. It doesn't autotrack anything and the blood pressure numbers are questionable. Also there's no way to export records that I could find. Additionally, T-Mobile recently forced an "upgrade" to their OneUI interface and it has completely f%$!ed everything up. The app won't even connect to the watch now. Not sure if this is the app's fault or if the forced "upgrade" is to blame. Either way the watch is completely useless right now.
Works well. But wish it would show hours above sleep pattern as well as rim, deep, light and awake times as my Fitbit app did it. Still haven't found a way to edit bed time.. At times it starts at midnight instead of the actual time. 2/21/22. Last week I notified dafit having problems keeping weather app on ph. Told me to delete & reinstall app as it's updated. Did so,still problems. Every few days or so, have to delete/reinstall app to keep wx on my phone. Annoying to say the least.
Bluetooth connection with the watch is not good. The weather does not get pushed to the watch. It will show the weather maybe once all day but most of the day it just shows dashes. I've tried everything. Update 2/20/2022:. Weather has been working fine for the past 48 hours. Thanks for the fix!
K27 watch... unreliable at best. Before 2/11 update, weather didn't work at all, now it works intermittently. Notifications work intermittently, most of the time, calls and text never show on the watch. I will say the vitals and sleep monitor seem to work well for the most part. All in all, not to bad for the $, just annoying how several features only work half the time or less
My wife purchased a LIGE smartwarch for me for Christmas that uses this Da Fit app. I had to exchange the watch after a month to rectify issue of stopping tracking steps when downloading any watch faces that are not the 3 included in the app. After getting a replacement that seems to be rectified. The app does integrate with Google Fit, but only sync steps only. Sleep tracker isn't accurate at all but I compared the pulse with my fitbit and blood pressure & 02 with a dr visit and both are close.
For the price the watch is nice! The steps are on point. However the weather isn't working and the menstruation cycke notifications arent working. Thats why I gave it 3 stars. ** Heads up** If your watch dies fast you need to shut off Auto wake. It will last a week or more if you shut that off. You just have to tap it to see the face. Also, deny access to photos. If you don't every time you move your wrist it will snap a picture. Please fix the 2 things I mentioned and I will revise my review!
Sets up quickly. It would be nice if it would sync with Samsung's native Fit program. Google program is kind of a pain. DaFit seems to be a stand alone and won't integrate with my phone as well as I'd like. Most recent update- weather stopped working on the watch. 😞
I really like the Watch! Unfortunately the app doesn't always keep my info updated! It doesn't keep your blood pressure and oxygen levels recorded. Also it won't let me add or save my contact info too the watch! This way I could just place a call!! It doesn't even show the weather info! 🙄 I really like the Watch! It's too bad the App can't match how good the watch is! 😥
Needs improvement in several areas! As most people have mentioned, things like BP are not automatic. It would be nice to set a time of day or something. The app isn't the easiest to setup but that's fine (learning curve for me.) The thing that drives me to rate this so low is not being able to load contacts into the phone. It has the feature to load contacts, so I expect it to work! I've been all through the permissions and setting but it still doesn't work. Bug fix!
Well, thought it was suppose to monitor sleep automatically, it DOES NOT, evidently, you have to turn that on and odd each day. thought it was also suppose to do your blood pressure and pulse ox hourly, it does not. Maybe I misread it. love how long the battery last, its easy to set up and also to take, bp, pulse and pulse ox.
I'm giving it 5 stars for now b/c it's doing what it needs to do with no problems. I did have 'other' turned on but it kept stating 'false' underneath 'other'. It would buzz all day and night draining the battery. I learned that I should have it turned off which I did and no more buzzing! I heard other smartwatch app updates have caused their watch to crash. I hope that won't happen to my watch.
This app is awful! The only good thing is the variety of watch home screen thing. But other than that it defeats the entire purpose of the having a tracker. It doesn't show you the total burned calories of the week or month. The water reminder goes off at random times and for me personally the oxegyn and steps weren't accurate. The app was a bring reason why I stopped using the watch
The first time I downloaded this app and connected my K22 watch everything worked except showing all of the contacts I selected. I powered my watch off and then back on. Now the phone option will not connect and work on the watch. There used to be two Bluetooth connections showing for the watch in the phone settings. There's only one now. I've tried multiple things to get the phone option working. The watch connects partially to my phone but the phone option doesn't work.
I liked the Carbinox watch based on the ads, found that there are other brands selling this same exact watch. The app is less than stellar. The watch faces look like clip art from the early 2000's that are marketed to grade school aged children. I do like that I can use my own artwork for a watch face. Really wish there were better looking watch faces. I can live with the limited functionality of the watch itself, the deal breaker is the silly watch faces. Wish I could use another app.
I can't give this watch a five star rating because there are several things that need to be addressed and fixed. First thing is taking the links off to adjust the wristband. The tool is good but make sure you take the pin out the right way or it will get stuck. The second issue is with uploading your 8 contacts to the app. Once you've finish uploading the information, it got stuck trying to upload. It would not get off the Favorite Contact page. It's a glitch! Please fix asap!
Really good app design! Love the fun icons. Love that there aren't any annoying ads! However, the English in this app needs to be improved, some of the language doesn't make sense. Everything worked seamless my other than the language, it auto connected and mostly works fine. (I have been running into some problems with the contacts menu; my contacts dissapear even after uploading. Thank you for reading!
I love this watch, I was sceptical at first since it was so cheap but I'm very pleased with it. I've had it for 7 months now and haven't had any problems at all. If I have any criticism it would be that u can only read texts, u cant text back, and also there is no calculator on it. Nothing too important, just would be a nice add on!
Da Fit is pretty user friendly and works well. The thing that drives me crazy about it is the weather always reverts to Celsius no matter how many times you change it to Fahrenheit. Other than that it is ok. Wish the developers would fix that bug. I have the android version, so I don't know if this is an issue with ios.
App covers the bare minimum, but there is no integration into any other kind of wellness or fitness programs. Notifications are not reliable, even though the app is not allowed to be put to sleep in Android settings. The final straw that made me write this review is that the button on my watch (SN80) recently stopped working, and the motion to turn the watch on has been getting worse. The combination has rendered the device almost entirely useless, when it already only covered the bare minimum.
The app often resets. It will switch between 12 and 24 hours, inaccurately count steps or lose them, gets stuck and causes me to believe the product isn't good. Now, I'm not sure if some of this is attributed to the watch itself or just the app. It has not been a good experience either way.
I have had the watch several weeks and have enjoyed using it. This week it has stopped connecting to my phone and I have reset the watch and my phone, and also reinstalled the app. It doesn't ever show that it is available to connect. I am not sure why this has happened, and I have tried for several days fo reconnect the watch. It was showing connected to C16 before this happened, but now says there are no nearby devices and the bluetooth icon on the watch isn't blue. Any help is appreciated.
I can measure my heart rate during exercise and see it's up to aerobic or anaerobic, but later that elevated rate isn't reflected in the continuous heart rate monitor. I'd also like the option to rearrange the functions on the watch so I don't have to scroll as far to get to things I use more frequently. The stopwatch for instance is buried! But overall, this is my first smart watch and I'm learning a lot through use of this app.
I bought the watch from Carbinox hoping and believing it might be a little better than it is. But frankly this app is so basic and uninclusive. For instance you can't even view any messages on your watch if they fall under the "other" category. And the watch is such cheap quality I could have gotten the same 2 from Wish app for maybe 1/10th the cost. I will be seeking a refund. Cannot even say how disappointed I am.
I've had th app for about a week and I can say so far the app is super useful and allows you to do quite a bit. The only reason I give it a 1 star mainly because I cannot get it to connect to my Google fit. It gives me a "Network Connection Failed." I would love that feature to work asap. Aside from that issue, things work great. I would love more face options but still a good decent app.
I was able to download the app on the computer but every time it says turning on Bluetooth it stopped there. I waited for longer than 24 hours and still nothing. I know its not exactly compatibly with a computer but I don't have anything to sync it with. Please fix this bug and I'm worried it might do the same thing with a phone if I download it. Until its fixed I rate it as a 1.
App SUCKS Doesn't sync with other tracker Apps or Google fit. Weather disappears from watch . You can't answer phone calls from watch. If you try to answer phone it hangs up on the caller. Can't respond to text messages from phone. It basically notifies you of calls and text messages. Sleep mode only track sleep at night. It's always on Waiting to connect to SnartDevice Link mode. App developers need to update materials to more modern times. It also doesn't have a calendar mode either.
I got this watch mainly as a watch and for calendar notifications- which were advertised as possible. Unfortunately there are only a few set apps you can turn notifications on and off for - texts and social media - and everything else is in a catch all "other" so if I want calendar notifications I need to get a the random background notifications my phone does too. Super annoying that I can't pick apps.
Health tracking features work great, however, notifications are extremely frustrating... There is a list of only a handful of apps for customization which, surprisingly, do not contain email!! So you have to turn on the ALL notification button which leads to a constant flood of vibrations. It is really annoying. I like the watch and the health features but it is going back unless this is fixed. Giving 2 stars for design, price, and health tracking which I have not checked it's accuracy
The app needs a lot of work. For example, it is set up for people who sleep at night. I work nights and sleep during the day. So the sleep tracker won't work for me. When a simple fix of adding a time setting for it so each person set thier sleep time. Also only being able to download one face file at a time. Add more spot so people can download multiple face files. Then there's the notification, sometimes you get all of your notification and other times you don't. I'm disappointed with the app.
I'm able to upload the app and have connected it to my phone. But at this point when I pull the app up to update the time and so forth all I get is the app screen I can see underneath that page there is another page that says update on device etc but it won't let me go there It's like the app continues to get stuck. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and so right now I've got to watch that is basically less useful than a paperweight
App malfunctioning. The app keeps looping back to the very same error screen stating "phone state permission is needed to get the phone state....on the device". Despite hitting allow and allowing the permissions, and despite restarting several times, it keeps coming back to this screen only. Will be returning the "Smart watch".
The app is pretty, but needs a lot of work. Notifications only work with a handful of messaging apps. You have an option for "Other", but that opens the floodgates for every ongoing notification to bombard you every second with unwanted notifications. It's all or nothing. It needs to be able to turn on and off all of my apps. Only 3 alarms? That's it? No way to add more? Google Fit support was added but fails to connect every time. This needs to be fixed. I accidentally deleted all my data.
The app says you can add more training, but there is no training listed in the app. It should sync with phone contacts not just allow 8. I added the 8, but they won't show up on watch. Steps start at 4000. I want to start with 1000. Please change for us older people and those recovering from medical issues. Why isn't Messenger a part of notifications? Reminders only allow to set from 1000 to 2200 hours. 2200 hrs is too late. Let user set their own time. Looks like I'll be returning watch.
I have 2 watches that use the da fit app and can't connect to bluetooth, the watches are charged, but can't use notifications, weather, fitness or change the face feature. I'm so frustrated with the app. 4-12-21 I'm still having problem with the Bluetooth connection, it's a shame, because I love my watch. I'm looking for a new smartwatch.
My wife and I got the watches for Christmas, from the kids. It took me several months to get them started so that they worked right. It took several months of down loading the program to finally get it to work correctly. Now they are working great. all the items on the watch work great. We check them out with out other older tools for blood pressure and oxygen and pulse they come close enough to each other. find the to be very useful.
At first I was impressed but after a week some of the features just stopped working correctly. The weather shows no data , messages show the artists name I have in music. The sleep shows me asleep hours before I even go to bed. The BP shows way lower than the actual BP monitor that I use. The steps double when I walk from one side of the room. Music will still turn on phone and I don't use the camera so I can't rate it. I very disappointed in the way it is working at this point .
They really ought to allow users to choose what screens to display, and give the option to leave certain features off the rotation. I'm never going to check my BP with a smart watch, for example, so it'd be great if I didn't have to click past that screen all the time. It'd also be helpful if you could rearrange the screen order, like set my weather to show first, then heart rate, whatever. I ended up with this after other watches proved unreliable, but it could use better features.
I love the watch. I had one all set up through my phone and it was working great. Then one day it just went black and started flashing. So I ordered another. I tried to link it to my existing app but it was a no-go. Next I deleted the app and downloaded the app again. Still no-go. I guess I'm stuck with a health watch that reads my vitals but I can't set the time since it won't sync with any of my devices, android or PC. HELP...PLEASE UPDATE: new identical phone will not BluTooth link.
This smartwatch and the app that comes with it, are amazing. You get new watch faces quite often, this also checks your blood pressure, heart rate, continuous heart rate, sleep, exercise, etc. The app is super easy to use. I suggest you get the smartwatch because it also receives and makes phone calls on is waterproof to a point. The app works great, thank you.
The app isn't a 100% . Some of the counting is off . But it's pretty close and gives you a good idea about your readings. What smart anything like (phones, tablets and watchs ) work a 100%..... Anyways the weather wasn't working . I sent an email and 2 days later it was fixed ! Thank you ! I do wish we could edit the watch faces info or have the option to put our own pictures as the home screen and have what readings we like most on the front. Example, I like to see time/date with a cool pic.
I have enjoyed using this watch for the past 3 months but now it doesn't show the weather. Screen says no data. This has happened several times lately but now it is a constant problem. I have restarted, powered off and reset this watch as well as turned the bluetooth off but that error continues to be on the screen.
I did love this app but now the time i fall asleep is an hour off and doesn't accurately recordy sleep which is the main reason I bought the watch. Is there any way you can include a time zone choice? Also, the choices for notifications could use more options. I don't recognize many messaging options that are listed to be able to see texts. I love my watch but will buy a different one for a more user friendly interface with the soon maybe a fitbit?
It doesn't register when I'm sleeping so for that part its totally useless and for everything else you have to tell it to record things like heart rate and blood pressure and oxygen levels in blood. Its winter so I haven't tried it in the water yet I got it because it advertised you could swim with it on. But I've washed my hands plenty of times and it's still working. Maybe in the next update the Developers could add an option in the app for people to tell the app they're going to sleep.
I've been using this app for about a week. The only issue I have is that text notifications from any android phone will not come through to watch. I get text notifications from people who have iphones, I get mail notifications, I get a notification when I'm connected to my car, etc. Just can't get text notifications from other android phones. My husband and son have androids so thats the most important notifications I want. All my settings are set correctly.
I've been using this watch a little over 3 months. So far it's been great. I mainly use it just to tell time, and for the sleep tracker; although the other options work well too. The only issue I've had is when the watch's battery level completely drained, I had to reinstall the app to get it to connect to my phone. A minor inconvenience.
Not great. Compared to similar apps it comes up lacking. Unable to sync to Google Fit (or any similar fitness tracker) is a bummer. Badminton and skipping? There are six choices but without common exercise like yoga or dance it's not nearly as useful. I hope this improves. The sleep tracker doesn't work properly. I'm obviously not the only one but no replies from developer. 🤔
The app seemed to install on our Pixel 2 and Pixel 3 phones, but when we hit the "open" button, nothing happens. Bluetooth is on and paired with the watch. But that is as far as it goes. We've turned the phones off and on, re-paired with the watch, and still nothing. Both phones have latest version of Android. The software just doesn't work.
App works great, immediately connected to my watch (Bits wolf). No problems with communication with my phone. Seems that the software doesn't reliably push notifications, concerning txts and phone calls. Update, turned on other updates, now it's still hit or miss on txt and phone calls. Though right now the phone is updating apps and I'm getting notifications on each update. Very inconsistent. Minus another star.
This is an okay app for tracking steps, but the other functions tend to be highly inaccurate and flawed. For example, the "sleep tracking" function always pegs my go to sleep time as 8 pm. This is totally wrong - most of the time, I go to sleep much later. Even when I am doing housework at 8 pm, the tracker shows "light sleep" at that time! The "training" module will not go off when the "finish" button is tapped. This is annoying and again, for those of us who are trying to track our activity it skews the data. It does not track activity when I work out on an elliptical machine and there is no setting that works for this particular activity. I am unimpressed that there isn't a cumulative total shown for the week and month for steps. There is a graph showing activity over time, but there are no numbers associated other than MET minutes. BP and heart rate are off by at least 10 points in either direction. Clearly, for anyone who is concerned with these measures this isn't a good device for monitoring either. I've indexed it against the measures taken in my MD's office. Overall, this isn't the smartest "smart wearable" on the market, but you get what you pay for.
So much potential, but some flaws and the watches need work. The sleep timer keeps turning off between 8-9 am despite the fact I go to bed around 3-4 and get up later. The continuous HR monitoring needs work too. The app is really clean and nice though. The sleep graph is the nicest I have seen, but the HR needs work. I really wish the phones that use it were better, they seem to be highly inaccurate. Being able to use other phones would be nice too.
I purchased this to help keep track of my pressure. The readings are always wrong. Based on these readings my pressure is normal and that is not the case. Also, can't figure out how to change the time from AM. Can't change pounds and inches from cm and kg in the app. On the watch can't change back light to stay on longer than 5 seconds. Can't delete messages. Music plays what it wants to play from your Playlist. This needs to be customize to our preference. 🤷♀️
Really need more settings to make the watch more reliable for me. You can either lock the watch so that nothing shows unless you push the button, or it is full open (shows anything and open to touch screen). Would be a huge improvement for me if i could lock the touch screen unless i push the side button, but still show the watch face. Also need longer vibration alert as my TD09 watch has a very low vibration level and easy to miss notifications.
I can not get it to register device to pair, no matter what I do. I've let it die. Uninstalled, cleared cache & data, forced stopped. You name it ive tried it. I've reached out to support, in hopes for a remedy b4 throwing in the trash, with no response as of yet! Constant error of, can not find bracelet, touch screen to rescan. I've messed with it for over a wk now. Tried several devices, it does the same thing.
The watch is always showing the wrong time, it keeps turning on when I'm not even moving it, and whenever I try to power it off or reset it, the screen freezes. Please fix this, it's really annoying especially when I have school and can't access my phone for the time, and it distracts the people around me with the turning on.
I really like the simple smart watch this app interfaces with. The app previously asked for way too many permissions and didn't work without them, but after I left a review starting this, it was fixed and appears to be full featured again. I wish you could configure which menus you see on the watch. I mostly use it to see notifications without having to take out my phone, so being able to turn off the BP, blood oxy, and other pages and just see a better notifications display would be much better.
Had my watch since January and everything has been great but the last couple days when I do "walking" Training function, I walk for an hour and a half every day, and on my app the last couple days it's saying all the right info and my average heartrate and everything but on the bottom where it shows the little bar graph at the bottom under the stats, it's not showing it for the entire hour and a half, it's only showing the minutes over the hour, nor 1 hr 28 min, just the 28 mins!! I'm sad!!
Been using for a few weeks . Very disappointed, would have liked to be able to have more watch face options . As I'm in nursing school anf need an analog watch I very much would have enjoyed having that option. It disconnected for almost 2 weeks no matter what I did resetting. The watch the app or my phone couldn't get them back together till today. So i lost alot of data
App is just OK. There are several grammatical errors on the app, which isn't a big deal for some, but drives me nuts because I'm a stickler about grammar. Also, the app doesn't always let you change the watch face. It gets extremely frustrating when you try to customize the watch face, but the app is hit or miss when it will work properly. Definitely needs some major upgrading and bug fixes before this app will receive a 5 star score.
This watch doesn't have the most user-friendly interface. There are three options to selecting an actual clock face yet it randomly changes it to not the one that I selected. also the sleep data doesn't always sync to the app and requires a reboot of my phone. it gets jostled easily if it's on my leg it will show me old text messages or go to settings and I can't get out of it it's kind of a pain in the ass. and the step counter is way off. Does not sync with the pedometer on my phone.
I already left a review on wish about the watch itself. The app is great with very little problems, for someone who is legally blind it is a problem. 1. It would be nice ro change background from white. 2. The step section, the turquoise color makes it almost impossible to read anything. 3. Would love more watch faces specially analog styles (with a black background) 4. Sleep is collecting data during the day as if you are sleeping when are not sleeping
One week in it seems to work okay. The sleep data is pretty close as to fall asleep and wake up times. The sleep pattern varies from night to night, so presumably it's is recording actual data. It would be interesting if the sleep data was broken down more in depth. So far the only fault is with the step counter. With the same 30" step set as on my phone, I was getting 50% more steps with the watch and almost 3x the distance. With the stride length on the phone dialed back 12", I get only about 10% more steps on the watch, but still 3x the distance as on my phone. Messaging/ notifications work, but a waste of battery, as they will inevitably lead me to picking up my phone anyway. The other features seem to work, although I don't use them other than to verify that they worked.
Just got mine delivered yeaterday. Today it has been fully charged and I have synced the app to my phone. So far it seems much easier to use than other smart watches I've seen! I love the color, the band is so soft, smooth and so comfortable to wear, so far. At this time (24hrs in)My only complants would be the length of time it took to arrive, which under the worlds circumstances, I'll give it a pass. The other thing (so far) My Profile area only allows for Kg and cm for hight&stride 500reache
Very unhappy with this app and device. Cannot keep the app synced to my watch. Seems to be a battle once a week to get it to work. The app is always running on my phone draining battery but not tracking anything. The workout selection on training mode is meager at best. There are few to chose from and dont really reflect different classes I take when I'm able to go to the gym. Do not recommend.
The "Da Fit" App works very well on my Samsung S10e. There is only one problem that is a little frustrating. The Distance traveled in miles is way off, it indicates more than double the actual milage. The Step Length adjustment in the app has no affect in the milage reading. Setting the Height adjustment in the app to the minimum value of 3ft brings the milage reading down to 0.3 miles higher than actual per mile traveled. This appears to be a software programming mistake. The calculated milage seems to be linked to the Height adjustment instead of the Step Length adjustment. Overall, I still like this App and would recommend it.
Hi all. Make sure you have all "notification access" on your phone turned ON for this app. Also, you might try turning "Battery Optimization", or similar OFF for this specific app. This stops your phone from trying to "kill" the app, which, during the night hours (might?) help it keep running, etc. Fitbit devices ask for these things, (as well as unlimited data) so the app/device remain constantly connected. Try restarting Bluetooth/reconnect device also.
So far I was a bit disappointed in the alarm feature. Had watch for week and finally worked yesterday. No snooze feature though. Impressed with the camera link. Not bad. No timer, just stop watch. Train mode just running, I'm a huge walker. Battery life. So far well over a week..but I dont keep it tethered with bluetooth. Does retrieve texts. And 1st time in shower, was skeptical, so far so good.
Large face, easily seen. The touch isn't very sensitive, I have to swipe several times (every time!) just to get it to register I did anything, The app connection isn't great, it won't register my sleep basically at all and if it does it's completely wrong. It also regularly resets my preferences, ie turning off my alarms or turning off the continuous heart rate monitoring. Contacted support, no response.
Over all it is a great app. It has been pretty accurate for me. A couple of suggestions - more watch faces would be nice. It would be nice to see more business styles. Also, expand the watch faces some are to small to see. Also would be nice to have it synced to a sports app like Espn, scorecard as examples. Would be nice to see more than 3 messages, also when the phone is charging it takes the slot of the three messages so no messages are seen. I will rate hire once some of options are added.
Ok so I have installed uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times. I love all the watches however they are useless if the app doesn't function properly. There are several issues that need adjusting starting with the connection. Once you connect the device it automatically disconnects and says connecting alllllll day. I am very disappointed in this app.
The app works well. At first wasn't showing anything then I closed the app from running in the background and reopened it and it showed all the data from watch. I went into settings and turned off battery optimization for this app which maybe putting it into a hibernation and not updating with the watch. I'll check to see if that has changed anything and then update my review.
The watch itself is very nice. Looks nice and fits well. App pairs very easily and is feature-rich. However, the step count is VERY inaccurate. For instance, in early morning it indicated I had already taken 2,988 steps - this simply isn't possible before leaving my home. I've tried adjusting step length yet this appears to have no affect. This makes me question the accuracy of all other info such as heart rate and blood pressure. Great watch, but would not trust for fitness tracking.
The app is good. Wish I could had selected LBS instead of KG & height in FT & IN instead of CM. The watch I bought & returned was good, but was way under or way over on steps or didn't count steps at all. The heart rate was pretty accurate. The blood oxygen seemed pretty accurate as well. The watch tracked sleep one night, but nothing the next night. I'm sure that was a fault in the watch & not the app. Watch blood pressure readings are always a guess. You need pressure to get a real reading.
I don't like being manipulated into having to use the app because my the band will not work with my phone via a bluetooth connection. Then, once I download the app, I'm manipulated some more into allowing access to my camera which why do you need if the band and phone doesn't work together and I can't see pictures on the band!! Access to my storage... why??? There is nothing of yours there!! Access to my contacts? Again... why? And without allowing these, you can call the band USELESS!!
The app seems to be very helpful. well layed out. Well featuured. Nice looking. Easy to use. Plenty of options. I love the charts and the many watch faces. And I especially like being able to use and picture as a watch face. I had to edit my review. I like the app for the most part but there several big issues. For one it's constantly falling off bluetooth. And the step count is ridiculously wrong. The mileage when I walk shows over twice the length it should be. These items really need fixed.
The pedometer is way off and it doesn't map your runs very well. But it holds a charge for a while and the app is easy to use. The water proof is a bonus and it had good Bluetooth connection for notifications. 1/28/2020 And now my watch won't connect to my phone. The Bluetooth seems to be broken. The watch also switches to military time and I can't change it. I've tried to reset it and reinstall the app on my phone but nothing works.
The app is quite alright and seems to do a good job so far. I've had the smart watch for a week. One bothersome issue is that I keep getting WhatsApp notifications on the watch very frequently simply with the message "WhatsApp Web is currently active" or "checking for new messages". This messages should be filtered out so I get notified only of actual messages. Could this be fixed? Thanks.
When I purchased the watch I was very excited. Now that I've had it less than a year, I'm having issues with the time being off about 3 hours, it reset it's self. I'm a little frustrated. I'm not wearing it much. Hard to power off, I've to uninstall the app then reinstall to get the correct time back. It works something time.
It keeps resetting itself and doesn't keep anywhere near accurate records of steps. My blood pressure is always outrageously high, when in actuality I tend toward low blood pressure. Other issues are with the watch itself, often decides to fix itself on one particular screen. Today it's only a stop watch. If I reset the watch and app reset and I lose info. Contacting the watch maker was useless.
This device won't connect with my Samsung note 8. My phone will sync with the Spade&Co smart watch, but the app won't recognize the Spade&Co device and connect. Shut phone off and restarted, deleted the sp and reinstalled, and nothing. I've reached out to Spade&Co, now I have to call. I'm sorry I just didn't replace the Fitbit. I chose Spade&Co because of battery life, but, what good is it if it doesn't connect with apps.
Watch is good. App is better than others I've used in the past. First issue I have is that the shown RUNNING milage is double what it should be. I have my walking place adjusted thru the app, and walking IS pretty accurate. Running is not. Have sent dev email, no response. Any thoughts? Second issue is the sleep monitor. From 20 yrs of working nights, I usually wake up in the middle of the night for an hour or so. While I don't get up, I'm not asleep. App should track being awake, but doesn't.
I have a MoreFit watch. It seems pretty good but the vibration is weak and only hits in one small burst. You will totally miss it for notifications. I was hoping the app would allow for adjusting the vibration to multiple vibs so I would be more able to get my text without missing them. This is the only reason I bought the watch. Pretty useless for me at this point.
Battery life is great!! This app needs to track exercises other than running. I would like to be able to start a workout and track time and heart rate while working out. The heart rate monitor is not accurate. The screen is durable. Being able to select my own picture first the home screen is a great personal touch!
Room to improve. Should let you adjust order of items on watch or delete them, pick more sports, better accuracy on all steps, bp (often does too high) etc, should be able to set more specific notifications ie hangouts, yahoo. I like the big watch face and being able to choose background picture. No problems with setting personal info. Update : sleep tracker is worthless. But it doesn't show when I wake up, doesn't record falling asleep or sleep quality accurately. Please fix!
I recently bought one of the watches. I'm very happy with my watch not only because, it had good ratings(4.9) but also because of the features. My only problem is the app, it is very VERY laggy, glitchy and buggy. It closes all the time or stops working while I'm trying to change my settings. I've restarted my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Please fix this.
Won't download any of the watch faces, always errors out. Other than basically mirroring what it already says on your watch. I was happy when I saw all the watch face choices... That was until I attempted to download several of them. The app takes for ever to download any one of them regardless of data connection speed (120mbps), never actually finishes and then gives an error.
Horrible app that gives false readings. I contacted the seller of the watch and had the UWatch2 fitness tracker replaced but the app/tracker still does not calculate distance, time, or calories correctly. I think the step count is correct though. I UWatch2 does not use your stride, weight, or gender to calculate the calories, time, or distance correctly. I don't think it is calculating bp, or o2 correctly either. I tried earlier versions of the app and I got the same results. Pls fix.
I went into functions once, and was able to see all the functions. Things like, heart rate, BP, calories etc, I could toggle them on and off, and move them up and down. It didn't sync with the watch (even though it was connected) and every time I go back in functions, nothing is there besides watch face and steps, which I can't interact with at all. No idea what happened. Can't get it to recognize the other functions now.
I like the old one better. The new update interface is not that great. Bar graph for the heart rate is better. It takes hr every 30 minute why would you put a line graph, it's not even continuous. Now instead of clicking on the graph we have to move this little dot on the bottom of the graph. It's not even smooth, it's so hard to move the little dot. They remove the button to measure heart rate from the app. You could only do it on the smartwatch now. It's a down grade from the previous version.
Really good but not perfect. I really like the heat rate, the steps and sleep tracker. Other things seem to be good but not perfect, like the distance. I dint eclectic it to be perfect, but if I'm doing 1 mile on a treadmill, it shouldn't be saying 2 or 3 in the app. Plus it's nice to be able to have a history in the app, but it would be nicer if I could connect it to other apps like my running apps or Google fit or my scale app, or even export it as a csv.
Almost, but not terrible. Set your step length in your profile, that will help get your step counter aligned with your walking behavior. Dont wear poloroid lens when looking at the face in the sun. Its just black and turn up brightness otherwise its washed out. Connectivity is getting buggy. Even though it says connected its not reading current data on the watch. But the watch features all appear to work locally. The fitness all with live walking is buggy, the battery drains fast and GPS required
I have this Fitport tracker for one month. The manufacture recommends using this app. I don't know what happened. Tracker, app & bluetooth connected beautifully in the beginning. Now the app does find my Fitport tracker. My bluetooth is connected and have turned it off and back on yo try to fix the problem. I've also, completely uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It still doesn't work. Now I can't check the charts. How do I fix this?
like the fact that data is aent to the phone. I do question the accuracy of the measurements, especially the sleep feature. I wake up 2 to 3 times in the night and fuss with potty and phone but it does not mention my awake time. How do I keep the watch face. Seems I have to scroll back to it. I like the 'move around' feature but some days it is silent. ... that is it for now, more review to follow.
The watch itself is good for the price I paid for it. I do like that I can change the watch face using my own photos. I have had it disconnect from my phone frequently and not sync up even after un pairing an re pairing it. 3 times I just uninstalled the whole app and reinstalled as the time got way off, stopped syncing even though it said it was paired and connected and then of course lost all of my previous data. I would give a higher rating if those bugs could be worked out
For the features the software has it works well but hope they will become better with upgrades. When you set the alarm it stops after a few seconds. Very hard to feel if sound asleep. Alerts just dissapear instead of needing to tap watch to dismiss. BP runs high. I compared while at Drs office and watch was 20 points higher. Really hope the app will sync with Google Fit in the future. When you start a work out in the app I wish the display on the watch would come on to show progress.
might be nice if I could see the screen. I was excited to receive my watch today. I followed directions, charged it up, then couldn't open the screen. Went back to the setup, did an automatic flip. it opened for just a very few seconds. I had to turn out the lights to read the screen (and had to be a speed reader to do that). The screen was too dark to read All in all it is a waste of money and time.
Once connected to smartphone, the watch is doing well ;except for bp measures which seems very slow, the other features like O2 and heart rate appear in a fast time and very happy for it. The only trouble with this watch thus far is once it loses bluetooth connection , to reconnect , everything is lost and the time display does NOT keep going (the clock loses hours )or show that the connection has been lost so I can reset ( which isn*t bad) and get going again.
The watch is very simple. The screen times out after 4 secs and u cannot change that. the lack of setting shows hits simplicity. I was never able to chsnge to "female" in the profile and it's not really user friendly to start with, then once u figure it out, it just has so little function. It writes the word "emoji", when there is an emoji...it reminds me of DOS... Im returning it in sesrch of a more compatible and complex watch.
I'd like it more if it would actually keep current and accurate time and date, or give me the option to set it myself. Also more personal customization (like removing screens I dont need or use) would be great. I'd also like it to stay paired with my phone & app all the time instead of having to connect it constantly. I'd also like the option to create and use quick responses to text, so I wouldn't have to have my phone on my to respond.
Ehh. I was really liking the watch for a few months now. The app itself is lacking. Features seem to work when they want to. There doesn't seem to be a history to compare patterns without having to write them down on your own. Now, the watch won't sync with the app. According to my Bluetooth menu, the watch is connected but it won't connect in the app. The time is incorrect now with no way to correct the issue. Therefore the watch is now useless. I guess I got what I paid for.
I guess it's good for the price. I like the options and it seems to be accurate. I do have issues with it disconnecting from the app. Instructions and how to do things aren't the best. But I sometimes have a blue dot on my app icon and cannot figure out what that means and why it's only there sometimes. Overall, I guess for the money it's fine. I prob will be keeping it unless it keeps disconnecting on me.
for the first couple of weeks that I had this watch it stayed charged up great, after that it wouldn't take a charge for several days. my husband finally got in touch with someone through email, they said to plug it up again for 4 hrs. but that didn't help at all. later on after trying & trying I finally succeeded in getting a full charge. now it has died completely and I can't get it to do anything. I am very disappointed.
There is no sync feature. No way to do a factory reset. No customer service. I attempted to reach someone via the email in the product manual, because my tracker is NOT giving an accurate step count. They responded to "swing my arms, or set up gps...and to add them on FB. " None of which solved my issue. The watch is aesthetically pleasing, but the functionality is piss poor. Step count grossly inflated. Also messages and calls do not show up as notifications.
Blood pressure is not accurate and there are only 3 options for the watch faces. the screen is constantly going off. only 3 options to change face. there's no option for screen delay. I would have not purchased this watch. I'm still restarting my phone at least 2 times a day in order to have it synced with my watch. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
Watch is great value for the money. Simple, yet with a lot of functionality not found on others. Aside from step counter, which I expect to be ballpark, the measurements like BP, O2, and BPM are impressive. I haven't experienced any connectivity issues yet. The app itself is laid out very nicely giving you a good summary of each datapoint, as well as details history view and comparison stats. It has a nice, fun use of color as well. This is the 4th fitness/smart watch/app I have tried and find this app as one of the best. Is it perfect no. More watch faces please. Single touch point while simple can be tedious at times to get to what you want. App is missing one key piece in that it does not data sync with google fit. ( minus 1 star) Overall, this is a very competent watch at what it aims to be, with great battery life (weeks not days). The app is leaves little to desire. I would recommend both.
There arent any settings such as height and weight unit conversion, which is pretty standard to have both metric and imperial units. I think this app is going in exactly the right direction. It's asthetically beautiful in a lot of ways, especially compared to some of the competitors such as VeryFit. However, they are missing out on a lot of basic, good features/functionalities and I hope to see them improve!
The watch appears to randomly pause my music and take 3000 pictures. The watch has too many features such as shutter, message, music player. i cant seem to find a way to turn those off. the watch seems to work fine without the bluetooth link on. Later on, an issue with bluetooth connectivity in the app developed. Phone showed bluetooth connected but app did not.
the app is ok. I wish it had the ability to track food and calories. I also wish I could change units from metric to english as I live in the US and we don't use metric. I also wish the app was more detailed on sleep, like tracking sleep/wake cycles. Overall, I like my old garmin vivofit better; it syncs with other programs and tracks more detailed info.
constantly dropping the watch and unable to find it when the phone Bluetooth shows it paired. the menu can't back up to the previous screen, you need to go through all screens again. the long touch is "touchy", dont know if thats the app or the watch. the sleep depiction is not as detailed as FitBit. sports do not include tennis or kayaking. blood pressure varies from 105 over 64 to 150 over 80... hardly realistic.
I've tried real hard to make this app work with the watch that this app is supposed to run. For over 6 months (it was a Christmas present) there has been one problem after another. The first few problems uninstalling and then reinstalling worked with just a moderate amount of trouble. Now. the app won't allow me to get to the page to connect the phone. For 6 months I've held back, but IMHO thos is a horribly designed app. I'm guessing some amateurs trying to make a quick buck.
The watch and app was working fine until the app update. Now the watch does not show calls or messages. I've tried restarting phone and watch and turning off and on notifications. Still nothing. You need to update your update or go back to the way it was. What good is a smartwatch if it doesn't receive notifications? Also, this app is pretty low quality compared to others I've seen. Only 3 watch faces? really? Shows me sleeping when I'm awake. Step tracker is a joke. Can't adjust accurately.
Most basic functions work for me. When I click for more watch faces it says the network is not connected yet I am able to do everything else on my phone that requires connections of any type including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, & cell. So you're stuck with 3 clock face choices of modest usefulness. As with most smart watches, the blood pressure readings are not accurate. The biggest drawback is that the clock face is simply not bright enough to be seen when you're outdoors in sunlight.
My rating is based on my personal usage as compared with other similar apps. This app appears to not be updated regularly. For instance, it has a silent alarm with a "repeat" setting that can not be selected. For the pedometer, it doesn't seem to ever adjust the number of recommended steps one should be making per day. Also, the graphics are somewhat generic or don't offer many relevant details.
the phone does not keep accurate time if you reset it and the heart rate monitor is inaccurate along with the step counter. I'm pretty sure I didn't do 100 steps from waking up to getting into my car. the phone is very nice looking and the battery life is tremendous but once you turn the phone off oh, how the hell do you turn it back on.
actually a neat and pretty cool watch. i was upset when i found out it was t a touch screen i. the traditional sense but it looks great and works good only wish you wouldnt have to hold the button so long to be able to change or select something, and wish you had more watch band colors, also more screen faces would be lovely.
It's not bad for the price. One charge lasts well over 3 weeks. When I charge it though, it resyncs and I lose a whole current days data. and it takes a whole day to get back to the current date and time unless I restart the phone. Sleep mode does not log awake time properly. unsyncs often. hard to reconnect. * 3 months later. disconnected out of the blue. cannot reconnect. What's a petition list!?!? cannot find it to pair device! giving up!
For the most part I love the watch and the battery capacity. About the only thing I don't like is the fact that the measurements for walking are extremely inaccurate. For example, I set my step length at 27" and after about 2300 steps it tells me I've walked about 6 miles. There's no way that would happen. I even shortened the step length on the options and it didn't make any difference. I also haven't had any luck with satisfactory answers from the support system.
Syncing the app with the Zeblaze HD is rather seamless and far better than my experience with Fitbit. However, that is perhaps the only positive I can say about this app. Conversion between km and miles is erroneous. It appears that km is the only accurate way to monitor you activity. Living in a miles based society, I am not sure how accurate it is. If you put your phone your watch battery will die quickly because it continually tries to sync with the phone that is incommunicado.
Love the large clock font. Would be great if all the other fonts could be adjusted. The display is difficult to see outdoors. Step count is accurate. Cons: App freezes. have had to re-install it twice now, which is a pain. The display times out much too soon. I bought two different watches, only to find they both use this app, but the app doesn't provide the option to add/switch between the two watches!
I've been really enjoying this app so far, and the fitness tracker that I have paired with it. The step count seems to be fairly accurate and doesn't count arm movement in for your steps, and I really like the sleep tracker as well. There are definitely some parts of the app that have some difficult to understand English, like when it compares your activity to that of other users in your age group, but besides that it's pretty user friendly and easy to navigate.
This app has all the features to support a smartwatch, except for good notification filtering. The way this app currently filters notifications, is that you either can turn them on for certain predefined apps like Facebook and WeChat, or you can turn them on for everything. That includes persistent notifications from the system, which gets annoying fast. There is no in between, and you can't really configure what apps can push notifications to your watch.
This is not user friendly and its very confusing. I have been trying to figure it out for the whole day today. I've even tried having my daughter and son inlaw figure it out and they can't (they know way more about this stuff than I do). When I'm trying to see a receiving a text it doesn't come through (it still says empty). I want to reset my steps and it won't do it as well. I am VERY disappointed in this. And yes my bluetooth is on before you ask & my phone is compatible with it.
This watch is a great watch, but after having it for 4 months it quit working. It will charge and turns on when you put it on the charger, but soon as you that it off the charger it won't turn on. Other than that it was a good watch for 4 months. If your looking for something that last longer don't buy this smartwatch. It would be nice to be able to have more options in the settings for the watch when it quits working that you can access from the app.
This app is the one said to download with my new Xanes W2 smart bracelet/watch. It connected to my watch for about 15 minutes and then said not connected. On the tab where it says "Add device" it keeps saying "not connected" followed by "connected" however it won't stay on "connected" for more than a second! Very frustrating...edit: I fully charged the smart watch and no longer have this problem!!! Great app now that I've had the chance to check it out!!!
So far the software seems to work alright. It is not feature packed by any means. You get 3 clock faces... really? There are dozens of others on the app store, none will load/work. The software is also confused by my watch model/brand... I do not have an M11... whatever that is. It will not change. The software is always running. The icon sits in my status bar reminding me of the battery drain. It took me a bit to get the measurements to American or British in this case.
I just got my watch and so far it works really well. I do agree with some of the other reviews. As t beginner watch and app it is good. But if your looking for versatility this doesn't have much to offer. However I would have given a better star rating if there was more clock face options, fonts sizes, and ability to rearrange the different selections that I use most up front. The watch face I saw in the add isn't even an option.
The app is good except for the step counter and the weather display. The step counter isn't accurate at all. And the weather display only gives the forecast for the next day not the current one. Also, I need the Quick View option explained to me so I will know how to use it. And you should change the Kcal heading to Training/Activity. I say this because I wasn't training when it was activated. I was engaged in an activity. If anything else comes up I will edit my review accordingly.
I have only had my device less than a week. It never stays connected to my phone and constantly turns off and I can't figure out how to turn it back on without the charger. The app says it has 53% battery. I run long distances and it does this after a mile...it reads 2 miles when i know it's only been a mile. To me it is not worth the trouble. I bought 2 devices and plan on returning both and buying something more reliable.
In the beginning everything was working fine but now i can't get the app to connect with the watch. It is saying that it is connected by Bluetooth but it isn't connecting to the app. It would also be great if the watch/app could be linked with other apps like My Fitness Pal or Google Fit.
I have the uwatch for one day and the app says there is no connection. I cannot find any way to reset the functions to start a new day. So not happy. Revision: Out of nowhere, the app and watch have started to communicate. I can track my sleep pattern, check my heart rate, steps, take pics, and control music, get the weather and change the watch face. The " other" function resets the watch. This is a good watch & app for the price!
More accurate than my previous watch and supporting program. I would like it to keep records for at least one year to track progress. Update. I have had to uninstall and reinstall because the watch and phone stopped communicating. It did not even operate a week successfully just like my previous watch by the same company. Update... crashes almost daily
Not bad but could be better. There should be at least 3 sensitivity settings. The blood pressure is way off. Also the sleep monitor doesn't record when I get out of bed during the night and this morning recorded me sleeping when I was walking the dog but I think the sensitivity feature would fix that. Could really use a software update to correct these problems. Would NOT recommend to a friend, at this time.
First look is - it seems to actually be doing what it advertised. So far so good. Twenty hours on and it doesn't provide sleep data. To be certain, BP, O2 and heart rate are displayed accurately. I intend to keep you informed... New update - it showed sleep info initially but disappeared before I could document it. The sleep data is very important to me and is needed for logging. I will keep you informed... I didn't feel it was worth the price and sent it back. The data retrieval was quite erra
should have checked the reviews before purchasing watch. cause the issues I have had are similar to others. the watch continues to disconnect and requires to be reset to connect again. which means losing all your steps and info for the day. very frustrated especially after reaching step goals to see that they never synced over to the phone to keep daily track. or to see how far past your goal you went.
Good but could be better. This app does work but.... it loses connection with the watch regularly. Every morning I have to restart my phone to reconnect to the Bluetooth. Also, it would be nice if the app had the ability to sync with Google fit like a fit bit watches. This app comes with watches your paying significantly less for than a Fitbit or Samsung so those top of the line features are lacking. Overall a good app but could be better.
I like the app and the info it gets, but the distance calculation is WAY OFF, I mean not even close. its tracking 1 mile per 1000 steps, that would be a stride of around 5.28 feet per step, the average person has a stride of around 2.4 feet, which is what I have mine set at, but apprently its doubling that for its calculation. it tracks a by out 80 steps per 1400 fewer than samsung health does on my phone so I'd say steps are more or less accurate, but distance is no where near being accurate.
I have had the watch for a month and enjoy it when it works. If I do not use it for a day (or just move away from my phone) it will completely disconnect from my app. This means uninstalling and reinstalling the app. this also means setting up the watch all over. I will be keeping the watch and using it till I can save up for a trusted smartwatch.
apparently this is by Bluetooth and when i connected my earbuds, this was disconnected... 3 days of no info! great. can't customize really at all. not the order of icons it what you do, don't want at all... sorry, but i Never play badminton... is that really a thing done enough to warrant an icon for it? no weather. no water intake on app. main selling point for me was the lg time, but you only have 3 choices on clock face. look of the watch is nice, sleek. good size. comfortable band.
It is hard to figure out, Instructions are not clear, need to have more detailed instructions on how to set it up, How to find the app. Especially for those who are not Computer literate. I love the design and the Sleek look that it has The wrist band was not easy to put on, basically the old fashioned way with the pin,I would like to have more choices of wristbands so we can switch out. And then lastly the length of time that it took to get here after the ordering process was too long.
Watch seems good, but the app is problematic. I have been using it for a few months and have had problems syncing frequently. App does not stay connected to the watch. I have tried removing and reconnecting the watch, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Sometimes, one of these will work, but for the last week or two, nothing is working. Please fix.
I really love all the features of this smart watch...excellent! I would have given it a 5 star rating but there needs to be more wrist bands options, especially fabrics like leather, metal, styles, etc. There also needs to be protective screen covers to protect the watch face. Other than the options, I love the watch.
If you are looking for an entry level device to see if you want a more expensive smartwatch, this is a good start. Looks fabulous. Can add a picture to face. Battery does last. Have had less than a week and having issues with being able to turn on since I have hard to power down because it will display incorrect time(will randomly change times), don't get notifications regularly, sleep monitoring works occasionally. Am hoping device last more than what some others have posted about. We will see
The app doesn't update from the device very well and I find I have to go into and out of airplane mode to get it to update. the app also lets you enter height and weight info, but I found that I was unable to change the figures after loosing a few pounds. The pulse and BP functions seem to work reasonably well, but I have yet to check it against an actual BP cuff to see how close to reality the numbers are. Lots of neat ideas, but functionality seems a bit lacking.
I use this as an alternative to the expensive toys my friends have that track everything. I am pleased to have the basics... tracking steps, reminds me to get up/move, O2 levels, heart rate and general range of BP. Honestly I don't do exercise so tracking sports activities etc. doesn't matter to me. I would be interested in a more accurate BP Monitor but NO ONE has come up with that yet!!!
Everything is correct for a day or so and then either the clock has the wrong time, no weather displayed and now I can't upload one of my pictures from my gallery for face of watch and lately I go to app and my sleep is not recorded on it. I am deleting app and reinstalling for like 4 times in the less than 2 weeks I have had the watch. love the features of the watch just wish it would work properly all the time.
it's been working good but sometimes it shuts off and it's charged I've lost a couple days worth of info because of that I thought it was able to keep the information even if the watch turned off. wish you could at least see whos calling and texting although my text reminders don't notify me on the watch but not a big deal. is really great because it stays charged for a long time.
Giving it 3 stars for the inability to change settings from metric to U.S. standard measures. Update-2/15/19 So, I figured out how to change all the metric stuff and had it working properly for a little while. Now I am finding it frequently disconnects from my phone, not allowing me to read my texts from my phone. Another annoyance is not being able to program or edit workouts, such as treadmill and weightlifting. It only counts steps if you are actually moving, treadmills don't count.
It doesnt link my app to the watch. it just says searching. This happened from the second I got it. then when it finally did connect, it was great. Then when I wanted to change the watch look it said it couldnt connect and to reset and connect, I did that even though the bluetooth was connected. I decided to redo everything. uninstalled and reinstalled app, powered off the bluetooth, etc. Nothing works. now it still says searching for braclet even though its right next to phone. So, not happy!!
so far I haven't had any real problems with the watch. I've had it for about 5days now, and I like it. mine works well, so far on one change. I have not tried the sports option, but I am able to play/ pause/ skip spotify track my heart rate, blood pressure, and more. it syncs the time to my phone. the text message feature works most of the time.
I inadvertently allowed the battery on my watch to run down. Since recharging it I have been unable too get it to connect properly to my pixel 2 phone. I have tried resetting the phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as attempting to sync on a different phone.. my blue tooth indicates it is connected to C1, but when I open the app I get a message that I am not connected to a device. i can't get it to connect following the prompts. can anyone help?
Lots of room for improvement here: The camera function locks me out of the app when it activates. I cannot back-arrow to get out. I have to force quit and restart the app. I've set the location so I can get weather updates. It worked for maybe two or three days. Now the wearable doesn't even offer a page to display any weather information. According to the BP results, I should probably be dead. Or at least bleeding profusely from any small orifice. Thankfully, I've checked the readings against my own sphygmomanometer. Sometimes the BP is in range, but most of the time it is frighteningly high. It never reports low. The step counting (or possibly the GPS?) also seems to be way off. I usually run Da Fit, and Nike Run Club at the same time. Da Fit reports steps and distance consistently about 20% below other apps. I can't figure out what's going on there. I don't hate Da Fit, but it could really use some polish on the internals. P.S. call/message notification is horribly inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Even when I'm less than a meter from my phone it sometimes doesn't work.
The watch and app are reliable and economical. The app is missing the ability to add and edit exercise, if you forgot to start the tracker at the start it can't be tracked. Additionally, the variety of exercises it will track are limited and there is not a timer. The reset option should be more difficult and should not be located in the same menu as the stop watch feature. It appears the steps, heart rate, blood pressure and distance trackers are accurate.
To quit for the night, stay off grid, shut it all down and stop notifications: simply tap the program go to settings, and select no sharing, for all your FB, notifications and mail options. Then go to setting for all day monitors and sleep if you want those off. I had no trouble loading the app, and my functions work properly with the watch I chose especially when I’m careful to wear my wristband correctly. If it’s not snug enough it will twist and that can easily rip you of a few studies and step counts. I haven’t figured out how to send my studies to my mail, or storage options yet. My critisizims are super mild: yeah more watch faces it neat. I’d like a larger printed instruction book, an option to store results which can be loaded to mail, phone, or air dropped. Over all, I was happy with my phone and camera, because I could get a snap of my room or car every once in a while to be sure no ones messing with my car in the parking lot. It’s kind of nice to take snap shots from the phone without holding anything, and candid action shots when I’m bycycling or taking the train and my phones on a body stand . Would ove it if they worked with android + iOS
their are a number of features which is great. However, the blood pressure feature is wildly inaccurate and should be left of the device if there is not reasonable accuracy. I heart rate is accurate. I don't know how accurate the sleep guide is but it provides useful information. I wish there was way to monitor weight through the app. The information on comparison on the rest of them population is confusing.
Incorrectly says that my firmware is up-to-date even when it's not synced up to the watch at all. Demands many permissions even for features that you don't wish to use. Uses the metric system for all measurements, weights and distances, even if you are in the US. The "rate me" button goes to a link that doesn't even exist.
